Went to Proline this week and had my 2 front tires replaced. I am very satisfied with them. They did a great job with everything. An added bonus is not having to listen to any unnecessary sales person ! They are straightforward in their approach to servicing your vehicle which is fine with me. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks again Proline!!

Fast reliable & respectable. I will be going back here for future work. They may not look like these other fancy shops, but I'll tell you this, they get the job done, and they're reliable. Tire swap and rotation all done in less than 30 min. Thanks Miguel.

I called this afternoon looking for 1 tire for my car. They had just one tire exactly what I needed. I drove to Proline after calling and they all were very friendly kind and understanding. They put my my tire on quickly. Highly recommend Proline Promotion. Thank you to all the guys.

Next to no safety practices. They fixed my tire really quickly but I had an of feeling about the repair. So, I brought it to a reputable repair center and found out they used a rope plug to fix my tire! I learned that these aren t even legal for repair shops to use in NY! To make things worse, the repair was done in the shoulder of the tire which is also unsafe! They put my life and others in danger! Avoid at all costs!

Worst customer service ever. Won't answer when you try to call and their tires are all messed up. They do not feel good products at all. They are so mean and so disrespectful when I try to get this handled by them. Really lost my faith in this company.

I was recommended this place for a used tired as my front passenger had a flat but the rest of my tires were fairly new. I thought I was getting a good deal until my Fianc� brought my car there to have the tire replaced (on 6/12/23) and came home with all of sorts of lights flashing in my car for the psi, lane departure etc. So I had my fianc� call when they opened back up (on 6/13/23) and the gentleman who answered got immediately defensive and said there s no way they did anything to the tire because he had changed the tire himself but to bring it back in to look at anyway. I then went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and noticed my car was also pulling to the left. I explained this to my mechanic and he said the only way those lights would come on is if they damaged my tire sensor/monitor. My soon to be father in law and fianc� finally bring it back to Proline after work on 6/13/23 where they tell us there was never any type of sensor or monitor in my car and accused us of trying to get a free one from them when not a single light had been on in my car prior to them changing my tire. They then began to raise their voices at us and throw accusations at my father in law so he ended up having to file a police report. Very poor experience and customer service. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well.

I don t usually feel compelled to write online reviews, but I m moving across country in a few weeks and needed better tires to get me there. I wasn t quite sure what I was doing as I ve always had my dad do it for me. The pricing was better than anywhere I ve looked and the staff are fast and friendly and personable. I felt like I was doing business with family. Really exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Proline is great! Excellent service from start to finish!Their prices are great, they're upfront and explanatory, friendly and know what they're doing. They have an eye on the job and go the extra mile for their customers. I will def use them again and refer to everyone I know!

The best price in the Capital district... even beat the price from buying them online on a tire website. They were great. And are wrangler owners like myself. Would never go anywhere else!

This place is overpriced!!! I got recommended by a friend to come here, but ended up disappointed with how much I paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Best tire place for lowered vehicles that can't fit on lifts in most other tire shops. The guys here will take care of your wheel/tire needs and have great pricing aswell. 10/10 Service & satisfaction

Amazing experience. Called them, they said they have the tire I need for the LOW and when I got here it didn t even take them 5 minutes to get the tire on. Very fast

The gentlemen immediately repaired a puncture in a tire to much of a surprise when a car dealership initially told me the puncture was irreparable. They also charged me less than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up!

My son bought a tire from them drove the car home parked it. The next morning the tire was flat. He went back and the guy shows him a puncture and says he can't do anything about it. #1 they gave him a bad tire and #2 he could have plugged the puncture. Which my son brought the tire home and did himself. I've heard similar stories around the community of them giving out bad tires. So don't buy from them unless you're willing to take a chance at a bad tire

Fast service, they went above and beyond to take care of me. Great prices too. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy almost new tires for less than half the price of new. I only purchase used tires for my old car, so I can't really comment on new, but they looked just as good as new. Seems like a family business, and everyone should support local small business whenever possible! Very friendly and helpful, great service.

I was leaving the area and I needed used 225 65R 17 tires for my van. As spare tires. I tried several other places. I was very "LUCKY" that they had them. I am "HIGHLY RECOMMMENDING" that you call or stop there.

I thought they were doing me a favor, but they didn't by not paying attention to detail and costing me more for my tire than I originally needed to. Talking to them about it only led them lying to my face instead of trying to assist with the issue.I would never pay for a service if I couldn't get it done correctly. I'm very sure they stole my TPMS as well so please be careful if you do decide to work with them.

Reasonable price for used tires. Their price includes mounting, balancing and disposal of old. Saves hasstle of searching online and having them shipped to you, only to still have to go have someone mount and balance them. Fair bet that you will get by cheaper with them than going through net. Process was fairly quick and worth it.

Not a good place to go i when their for a tire and the price on the window said one thing but after they put the tire on my car they charged me a different price

I needed 4 tires for an inspection, soo I called Proline, I showed up and he asked me did I want a matching set of all 4 tires or 2 different matching sets. I told him a matching set of 4, he brought them out and was honest with me, showing me the matching set of all 4, 2 tires had plenty of tread and 2 were worn, soo I went with the 2 matching sets. They had tires on and I was on my way all within 20 minutes and they were friendly and honest. I would recommend Proline for you used and brand new tire needs, plus it was my Birthday soo i got that extra customer service.

Amazing people fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly staff. These people actually care about their work and stand by it. On top of this, they are priced far more competitively than your chain tire shop. These guys are the people I go to anytime I need any tire work

The tires are cheap but no good. They take flats in just patch them n sell them. Had to come back three times before they gave me a good tire..

I got studded snows from them. One had a bubble and was flat the next morning. They couldn't replace it. When i had my all seasons put back on i discovered they mixed up my tires and i had one the wrong size. They refused to exchange it but offered to let me pay them to dispose of it and buy the correct size from them

Good place.for used tires in a pinch... inspection was due and had limited cash but needed tires to pass told them what i needed and they set me up instantly then i went to get my inspection done since they don't do inspections
