I m beyond impressed by their services. They got us in and out within a few hours. We had an emergency situation with one tire- but needed up needing four; they were timely and efficient. Chelsea and the Mavis crew are all polite, professional & all exceeded my expectations!

I left my car's tires to be changed, but they returned it without putting the tire on my car and the result was as I uploaded in the photos, my tire jumped. I had it aligned, but they did nothing and took the money, I said you didn't do it, they said we did it and kicked me out, I will complain to DMW on Monday.

Chelsea and the rest of the staff were all polite, professional and I was very impressed by the level of service we received. We had an emergency situation which turned out to be a nail in one of the tires. It was snowing a lot but they fixed the issue very quickly. They were awesome and I am very grateful to them.

Gino and Julian were more than helpful! They were able to get me in and out with in a day! Very knowledgeable, knew the way around my car and were able to assist me with any questions i had! Awesome job guys! Keep up it up! Will continue to be a customer here.

Every time I come to this Mavis Discount Tire in Troy, NY. I have a really great experience. Julian the manager is great and will take in last minute work all the time. Chelsea is honest and knowledgeable. All the staff explain will explain things about your car thoroughly. If it can t be fixed by them they will point you to the right direction. Great Prices and not money hungry.

I went in for service today and Chelsea did an amazing job helping me find a fair price. The rest of the staff worked efficiently and had great attitudes. I am so grateful for everyone that helped me out today, especially Chelsea.

Great care and patience was exercised by the staff here at Mavis. Julian was super knowledgeable and broke down everything I needed to take care of future maintenance. The person working the front desk (forgot the name, forgive me) was very helpful and worked with me according to my budget for repairs. Plus they had cool tattoos. Check Mavis out. I'll be back for sure.

10/10 would recommend! ,plan on going back whenever I need tires again Chelsea I hope I spelled that right, she was very sweet and so so helpful saved me a lot of money when I went for one tire and ended up needing 2 cause unfortunately one popped and the other was not safe at all to drive on and didn t really have the funds so she helped me out and gave me a good deal for both and installing them and I left very happy!!

Thought my whole car was falling apart.. but it was only the loose muffler. The sound was heart wrenching while I drove. They reattached the muffler for only $35. Super friendly at the desk and hard working in the garage

RPI student here, Chelsea hit us up with the customer service. I needed a battery change, and they did it in five minutes . They also gave us an amazing deal for it. 10/10 experience would go back again!

I drove in from Utica for my sons practice. I brought my car in for a loud noise that I was hearing on the drive in. Beyond grateful that this Mavis was around the corner from my destination. I told Jalen and Julian what was going on. They brought the car in diagnosed it and had it repaired and back on the road in less than an hour. I wouldn t have made it back home without them. They were both very friendly and efficient!

My boyfriend and I both get services done here routinely! Both Chelsea and Julian always provide the best service and will explain/communicate thoroughly. Chelsea was working the front today and worked with me to get the warranty situated. She was able to apply the discount for me, got me in last minute for my flat tire and I was only there for about an hour!

Jacob was absolutely outstanding! Super helpful and made sure that I understood all the services they were providing me. He also let me know about their flex shopper option which I didn t know about and a great idea if you need financing with no credit pull!

I have to say the service here is impeccable as I walked into the building to get a new tire the representative in front by the name of Chelsea greeted me with a smile. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I came in to get a new tire and put instead of them just changing my tire and letting me go. They informed me that I needed an alignment too so that my other tires wouldn t be messed up anymore in the future. Saving me money. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. The customer service was outstanding the product the service and the skill was exactly what I was looking for.

Manager Julian was able to order brakes/rotors sensors etc at the drop of a dime and got my Jaguar SUV back on the road in less than 2 hours mind you the store was extremely busy. Best service I ve ever experienced at an auto shop! 5 s

Not one to leave reviews, but Chelsea is the exception and deserves 5 stars! My alternator went kaput, but Chelsea's expertise & kindness brought it back to life. Clear explanations, honest advice- she went above & beyond. Thanks, Chelsea, you restored my faith in mechanics!

Jacob, Andy and Gino helped us out after running over a tire on the thruway on our way to Vermont! Truly understand the meaning of customer service. They were able to get a tire on the one good wheel left and back on the road within and hour or so. Absolutely recommend this place for any tire needs. Thanks guys!

I've visited a lot of tire stores, but this one is the greatest. They act quickly and effectively. Chelsey is really talented and committed to her work. Less than thirty minutes was all that it took to align my wheels.

This was my first time at Mavis Discount Tire and they were truly so helpful and friendly. I had originally ordered the wrong size tire and they fixed the whole situation for me without any issues. Definitely recommend going here.

A pot hole took out my tire and ruined my evening until Jake went above and beyond to help me and get me back on the road in less than an hour. He was caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Jake and everyone at the Troy location are excellent and I ll go there every time for my car maintenance.

ETA: bumping down to 1 star because I asked for and PAID FOR an oil change that I apparently did not get. Save yourself the trouble, avoid this place.Giving the benefit of the doubt because my car was the last to get done on a Sunday night, but not thrilled with my experience. Got 4 new tires, alignment, and oil change. Got my car back 30 min after they closed, got in it and noticed a rattling noise before I even got to the end of the block. I looped around the block to go back to have them fix it, all the tire techs had apparently ran out as soon as my car was done so no one was there to fix it. Had to take the morning off work the next day to bring it back at 8am when they opened. They rushed the job the night before and didn t tighten something all the way so it was an easy fix but I m annoyed I had to take a whole morning of PTO because of their mistake that could ve easily been avoided.

Please don t go there I was there for oil change and they damaged my tires I just changed my tires two weeks ago and they damaged two of my tires and wants me to change it they re making work in your car and if you don t want to fix it there they will scare you and give you a form to sign that if anythings happens to you we will not responsible because we told you to fix it here, there was one more customer he was also complaining about. I m a Banker I can afford good lawyer and I will take action

Jacob Gino Andy were fantastic. Buddy hit tire on the highway on the way to Vermont. Jacob was able to expedite repairs on the car and get us one our way in no time. Gino was super knowledgeable and gave us great advice.And Andy shared a Doughnut with us while we waited.A great bunch of guys.

I came into Mavis, Troy for a plug in a tire. Ended up needing some more work on my truck in order for it to be drivable and pass inspection. If it wasn t for the manager Julian Hoffler for handling my situation with such amazing customer service, I wouldn t have been able to get my truck repaired with his help and expertise. Coming from a customer service background, I truly appreciated the customer service at this service center and would recommend their services.
