Excellent service is an understatement. After a deer accident, the car now looks better than it did before. He finished a day ahead of schedule, among a few other unexpected surprises that truly went above and beyond. We won't take our car anywhere else. And needless to say, the price was more than fair... I wanted to tip him but he refused to take the money... Truly a stand up guy!!

My family has always used Jack Troy's but this was the first time with the new owner. Quality work and very fair prices. Jim did such a great job and even washed and cleaned (inside!) my car. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have been to Jack Troy's twice in the past 3 years and both times the work was fantastic. I have known the owner for more than 20 years and I know that he refuses to cut corners or do anything less than what the manufacturer requires in order to maintain the car's value and keep your vehicle safe. And that's not just because I know him. Everyone gets the same level of service.Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jack Troy's was recommended to us by a friend, we've used them several times and have had nothing but good experiences and great things to say.When we got a new-used truck and noticed some paint starting to bubble in the wheel wells they were able to rework them back to new. Unfortunately someone later backed into the truck's passenger door. Back to went to JT's it went. Although it was an insurance claim, they were able to find a scrapyard door in the same color that worked out perfectly and saved us a bunch.They're pretty spot on with their estimates, explain the hows and whys, are upfront and just good people. Whenever I've called they've answered.I also love that they have early hours that we could drop off/pick-up before work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I like Jack Troy's. I've used them a couple of times to patch up my cheap cars after a fender bender and hitting a deer. They're very reasonably priced for that type of work and did a good job. I had one issue with a hood latch that they repaired, but I took it back to them, they made it right, and it's been OK since. They're an excellent choice if you're budget conscious about a repair. I can't speak to their quality if you have a high value vehicle and are trying to get back to OEM quality, but I would have no reason to distrust them for that kind of work. They usually have a classic or two on the floor, so I get the impression they do a fair bit of restoration work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jim went above and beyond for me - not only was he great to work with and speak to, I am beyond pleased with his workmanship. My car hasn't looked this great since I bought it from the dealer.

If you are a female and in need of autobody repair you do not have to fear someone trying to rip you off here. Fair and decent prices (much cheaper than I've seen anywhere else) and impeccable work. Jim is very kind, friendly and helpful. Won't go anywhere else.

The youngest in the bunch got into a fender bender with her first car and it was borderline on whether we should or shouldn't spend x dollars on this car even though it runs great.Jim , Finished the car early and under the original estimate the work and detail is awesome ! Highly Recommend ...
