I highly recommend Edelmann if you are looking to buy a motorcycle or looking to have your motorcycle serviced. I purchased a 2024 KTM EXC-F there recently and I had a great experience. First of all I called several motorcycle shops in New York about this bike and Edelmann gave me the best price by far. Everyone I interacted with was also very helpful and patient through the purchase process. They did a great job walking me through how to operate the bike. Also, they completed my bike s first service with no issues, quick and easy. I will definitely go back to them to buy another bike or have more service work done.

Awesome experience! Love my new sportsman 570! Tim was extremely helpful and patient while I was in the process of buying the machine. It was an extremely quick and smooth process. The rest of the employees were also very friendly and helpful as well. 100% will do business with them again in the future!

We went in on a Saturday looking for Christmas present for our son who s been bugging us for a dirt bike. Very helpful and friendly. Got a call on Monday, had the day off on Thursday and picked the bike up. Very easy process, answered any questions we had. We couldn t be happier, definitely will be back again. Thank you guys for everything, we can t wait to see our sons face on Christmas Day

Wonderful experiance......I tried finding the bike I wanted all around where I live in south east mass. Couldn't find one, edelmann sales had one available, I drove 4 hours to pick it up and couldn't have asked for an easier and amazing process everything was ready for me to sign and pick up. All of the staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and very helpful with the things I might need for the future. All and all I couldn't ask for a better place to deal with. To be honest I wish I had a place closer to me to be my primary shop. When I buy my next toy it will be threw them without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Very happy with our sale experience! Purchased a new Polaris side by side with cash! Were treated very well! We re told to bring it back for service at 25 hours! However they neglected to tell us such service would be $700-$800 ! We were shocked! I think you need to be up front when you re selling! I ve been in customer service for over 40 years and that is not good service! We will not be doing any more business with you!

Went to Edelmann s because I heard good things from some friends and their end of year deals were too hard to pass up. Did most of the paperwork info over Facebook Messenger which made picking up the bike a breeze today. I will definitely check with them first when looking for my next bike.

This was my first experience with Edelmann sales and service and I have to say definitely five star. The staff is very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. The bike was prepped and set up ready to go . The service department also made sure I was comfortable knowing everything I need to know about the machine and then helped me load it on the trailer . I'm not sure what more you could ask?It took me to Fairhaven state park ,lake OntarioThanks, DennisFulton NY

I purchased a Polaris Ranger from Edelmanns and I can t say enough about how good their service is. I first contacted Edelmanns online for a quote and was contacted back that same day. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They hooked me up with a complete snow plow package that attaches to the Polaris and I couldn t be happier. 10/10 would recommend, Edelmanns was recommended to me by a friend. Thank you Cody and the whole team at Edelmanns! I also purchased a pair of chainsaw chaps and mouse repellent pouches, very pleased with the product quality.

Purchased a 2021 Sportsman 850 in late May and the process was seamless and very easy considering the market and the circumstances dealers are in nowadays. Recently took the 850 in for service and the service department was just as flawless as the sales dep. (the only issue that prolonged the service was the backorder of parts but Edelmann's obviously has no control on that) would recommend any friends or family to purchase or do service here ten times over. Very satisfied

Hi guys I just want to let everyone know that edelmanns KTM is the best I just purchased the 2023 Ktm 890 duke R and I love the bike so much it is with great honor that I say patti in finance is the best I have ever dealt with she got me a great loan after being denied at other shops patti and robin really went to work on getting me a great loan and a great bike thank you so much to the whole Edelmanns shop and a special thanks to the shop guys for showing me how to operate suck a great new machine have a great day and know that edelmanns has your back !!

What s a great place! I went to pick up my new husky 250 and was first impressed with the actual facility. It s a compound about a mile off the main road in the woods. They have everything from bicycles for young kids to the $35k side by side. Super nice people. Took 5 min to do the paperwork and then Arron the mechanic went over all the bikes details for a half hour. He was super stoked that I bought it. The best part about this place is they don t charge dealer fees and set up charges etc. the advertised price is the price. You can t find better pricing. This place is the best.

Only place around that had what we were looking for. Excellent prices and quick assembly on short notice. Super nice people that took their time to explain ever detail. We bought a pair of Huskies that really get at it. All on all a great experience. Thanks to all the guys.

I am traveling from Wyoming on my KTM 890 Adventure, and my rear tire was done after over 7000 miles. The crew at Edelmann were knowledgeable and had a few tire options for me in stock. They were able to mount my new tire right away, while I waited. I was there less than an hour. They run a tight ship, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful.Thank You Edelmanns for helping me continue my travels with confidence.
