Nice people and excellent communication. Unfortunately they do not deliver on results or efficiency. My vehicle has been there for roughly two months and they continue to try and cut corners on the repair work. I think they get the insurance company money and don't look back. It's too bad because they are very pleasant otherwise but results matter at the end of the day.

Cole s Collision did amazing work on my car. Everything was fixed much quicker than the original estimate, and it looks and feels brand new. The customer service was fantastic and they gave updates on the car on a regular basis. I had a fender bender and wasn't that serious but was worried of the hassle and whether I would get it done in time for a trip planned. Both Travelers Insurance, Enterprise and Cole's Collisions worked seemlessly to create the best experience if I had to have had an accident. Car looked great when I picked it up ahead of scheduled.

Bit of a story here. So, this entire journey began after I made an appointment for my vehicle to get paint corrected and ceramic nano coated. I realized, "Carolyne, you should really fix some of these paint chips *before you coat it*!" So, I called Cole's. I brought my vehicle in one morning before I had to go to work and Matt met with me and took some photos of my car to prepare an estimate. He got back to me the same day and I sat on it. Finally I decided to go ahead with getting my door fixed. He was able to set up an appointment quickly and the turnaround time was also very quick! I was happy to be kept in the loop throughout the entire process, too. I received texts updates and Matt emailed me everyday to touch base and send me photos of the process. I am very satisfied with the service they provided and the result was quite amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Cassie, Jessica & the whole crew at the No. Greenbush location of Cole's Collision were truly top-notch! Communication was A+/excellent over the course of the near 3 weeks they had my vehicle for repairs after a minor "fender bender". They were even done a few days sooner than first estimated & the whole process between them, my insurance company, & Enterprise for a rental car was also made very easy by their expertise. I hope to not ever need their help again (ha!) -- but, if I did, I would 100% without hesitation recommend their services.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I needed to replace a taillight bulb. The car dealership wanted an exorbitant amount to replace the entire light assembly due to a stripped screw. I took a chance that Cole's of North Greenbush could creatively fix this and was right. I made a same day appointment. Matt inspected the issue and discussed it with a mechanic. The job was done in under an hour for a very reasonable labor-only price. My experience was great...professional, friendly and very competent. While in the waiting room, I witnessed the service team making and taking customer calls and having internal discussions about jobs in progress. Everything I saw and heard was done efficiently and with high quality. I strongly recommend Cole's of North Greenbush. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was very pleased and impressed by the professionalism and efficiency I've experience at Cole's Collision, N Greenbush. Matt and Erika were very helpful and courteous, they gave me accurate estimates, met their timelines and kept me posted all the time. I felt in good hands throughout this experience. No other collision shop was willing to take my vehicle in due to the fact I bought the part myself, I knew the part would fit my vehicle because I did my research, this shop had no issues with the fact I bought the part myself, everyone was extremely friendly and they did such an amazing job with the repair and the car detail at the end. This shop has definitely earn my business moving forward, I d recommend this shop to everyone the staff is great and the work they do is exceptional and fast.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m really sad that I didn t have the same experience as many of these reviewers. I was told my repair would take two weeks at the absolute max (this was after waiting nearly four weeks to even get my car in for an appointment, which I gladly waited for due to the positive reviews I read about this location). It s been four weeks now and I m still waiting for my car. Was told I d receive daily updates also not the case. I don t think I d receive ANY updates at all if not for me constantly having to call them every few days or so, I think I ve received one or two texts from them otherwise, they ve been extremely vague with me about the repairs and the delays. I totally understand that things happen, parts get delayed, businesses are understaffed, but being out of a car for this long with no backup has been a major hit to me financially and with no updates and unfriendly customer service on top of that (I was hung up on this morning after just asking for an update), I have to say I m really disappointed and stressed out by this whole process. Truly shocked that more reviews don t talk about this.update: General manager Joe called me afterwards and talked me through my concerns. He s a really nice guy and had an honest and open conversation with me, probably the only nice and detailed conversation I ve had with anyone through this experience so far.However, since the repairs, my car is noisier than it was when I brought it in to the shop and my driver side door is now making an insufferable ratting noise whenever I drive. Called and asked about a part that they had to install that I was waiting on for over two weeks and was once again met with rude service and was cut off mid sentence when I asked if they wouldn t mind taking a look at some of the above annoyances. Yeah, I ll never be going here again. So disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

My auto insurance made an appointment for me after a deer hit. I arrived to find that they did not get the communication. Keith and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and accommodating, taking me in for my estimate anyway. While there, I witnessed their professionalism several times with other customers and each time, was impressed. Keith was very thorough and although we had to use the dealer due to certain issues, Keith was kind and provided a detailed estimate, going over it in detail with me. If I was not trading this vehicle in, I would have gladly used them for the repairs after my front end experience... Matt at Coles is amazing! I had a minor issue that he was able to repair within minutes. He was such a gentleman and didn t even charge me for his time or expertise. I meant to write this review as soon as I picked up my car, but pandemic brain got the best of me. My car needed some body work and parts replacement in March after what initially looked like a minor parking lot mishap. I checked the reviews and decided that this Cole s was my best bet, and I was correct. They were courteous, responsive, and kept both me and my insurance company informed about the progress of the assessment and repairs. The estimator actually showed me a couple of possible issues in spots that weren t immediately apparent, and explained how he d check to see if additional, internal repairs were needed. They really seem to care about ensuring that the car is thoroughly checked and restored. They also coordinated with my rental car company you really couldn t ask for more in terms of service. Each person that I dealt with was respectful and willing to answer any questions I had about the car & the repair process. They finished the repairs as scheduled, and the car was perfectly clean and had been sanitized when I picked it up. I strongly recommend them.

First time using Cole's Collision for my my accident repairs. I am very pleased with the quality of work and service. They went above and beyond my expectations. Amanda and Matt were in contact with me daily giving me updates on the progress of the repairs. They handled all the communication with Progressive Insurance and Enterprise Rental. I went to Cole s to repair my car after it was rear ended. They made the process so easy for me. They even coordinated my rental car (which was especially welcomed when the rental my insurance company set up bailed at the last second). Pretty much everything was handled via text, as I preferred, and when my car came back it was vacuumed and cleaned, which was a nice surprise.Service: Body & Trim

I am beyond pleased with the service I've received here. They truely went above and beyond. They thought the repair would take 6 business days, they were done in 4! When I picked it up Josh came out, reviewed everything with me, and even cleaned something completely unrelated. To top it off I got in and they cleaned my inside!! I just brought it here because of my insurance but they will now have a lifelong customer. Absolutely superb!

Cole's did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way. They managed to complete the repairs much earlier than I expected and thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the car before I picked it up. My experience with Cole's Collision has been beyond exceptional. I was involved in 2 accidents 3 days apart from each other. Jeff was so helpful and exceeded all expectations. From helping me get into a rental vehicle, dealing with both insurance companies, making sure everything I needed was in order and getting my vehicle taken care of. He payed great attention to detail and realized my car was beyond repair. I will always take my vehicles to Cole's. I know they are professional and trustworthy. Thank you!!

We have had the occasion to have cars repaired at Cole s Collision Center, in North Greenbush, twice now over the past few years (unfortunately!). We find the staff to be very professional, yet personable, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful! The repairs made to our cars, both times, were flawless...you could not tell that the cars had been damaged! We were kept up to date on the repairs made, as they progressed, in text messages and telephone calls. The cars were repaired within the projected time period, and a day early this last occasion. Appreciate the services, Cole s!

What a great team here at the North Greenbush location. They did an excellent job on my Jeep. Jeff did a great job at keeping me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was ready exactly when he said it was going to be. I absolutely loved the updates sent via text message also. I cant leave out the receptionist Amanda, she is very friendly and professional. Thank you again Team! I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs work done!

Had a wonderful experience with the staff at Cole's in North Greenbush! Excellent service and my car was repaired in a timely manner. They always kept me informed with everything down to when my car was ready. I would highly recommend Cole's for any car repairs! Staff was very professional and courteous!

There were no disappointments throughout the entire repair process, including access to the loaner-rental car on the premises. My car was repaired by Cole's highly skilled body and paint repair experts in a timely manner. The quality of the repair was very good. Plus they stepped up and took care of all those burdensome insurance entanglements (UGH!!!). I would give them my business again.

If you want quality work done in a timely manner, Cole's Collision is where you MUST go! EVERYONE there respectfully treat you like you are the only customer and communicate very well with you. The people at cole's collision are very kind and courteous. They fixed the car up and took care of my every need. Overall I am extremely satisfied, would recommend them to my friends and family, and in the case of another accident would gladly do business with them again. A big thank you to Josh Jewett the vice president, who personally went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Last time I take my car here what it was supposed to be a 7 days jod it turn in a full month they told me they to contact my insurance for a supplement and when I call my insurance they told me that they haven't contact them So they lie. They dont even call me to told me my was ready for pick up and now I have to pay 1000 plus for the rental bue of they badly communication.Service: Body & Trim

Matt and Amanda were great, clean place. They did work on my 2018 CRV , I had to get the back fixed, scratches from a garage door hitting it. They told me might take five days got back to me in three days and looks perfect. The price was what I expected, all along the way I received text messages was also a plus, highly recommend them!!

I recently visited Cole's North Greenbush location. Although he was alone at the shop late on a Saturday morning, Joe took the time to look at my car and give an assessment. A few days later, Mike took the time to pull the crumpled fender away from the tire. All that without knowing whether or not I would be using their service, as I was waiting on the insurance company. So, full marks to these guys. They run a neat and clean shop. They are friendly and helpful. I would totally trust my car to Cole's.

The staff as the North Greenbush Coles Collision Center were the most professional and respectful people working at a business that i have encountered in a long time. I was skeptical of bringing my CTS-V to anyone as it is/was (and is again) pristine until I managed to dent the fender backing out of our garage (Barn). When Matt gave me an estimate he knew I was paying out of pocket and not going through insurance. He kept cost reasonable and the quality of work was more than I expected as there are always horror stories of some body shops.... NOT these guys!! I hope to never see another collision center but if I do it will be Coles all the way!!Service: Painting

Shopped around a little bit after a little accident and found the reviews on Cole's collision were very positive. I chose them based on those reviews and I'm happy to report that they were true!! They answered all my questions, contacted me frequently with updates, which was great since I did not have a rental. They were actually a day early on completion. They dealt with the insurance company which was another blessing if you have collision. I can't say anything on pricing as it was 100% covered. i can't imagine that my insurance company was giving money away so they must have been reasonable.
