Communication was outstanding, I received updates almost everyday about the repairs being done to my car. The staff there treated me like family and were so thorough with every detail with my car. My car looked better than the day I bought it from the dealership. Extremely satisfied with the work they provided, in a timely manner too!

If you need car repairs Caliber Collision is the place to go. Their customer service is wonderful. I got daily updates on how the repairs were going. They gave me a completion date and the repairs were done a week earlier. The car looks beautiful. They gave it back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! The girls in the office are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I got a quick estimate date after the accident and they got the car in for repairs quickly. The techs really care about getting your car back to you right!

I would like to take the time to praise Caliber Collision for the phenomenal service that they provided. From start to finish the entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and updated me throughout the whole repair process. I greatly appreciated all of the hard work that was provided! My vehicle was repaired over two and half weeks ahead of schedule!

This review is a pleasure to write because the folks at Caliber are most deserving of it. My two funeral businesses own several vehicles. We have never considered bringing our professional vehicles or personal cars, anywhere else to be repaired. Matt Holland the General Manager and Dakota Steinauer, Production Manager have always treated us as if we were their only customers. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and they bring our cars back to "better than new" condition and always in a timely fashion. They are the best in the business and we appreciate all they have done to keep our fleet looking its best! Thanks Guys!!

The staff was really friendly and kept us informed by text about the status of our car. They did top-notch work. I can't even tell where the damaged areas were. They even cleaned up the inside of my car, which was a very nice courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Caliber again for body work.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Communication about the progress was extremely good. They had the work completed ahead of schedule. I had a very slightly misaligned panel and they got me back in within a few days and had it fixed in one day. I had an issue with a disconnected wire for my Ford s door locks inside the door panel and they were able to get me in within 2 days time and had it fixed within a half hour. Melissa was absolutely fantastic to work with. And being an ex-mechanic, I understand not everything goes 100% perfect every time, but they went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed to 100% satisfaction in an extremely timely manner. Caliber Collision is a great place. They do excellent work. And they uphold high standards. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

From 8 months ago and 3 visits in total, I must address the most recent and the very last disturbing experience with Troy Caliber. From Matt the manager, to the associate/ mechanic Andrew behavior, the level of professionalism and customer service dropped within an instant once I came back with a complaint due to the lack of doing their job while doing something they had no business doing in the first place. No customer should have to tell any place of business how to do their job, unless they've had experience working in the industry themselves and still that shouldn't even take place to an extent. However, nonetheless, I knew my experience was going very different once Matt thought by mentioning to call the cops was going to send me running but would in fact make it my last time of service at this location and making sure I got what I needed. During repair, instead of doing their due diligence and thoroughly making sure the vechile was returned in the same condition it was given to be worked on, one of the front vechile windows was damaged and assumed by Caliber to have tint on those windows that they damaged. There was and has not been any tint on the vechile front windows (driver or passenger window). Only the rear passenger and rear windows were original factory tinted. I physcically visited the Toyota in which the vechile was purchased, they ran the history on the truck in their records, I have picture proof of both when I first bought the vehicle from Toyota and what the percentage of each window that had tint on it was. It wouldn't have passed inspection from the original date of purchase from Toyota. Andrew, the associate/mechanic who called me about the damage done in repair and asked me about the tint, I answered in confusion because I was not aware of tint being on the vechile other than the windows that were factory tinted from Toyota (rear windows). What was done after that was not on me, despite whatever circumstance I personally was in once I picked up my vechile. It didn't dawn on me to take pictures every time I got the vehicle back from the repair shop. Why should that occur if customers chose the place of business for how they ran their business. Since my last two visits, nothing could go wrong. They come through effectively every other time, so what about this visit changed the level of understanding, professionalism, and customer service given by this place of business? All I wanted to and needed to do was get the tint removed so my NY state inspection could be passeed; and if Caliber would do the right thing and fix their wrong doing. Explaining this to Toyota and Tint Star, they both mentioned it falls on Caliber for putting tint on the vechile front windows, when there was once again, NO, tint to begin with. That was not understood by either Matt or Andrew. They both were sticking to not being in the business of doing anything with tint, but could somehow provide me with the information and location of which Tint Sar it was taken to and worked on. Yeah, it took a week to write this review, so what, this is what they do. They've shown their true colors, and whatever happens, speaks on the place of business and the people who run it. Clearly, it's not frowned upon. It just continues to go on, and nothing gets addressed because of the right of the business and how they want to run it, right? However, there's still a service that needs to be provided in this industry, so a good review by someone else means absolutely nothing. They made it seem like I was irate, aggressive, disruptive, and just a random person who's blaming them for something they don't know they did, but that's not the case here. I came in Monday (10/30) morning greeted both Tanyas' at the front desk and waited for Andrew to finish on the phone. The last location my vechile was, never did I ever have work done to the vechile since purchased last November, so how magical is it to have your vechile worked on and given back to you with something that was never there to begin with, what else does a logical sane person do?

UPDATE (NOT GOOD): My rating remains as low as possible. For those of you reading this, the posted response from Caliber appears to be just for show on social media to make it look like they are taking action. The REALITY is that when you do email them per request and give them all the information, which I did immediately, and followed up to ask for status, you get NO reply back and NO action.Avoid Caliber and the crew in Troy. They will talk a good game while your vehicle is getting repaired, but then ghost you once you get it back and find extensive issues with the vehicle. Just got an Audi Q7 back from them that had $24K in repairs done. The car came back absolutely filthy inside covered in bodywork dust, multiple panels not properly attached, interior parts missing and/or not installed properly, and electronic switches/parts in the areas they repaired/replaced no longer working. They installed brand new rear doors on both sides of the car, with brand new door handles that are supposed to lock and unlock automatically or with a push of a button on the handle... they are non-functional.I made multiple attempts to communicate and seek resolution with Dakota Steinhauer and GM Matt Holland, including sending pictures and videos, and they have not answered the phone, returned phone calls, or responded to emails. Absolutely do not give this company your business, they do not deserve your money nor your trust to complete your repair. Pictures posted as well... same ones I sent to Dakota and Matt, so you can be confident this is a 100% legit review. I have video too, but unable to post videos on a google review.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My brothers truck was repaired at Caliber in Troy and they did a fantastic job. The work was flawless. He dealt with Andrew DeMarco and Melissa Jones and they were great. I would recommend to anyone in need of collision repair!

I just had my Honda fixed here. Everything was fast and easy! I filed my claim 10/2, was in the shop 10/4 and today 10/13 they were done.When I dropped off my car it was first thing in the morning, before coffee, still upheld great customer service, even with my short half asleep answers. Everyone was patient, kind, and helpful!! I got my rental car there at the same time I dropped off my car and was able to return my rental there at the same time I picked up my car. It made things much easier.I would suggest them to anyone who needed services they offered. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, I d be happy to return, not just for their excellent customer service, but my car looks great!!

The hood is not aligned with the body. They quoted me, that they would use OEM parts but I really suspect they even didn't replace the hood. Part of the bumper is still broken which they claimed they have replaced.

My car got hit and was pretty bad. After I brought it to Caliber Collision, you can t even tell it was even scratched!! The team was professional, polite, courteous and helpful!! I couldn't recommend Caliber Collision to a friend in good faith because my most recent experience with them just wasn't worth the hassle, and it made me regret taking my car there.More specifically, my daughter got into a minor accident with my 2010 Nissan pictured below. Caliber Collision has repaired some of my other cars in the past under GEICO's Auto Repair Xpress program, so I decided I would have them do the repairs to my Nissan. Since they work directly with Geico, I thought it would be faster.At first, Caliber wouldn't even give my daughter an estimate unless I made an appointment through Geico. Geico couldn't get me an appointment with Caliber for 2 weeks, so I waited. I dropped the car off at Caliber Collision on 8/24, and I told them that I wasn't getting a rental car because it wasn't covered under my insurance.Caliber contacted me on 8/25 to say that they were coordinating authorization for the necessary repairs with Geico. On 8/29, I asked Caliber to email me a copy of their estimate, and they did. I didn't hear back from Caliber for over a week, so I requested an update to the status of my repairs on 9/6. Caliber told me that the car was disassembled and they were waiting on parts. Caliber contacted me on 9/13 to inform me that they had completed the repairs.When I went to retrieve the car on 9/13, I noticed that Caliber did not replace the radiator support or hood latch which were both damaged (Caliber later replaced the hood latch with a part that I purchased, but I was told the radiator support was good - you can see from the below photos that it was damaged and the metal is bent and deformed). There were also some plastic clips missing from the front bumper moulding (which Caliber did replace when I brought it to their attention) and the new hood that they installed does not properly align with the bumper.Overall, they did manage to "fix" the car, but it took them 3 weeks to do what should have taken about a week if they had the parts on hand, and I feel like they cut some corners in the repair process. Also, I shouldn't have to keep bringing it back to have things adjusted. I feel like Caliber Collision is just rushing as many cars as possible through the repair process with a casual indifference to customer service and hoping that the majority of customers won't notice their mistakes. There are a number of other body shops in the area who do quality work and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend you shop around and talk to a few of them before using Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Place was great! Dave T is awesome! Tanya was great. My insurance screwed up my rental car reservation and after seeing me wait for an hour for them to call me back she went and called them and got them on the phone and got everything handled quickly!
