I have to say this one of the best shops I ve had the pleasure of getting work done on my vehicle. Hands down love how my Benz looks. I was reading the other reviews and I have to say they really are a hidden Gem. 5/5 fair and honest. Thank You Auto Repair Solutions. The name says it all!! you have a client for life. Would highly recommend if you re in the area. It s a little out of the way for me, but I think it s worth the trip, and I ve taken my car to this shop several times. I ve always ended up happy with the outcome. The owner is honest and fair. His team of mechanics also do great work. Mostly though the transparency of work, cost of parts, cost of labor, amount of labor needed etc. is so worth the little extra time it takes to drop off my car for a few days.

These guys are on it!! Such a hidden gem, kept going to this one dealership for my older BMW, kept having problems... kept spending money... Brought it to Auto Repair Solutions, haven't had issues since, I'll just show up for a random checkup here and there. It was an emergency, I had a leak under the hood. My antifreeze was leaking onto my serpentine belt making it almost impossible to steer the car. The guys at this shop in minutes were able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. They replaced the parts and fixed the problem. They worked quickly and efficiently. Brought my car to multiple other shops and over and over again my car was never fixed properly. After bringing my car here I ll never go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and got my car fixed right the first time. Will 100% be sticking with them. Joe is the best mechanic in upstate NY! His team is professional, honest and knowledgeable. He is the fairest with prices and works to give you the best work at the lowest price. Couldn't be happier with their work! Had an issue where my car would bog down when first accelerating and I couldn't find a mechanic to figure out the issue until I found Joe. Joe is great and went above and beyond giving me premium quality shocks. The dealer I had bought my truck from ordered normal shocks so he charged $0 for labor. Very nice people. I would definitely go back. Also, fast turnaround.

This is by far the best garage in the area. Joey replaced the motor in my Camry. He found a very low mileage motor and installed it for thousands less than anyone else. My car runs beautiful. This will be the only garage to work on my vehicle from now on.

The best of the best in the Capital Region! Knows their work. Very affordable! They don t take advantage with the prices! Super quick.. I got my car back within a hour and a half! I crashed the front of my car and it smashed in really bad. I needed my radiator AND my bumper reinforcement replaced. Visiting a mechanic has never been so relieving. Got my 04 jaguar fixed here. Great service, the right amount of professional and did not "threat me beat up if I make bad review". In all seriousness, the chased down a problem that has intermittently plagued my car with an ABS and check engine light for over a year now and were incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and fast. Joe will be my go to guy from now on. Glad they got me back on the road with confidence.

I think Joe is the Best I wouldn't go to anyone else or Trust my Car with anyone But Him. He is the most honest Mechanic I have every known. He is the Absolute Best. Very Reasonable and Reliable. I always drive German Cars, recently my BMW 3series had Check Engine light came in, it became a nightmare because there not much trusted good mechanics around who know about beemers ,i took it to bmw dealership and they give me high price estimate due to severity of problem, luckily i got contact of Auto Repairs and thanks to Joe(you are the great) he fixed the issue in reasonable price defiantly way less then the dealership.highly recommended !

Really fast and no-nonsense attitude by Joe. He figured out the problem and went for the solution very quickly. I was here because my car had the check engine light on from the first week of buying. The prompt service was necessary for us to relax.

I BOUGHT MY TRUCK TO JOEY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE DEALER I BOUGHT MY TRUCK FROM, ROBBED ME BLIND. I WAS TOLD THAT REPAIRS WERE GOING TO BE DONE BEFORE THE TRUCK LEFT THEIR LOT & THEY WERE NEVER DONE. JOEY & HIS STAFF WENT ABOVE & BEYOND WHAT I REQUEST. MY & MY FAMILY'S SAFETY WAS THEIR FIRST CONCERN. I'VE BEE A BEEN A NYS INSPECTOR FOR 15 YEARS & I'VE SEEN COUNTLESS PEOPLE THAT GIVE THE AUTO REPAIR PROFESSION A BLACK EYE.
