I needed a reliable car, Mark and the employees helped me from the beginning till I picked up my new to me Buick. Never pushy with anything, they lined up financing, did all motor vehicle paperwork. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Car prices are very fair. Thanks 2010 for making my experience a wonderful one.

Nothing but great things to say about our recent purchase of a 2020 Ford F-150 Lariat from 2010 Auto Sales. No aggressive salespeople here! You deal directly with the owner Mark who is friendly and honest, which made the purchase hassle free. The truck was priced fairly. All our questions were answered. Financing was fast and complete within minutes. No silly sales games here! Could not of asked for a better buying experience. Thank you Mark! We will be back for sure.

Every car I ve owned for the last 15 years has been from 2010. Mark (the owner) is who you deal with directly and he doesn t approach anybody like your stereotypical car salesperson. There s no pressure, Mark is very fair in his pricing, he s professional, honest, considerate, and has a great network of resources. The experience you have with the car buying process here is like no other. Mark and his team take care of everything administrative along the way as well leaving you to simply build on your excitement of getting a new vehicle. I won t go anywhere else!Thanks Mark!

We were in a situation where we needed a reliable vehicle quickly. I can honestly say Mark was very attentive to our time constraints, needs and wants in a vehicle. He was kind, and didn't try to upsell. I will definitely use this place again should I need to buy another vehicle.

I purchased a 2021 F150 from Mark in May of 2023. It was the easiest most trouble free deal I ve ever done on a vehicle. And it was really quick. He had the vehicle I purchased price very reasonably in todays crazy used vehicle market, and instantly offered me a very fair trade in value on my 2016 F150, beating two other offers by almost $1k. The truck I purchased was clean and detailed as if new. I highly recommend Mark and 2010 auto sales.

We put off purchasing a new truck for months because we didn t want to deal with the haggling/paperwork/frustrations that come with such a purchase. We happened to find a vehicle that met our needs at 2010 Auto Sales and knew we had to at least take a look at it. From our first friendly phone call with Kim, to meeting Mark upon our arrival, we experienced nothing but an informative, down to earth, hassle & haggle free truck purchase. We can t recommend 2010 Auto Sales enough and know we will call Mark for any car purchases in the future.

If only all car buying was like this. This was one of the easiest and quickest car buying experiences I have ever had. Mark was a pleasure to work with, I would recommend 2010 auto sales to anyone and I would purchase from there again. Thank you for everything Mark.

2021 LOADED Malibu is my 4th or 5th vehicle that I've gotten from Mark, he makes the car buying (or just looking) process painless, he's experienced, fair, and extremely helpful. Since my first purchase in the late 90's, I've been recommending him to everyone, my husband has bought multiple vehicles, as well as my Mom, and my son. if you're looking, stop down to 2010 first, you probably won't need to go anywhere else :)

After many months of searching, I found the perfect vehicle at 2010 Auto Sales and would definitely purchase from them again. The price was fair and the vehicle was immaculate. I dealt with Dawn in Mark s absence and she was a pleasure to deal with. Mark was there for the final sale. The entire process was hassle free. I almost avoided even looking at vehicles at this dealership because it seemed a bit out of the way for me, but I m so glad I did!

Mark was great to work with. He found the vehicle we wanted, sold it to us at a fair price in a completely no-pressure style. He communicated well, and he addressed all punch-list items before we took possession of the vehicle. The pick up process was very professional and took no time at all.While we had confidence that Mark had the vehicle serviced and it was in very good condition, because it was a very significant investment for us (Ford Transit van), we had it inspected at a Ford Commercial garage. It passed with flying colors. I highly recommend 2010 Auto Sales.

Mark and his staff are the best in the Capital District - by far! They go above and beyond to make your purchasing experience a truly pleasant one. My husband and I have purchased 6 or 7 (I ve lost count) vehicles from Mark. His inventory is low-mile, quality, clean and priced right. Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Mark made it so easy and his inventory had many great options. I called him one morning; that afternoon I was approved for a loan, and the next day I was driving home the truck of my dreams! Hands down the best dealership around and I will recommend him to everyone I know that wants to purchase a vehicle. So happy with the entire process.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Mark. He is a very honest guy who doesnt try to beat you up on price. Very friendly and personable. Very fair when it comes to trade-ins and he always has a great selection of vehicles. Purchasing a vehicle during covid19 I'd say isnt the easiest thing In the world but he made it stress free and did a great job helping me while staying safe. Hats off to you Mark thankyou again for an awesome truck.

Arguably my best experience buying a used car, and my first time buying a car over state lines. I chose this dealership because it had exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price and low mileage.I was geared up for the typical swagger and haggling of used car shopping, but I dealt directly with the owner Mark on a holiday weekend and was pleasantly surprised.Mark was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and gave very concise answers to my questions. It was also clear from our interaction that he understood that I had done my homework about the car and my trade-in. It was a remarkably easy negotiation, I think because there was consensus about the value of both vehicles from the outset.After all was said and done, I left with the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I felt positive about the exchange and respected for the value of my trade-in. Mark also assembled a packet of documents that made dealing with the DMV in my home state very easy.I would definitely consider shopping for a car at 2010 Auto Sales in the future, hard to argue with the level of service Mark has to offer.

Mark makes buying a used car SO easy and care-free! I purchased a Subaru Outback which was very clean. Mark goes the extra distance to make sure you are a more than satisfied buyer. I would highly recommend his business to family and friends.

We just bought a 2019 F150 and had a great experience. We aren t from the area and Mark told us about a truck he had over the phone that he thought we d really like. We got there, loved the truck and bought it right then and there. Mark was friendly and trustworthy and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Doing business with Mark was easy and a total pleasure. We highly recommend his dealership.

Mark at 2010 Auto Sales was honest and straight-forward. It was a low pressure sales technique. You find the truck / car online, you type into the website that you're interested. Mark reaches out and asks when you'd like to stop by and if you have any questions.On the day that you arrive, Mark drops everything he's doing to get you set up for a test drive. You are then free to open, touch, try, test, drive, and get a feel for your new vehicle. When you're done, he'll answer any questions and address any concerns. Then he works with you to get a game plan for what documents you'll need.He is honest about anything he knows about the vehicle, where he got it, if there are any issues with that year or model.The truck I found (pictured here) was a Canadian Truck! I found that to be unique and fun and an interesting story to tell.I had a special interest rate available from my bank which required extra time and effort and Mark was there with me at every step. There was a quick turnaround on all of his emails and signatures. He even reached out to check in with me when the bank was taking forever on their end.Mark and his team are even willing to work with you on any issues that come up with the vehicle. Just let him know what the issue is and he'll fix it and make it right.Mark is fantastic to work with. I highly recommend 2010 Auto Sales.

This is the second car we purchased from Mark at 2010 Auto Sales. First one was a beautiful Nissan Murano and this last one was a Cadillac CT4. Both beautiful. Great selection of quality cars at decent prices. Excellent service, all the time.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Ford F150XLT from Mark. It was represented accurately and the few issues I had with the truck were corrected without argument. Mark was very fair and I did not feel at any time like he was trying to snooker me. He was a gentleman and the deal was very transparent. I highly recommend Mark and 2010 Auto Sales.
