I have to say, those guys are amazing! I had just come from the Mazda dealer with a hefty bill for a diagnostic test that didn't provide any clues. But in just a few hours, these guys were able to sort out my problem at a reasonable price. The staff was both kind and expert. Josh, in particular, was a very nice guy who gave me feedback on the issue and how it was fixed. The problem turned out to be an electrical harness that had been chewed by a rodent. They had to pull out my rear bumper to fix it, but they did it quickly and efficiently.

I just recently had to have Andy here rebuild the engine on my truck because it took a crap and they provided nothing but excellent service to me! This job was on the pricey side and they knew I couldn t pay it all out of pocket and they are one of few shops that allow financing so I applied for all financing options I could get with them and was able to get the job done and paid for in a very timely matter! I had my truck back within a week and it runs like it s brand new now and I absolutely love it. Very professional shop and extremely friendly and provide nothing but great service and are always looking out for a customers best interest, also won t try to sell you more than what you actually need! Highly recommend going here for any needs for your car! I will be providing them will all my future vehicle needs!

Booked an appointment for tires and allignment, car was pulling hard right. first thing in morning. They got me right in within two minutes of my appointment time my car was already on the lift. I was in and out of there very fast. They had a nice waiting area for me to watch TV while I wait. Car drove flawless when I got it back, everything was perfect. Definitely top notch service and very friendly office staff

I LOVE all of the guys there! They are nice, professional and do great work. I always would give the 5/5. I gave them a four this time bc it took so long to get new tires on and have them realign them. They did however feel badly (when my husband couldn t take me to get my car) so they came and got me from my house so I could settle my bill back at their shop. Highly recommend them!!!

Making an appointment online for my state inspection was easy. I didn't even have to wait a long time to get in! Both gentlemen that worked with me were friendly, and the technician got me in and out quickly. I highly recommend WNY One Stop Automotive and will definitely be back.

Great owner and manager. Took my car in for an inspection needed some new brakes. They got the brakes in got them on the car and got me on my way very quickly. Can't say enough or recommend them enough.

After 30 years we needed a new mechanic. We checked around, read reviews and chose WNY One Stop, and they did not disappoint! They were friendly and polite on the phone, and scheduled me right away. The work was done when they promised, they did not try to sell me more than I asked for, and they were SO AFFORDABLE! The building is very nice and clean, with a comfortable waiting room. We're sold on them already. Highly recommend!

One of the best repair centers for my car since coming to the Niagara region. Professional honest service and without any price gouging at all. Even dropped me back to work and picked me up when service was done. Excellent work on alternator and new belt. Amazing customer service. Andy picked up my vehicle and towed it to his shop. It needed a new water pump and his shop got the work done in a day. Everyone there was so nice. They even gave me a ride home after towing my car to the shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I want to tell you all about my experience at the Western New York one step Automotive on Brighton Road in Tonawanda.In the fall I received a coupon in the mail. At the time I didn t need anything. It s now February 2024. I need to have my car inspected and my oil changed. I don t drive much but I wasn t sure if it needed anything else. I m real conscious about keeping up with anything my car needs. Because I m not a mechanic myself I have to find a place where I trust people. Having moved back to Buffalo 23 years ago (I grew up here), I have been to a few different mechanic shops. Most of these were recommended by family or friends. And while they all had decent price ranges, and not far from home, I went to them.For years when I would pass by One Stop Automotive, I always saw the amount of cars in their parking lot. This made me think that they were a decent shop. After receiving the coupon I decided to try this place for my Automotive needs.I like that it s family Owned. A family member was in the shop and came right up to the counter and introduced himself. I had an appointment and my car was taken immediately. I had a feeling that there might be other things that I could need. After the mechanic looked over my car for the inspection I was told that I needed a new oil filter, which I figured goes along with the oil change, but he also noticed that I have a Chevy Trax and that my car tends to have sludge built up. I had read that about My car. Not only did the oil Have sludge buildup but my antifreeze had it as well. He recommended a Full engine Flush. Also, I had two filters that were pretty dirty. I figured what the heck While I m there, I might as well get it all done at the same time. I hadthe New York State inspection, an oil change, a complete cooling service done, two filters changed, flush, plus antifreeze, and oil and I was given the price before the work was started. Cars are expensive no matter what we do or where we take our car for service. I was impressed with the cost and also with how quickly the work was done.I always want someone who has experience to work on my car, but I also like the fact that everyone that I met who worked at One Stop Automotive were so very friendly and helpful. Most people like when they re treated with kindness and respect. Just like anybody who goes to a doctor wants that doctor to have a good bedside manner.I was also told that the tires I have on my car were original from the factory and that I will need some probably by the fall. While I was waiting for my car, I decided to ask one of the guys if he could give me an idea of the cost. He checked my car to see what size and then gave me a full printout of everything I needed, including labor. I was so glad to have this, so that I ll have time to save for the tires.The price of tires, labor and other things needed were a decent price. I have checked other shops for tires. I am going to go with One Stop.I highly recommend going to One Stop Automotive For all your car repairs, and anything your car might need mechanically and tires. I drove off their lot and noticed how smooth my car was driving. I am one happy person!Thanks to everyone at One Stop Automotive-especially the mechanic who worked on my car.

Made an appointment online for an inspection for Friday, April 19th at 9:00 a.m. my husband said that he made an appointment tomorrow so I canceled the appointment on Thursday, April 18th at 1:41 p.m. Around 7:30 a.m. on Friday I received a text message saying that I still had the appointment. I thought it was just an error and disregarded it. At 2:33 p.m. I received a phone call from a gentleman asking me why I didn't show up to the appointment that I canceled the day before?

Carl, the owner, was personally engaged in the entire process. He was straightforward and honest in his explanation of my needs. He and Assistant Jeremiah were efficient as they explained my situation . They offered a variety of solutions at very fair prices. I highly recommend WNY ONE STOP for any of your automotive repair needs.Locally owned and operated.

I got a nail in my tire and walked in to WNY One Stop Automotive. They fixed it right away and have very reasonable pricing. This meant a lot to a mother with a special needs toddler that wanted to get home safely in cold weather. I can t tell you how much I appreciated the kindness and help from this business. Highly recommend them. Thank you a million times over.

This place is great. I needed an inspection on my 2021 Tesla and thought it was going to be a quick in and out. However, Carl and team showed me how bald my tires were and I would need to order 4 new electric foam sound tires. He got them in the next day and the customer service was amazing.Thank you Carl, Jeremiah and appreciate you caring for your customers!

Came in for the 1 buck inspection. Great deal, and seems like a great shop. The staff was very friendly and gave reasonable estimates for upcoming maintenance work, while not trying to squeak unnecessary repair money out. Will definitely be back.

Recently, I had to have my check engine light checked for my inspection. I went to wny 1 stop Automotive because of these reviews. Therefore, I feel I'm obligated to make a review. The shop took me in the next day and said they thought it was my fuel pump and would charge me $920 to get my fuel pump fixed and inspection done. I said ok because it needed to be done. Then they come back and said it's going to be a little more over $3600. I can't afford that! I told them this and they told me they could bring it down with discounts to 3000 plus tax to about 3200. Wow. I told them I have 1200 to my name. They said you could apply for a payment plan and explained....again, I said no. I'm getting divorced and have to buy my house, I can't extend my credit right now. I'm going to have to pull it. To which they charged me 320$!!! They Said they did a gas test and that takes and hour and they did remove my seats. What? What choice do I have, they have my car, so I pay this and after talking to 2 other mechanics found I was completely taken. I took my car to Steve's Automotive. After changing the gas cap for 18$ I didn't need a fuel pump or many of the things they said. And Steve's charged me $1116! Less than one third of what wny 1 stop Automotive wanted to charge me, and now I have a good inspection, and great work done very reasonably charged. At Steve's They told me the gas would be 35$ there and$21 for inspection... now there were still things wrong and i expected to pay to have them fixed, but not get robbed! A huge difference from what 1 stop charged me... and by the way, taking my seats out was not even written on the bill. I am very disgusted and warn everyone who goes there to know your stuff about cars if you go there, and ask what they are charging you to look at your car if you do not get the work done there... because they will rip you off.*****in response to your response. The other auto shop did not reset my check engine light. After changing the gas cc ap it went off on its own. And no. The check engine light is not on. ******

Went there for the first time this past weekend for an oil change. They sent a promo card in the mail with some specials so the price was very good for full synthetic. Good experience overall.

It's hard for me to trust a mechanic but I have finally found a shop that I feel has my back. They're fair, honest and helpful. Now that I've found them, I won't be going anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Car failed NY State inspection because technician stated all 4 rotors needed replacement, verified by 2 other auto shops , later, that it was not required, pads were making contact inside and outside rotors and pads were within specifications. Also , oil change was recommended, when oil was just changed 3 months ago, 500 miles later, and oil change info in car indicated 90% oil life remaining. Upon questioning, service rep said they didn t do previous oil change so they just recommended it. REALLY! Be careful peopleService: Vehicle safety inspection

My car was scheduled for inspection quickly by phone & the service desk technician was very friendly. They got it in & inspected quickly after an overnight drop & it was all done for $1 because I had a coupon they had sent out to every household in our area. They also checked out a problem with the air conditioning quickly & (relatively) inexpensively (no car repairs are "cheap" anymore). The service desk staff were again very friendly & helpful when I checked out. I will go to this garage again if I have any repairs that need to be done.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning
