Good people, they were able to see my car in one day and fix it, for which I am very thankful. Matthew was able to describe everything in detail along with before and after pics on what he worked on which was very helpful. I will definitely visit them again for my future car needs.

I had a very pleasant experience. Matthew and his team repaired my car and made it like new again! They repaired the power steering, front and back breaks, bearings, alignment, tire rotation, etc... Also, a nice team member drove me to work while my car was being repaired. The work was cost effective as well. Prior, I had considered getting another car by early spring, but I feel that I could perhaps get another year out of it or longer.Thank you Matthew and your Team to a job well done!

It s not enough characters on here to allow me to fully express my gratitude towards ALL the guys here, especially, Matt! The team that has been created here are God sent to say the least. No over charging or up charging for the work done to my vehicle. They are professional, reasonably priced, excellent service, completes GREAT WORK and they care about their customers!! I wish there were more people in this line of work that deliver on ALL LEVELS as they do!! They really should be the blueprint in automotive care for WNY and everywhere!!! I was doing an inspection there, they were very nice and friendly people. Very efficient. Caring about my situation and even asked me to pick my car earlier to avoid the coming snow storm. We were not like supplier and clients but more like friends, I was there first time by the way!!! Highly recommend them as your first priority!!!!!

The guys here are great! Came in for an inspection on my used car I just bought. It was pretty loud and the fix was easy. An affordable part and they didn't overcharge like some other places might. I drove away in a quiet car and you can bet Ill have all my maintenance work done here.

They were very friendly, took care of my car fast and explained everything that needed to be done with a quote before doing everything so I can decide if I wanted to continue. Very efficient and local to my area for ease of getting there!

Dealt with me honestly after a terrible experience with Pep Boys. Explained clearly what needed to be done immediately versus down the line with my older car. Would recommend Valu to anyone needing repair work

Went to get my brakes done , ended up having to change all my rotors , calipers and pads fromt and rear. Which is fine, they were in bad shape. The technicians are friendly and inviting but they dont know what they are doing. After initially changing all of the above. Everything was working fine for 2 months after that all of a sudden my brake lights come on, abs lights come on, noticed my brake fluid leaking , no brake pressure whatsoever. I had to shift my gear to neutral while on the road (local and highway every time i needed to stop, its was that bad. ) some how arrived to there shop thankfully it was under warranty which is for 3 months. They changed my front brakes for free in the second visit and in a couple of months the rotors warped and started to get rusty , ended up changing my front rotors and pads again on my own having to spend another $400. Mind you i already changed the whole system from them the first time i came in for service, which included rotors pads and calipers. ( i spent $1500 with them ). Bottomlime the technicians are inexperienced and they use non branded parts to save a couple of dollars ( white box parts). i have my receipts..

Called Monroe's and they didn't know what I was describing. Which is a common problem with bolts for exhaust. Talked with Matt here at Valu Muffler and was able to finish my question and gave a accurate estimate without having to bring the car in twice.

problems with my vehicle were diagnosed and addressed in a timely manner. Pricing was accurate and affordable. Will continue to use Valu muffler for the remaining future of my vehicle

My vehicle was in dier need of immediate attention this particular day. I pulled into the business and was greeted by Josh. I received an estimate of the problem, agreed to have the service done. Pickup my car the next day and my car is running smoothly today. Not knocking the wheels sounds good when I make turns. The manager and his crew were outstanding they help me over and above I am a disabled veteran with a double amputee and in a wheelchair I would recommend that one on Niagara falls boulevard and Brighton I would recommend that to everybody and my hat goes off to everybody who works there and if you can give him a raise they deserve it I've gone there three times already and three times they bend over backwards and went over and above thank you and have a good day my name is Peter NASCA

I stopped in to ask for help because my little brother blew a tire a few blocks down, Josh & his crew helped me load a Jack into my car and then on my way out my battery died, they jumped my car, ordered my battery and told me that it would be here by the time I came back with the jack, once my brothers car was okay I returned the Jack and they replaced my battery in 10 minutes tops for a reasonable price. I am so grateful that I chose to walk into this place today.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I had so many situations with an employee, at the Main St. location. I called another location, located on Niagara Falls Blvd., and Josh and Matthew service is PHENOMENAL. From their customer service, to the work that s been done on my car, I left feeling confident, the repairs were completed.

This particular location has always been my go-to, unless I m really in a pinch / if they re really busy, but I get my inspection, tire change, oil change the usual maintenance here and these guys will get the job done quick and more than a fair price. S/O to Matt, he s down to earth!I ll mention, for years I ve always come here I rarely got asked to get something done / repaired in addition to what I came for, unless there s really a need & they will always leave it up to you to decide, so thank you.

They managed to get my muffler done in a reasonable time even with constant calls & a gentleman that waited for his car to be done but they were waiting for an ok on the price. The man gave up & swore at the Mgr that he was waiting & they hadn't done anything on his car. They gave him an estimate & he was not satisfied with it so his friend came over & they said some place could it for $400. Replace radiator & temp gauge & replace fluids. Mgr said fine if you found someone for $400. I know the estimate was probably close to $ 600. I would recommend.
