Can't say enough good things about Twin City Transmission. Brought my son's car there because we thought there was a transmission issue because it was hesitating when Switching gears. They diagnosed the problem and gave me exact instructions on how to get it fixed. Turns out it was a timing issue and didn't charge me a penny for the diagnosis. Great people would send any and all of my friends and family there.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job rebuilding the transaxle in our 1990 Chrysler fifth Ave. Had it done in time and price quoted shifts like a new car! Will take all future trans work to Jeff

Dropped off a 79 camaro and they rebuilt the transmission. 1 week later it was leaking transmission fluid. Brought it back to get the leak fixed and rebuild the rear end. It sat there for 10 months and they never fixed it. I stopped in several times and was told they would get to it in a few weeks. Picked it up leaking a broken. Go somewhere else!Service: Transmission

Absolutely incredible service from Jeff and team! These guys go above and beyond both in their mechanic AND customer service. I've had several shops 4x4 shops tell me they wouldn't even look at my vehicle, meanwhile Twin City Transmission has gotten me back up and running in just days and stand by their work. I would recommend Twin City Transmission to everyone. I was told it was my Transmission from another place. Call up Twin City Transmission and they told me to bring it down and they would look at the next day. Got a call from Twin City and they told me it wasn't my transmission at all it was my front left wheel bearing and collar that locks the 4wheel drive. they had it fixed in 1 day and very friendly Employees. They answered all my questions and even showed me the parts that were no good and showed me how they work and what was wrong with them. Would recommend them to everyone.Thank you Twin City for doing such a great job and fast service. My 2011 F-150 runs great. The price I was quoted is what I paid. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Twin City, they were able to get me in the same day I had called and were very quick with my repair! I did need to take my car back in for a minor problem that they were able to fix for me right away with no problems! The only thing I would say is, I had to contact for updates on my vehicle and felt I was a bother, wish they would've called me when available for updates so I was not disrupting their work. But other than that amazing work and very pleasant people!Service: Transmission

Gave them a call and they were able to get me in that very day. I had my car back within a week and not only were they the cheapest quote I received, they also do the best work. My car has never shifted better than it does now after they rebuilt my Transmission

The guys here knew immediately what was wrong with my 98 Ram 1500 4x4. In less than 2 days they called to say it was all fixed! Truck has been shifting great! It's an old WNY truck with rusted bolts, very difficult to get off, but they did it, and replaced them with new ones. They even replaced my bad transmission mount. Great service and priced well. I hope I never need another transmission rebuilt but if I do I will definitely be back! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service all around!

The owner is old fashion. Handshake agreement and no games. Had my trans rebuilt in my E250 work van. He had it back to me in a week. And he sent a tow truck to pick it up. Good people

I had my truck (2002 Chevy 1500 Auto transmission) fixed by Jeff at twin city in NT, great customer service, lower price than his competitors. (I had 2 other quotes from local businesses)The shop wasn't bogged down with other non transmission repairs,I will only go to see Jeff from now on and refer everyone to twin city transmission, he will give you a great quote and a great price, I can't say enough good thing about this transmission shop

had my beautiful 72 Olds Cutlass in there for repair it wasn't shifting into 3rd..and was shifting real hard 1st to 2nd.. they rebuilt it and I paid my bill.. few day later it had an issue, brought back and he ordered another part for it and didn't charge me for the part or labor ( who does that ESPECIALLY TRANS SHOPS) and straitened out my linkage which wasn't part of the issue. .car shifts fantastic now.. I would go there if I had a problem and would recommend any day..

2006 F350 4x4 Diesel Crew cab with big lift and bigger tires..that i admittedly beat the hell out of. Banks overboost, Banks intercooler and turbo... Jeff immediatlely remarked that at 190k he was somewhat amused the transmission lasted this long. (28k on Bullettproof 6.0 diesel rebuild) and told me in no uncertain terms that he could not honor a warranty on the new transmission if i had the Banks setup.8 days and $3300 later it was perfect (included new Torque Converter which is 600 bucks alone) all updated parts and HD Clutches. Noticeable difference in torque and reverse must have been bad for thousands of miles because it was much stronger...UPDATE: almost 8 years and 188k miles. Still not one Problem with it. I did spec severe duty clutches. MAINTENANCE IS KEY. Sounds crazy that im changing fluids and filters every 25k miles and in the summer that can be 6 weeks between changes, but i change the filter and 12 - 15 qts of Mercon V (which can be had MUCH cheaper in 1 or 5 gallon buckets) has kept this transmission still 110%. Ive since kept the Banks kit but switched to a (twin city) recommended tuner and have no issues. The stock trans cooler works fine, blow out the lines, refill and enjoy. Used it with a permit to pull over 30K lbs thru GA/SC gooseneck. Not one issue and many hills were in 4X4 low (with hubs unlocked) to drag up steep hills.Cant go wrong with Jeff @ Twin City (Bucholtz) always quality service.
