I was an unscheduled alignment walk in, and needed a rotation as well, with a handful in the waiting room I left to run an errand and when I walked back in less than 90 minutes later my car was waiting for me and the alignment was perfect!! The car rolls real smooth and (my personal favorite) the steering wheel is straight and centered

My son picked up a sheet metal screw and used the can of green slime which came with the car to finish his errands. I followed him over incase the repair would have taken an extended amount of time. About 40 minutes later all was better and they didn't charge him anything.He did leave a tip for the technician.I've enjoyed Tread City for a few years and several cars. Great tire offerings especially when you explain what your expectations are for your tires. Just before this winter started I wanted a very quiet snow tire for my Kia Sportage. They identified a Blizak tire and I've been extremely happy with its performance ln our WNY winter weather.

Bought 4 tires the day before made an appointment and then the guy says first come first serve so about 2-3 hours. If someone makes an appointment it should be there appointment not an appointment to here first come first serve. (unprofessional). However good tire shop with good tires.

I want to start by thanking Tread City after a terrible experience at the dealership. I took my 2023 leased vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, received an email stating I failed my inspection and that I had two tires with screws in them that were leaking and could not be repaired, they wanted $600 for two tires. I declined the service because it did not seem right. I called Tread City on a Saturday at the end of their day and they said I could bring my car in anytime. So, first thing Monday morning, I dropped my car off and went to work. I called at lunch time and they said the dealership was just trying to get a sale out of me. Only one of my four times had a leak because of two screws and it was repairable. I could not thank Tread City enough for not only being an honest company but for also not taking advantage of me and all being beyond nice! Their customer service was great and the work done was also great. So, thank you again Tread City, I will be back soon with my husbands car and will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for tires or tire repairs!

Billy Hooked me up with wheels, tires, and lift kit. The Wheels/tires I wanted stuck out to far, and they trimmed wheel wells to make fit. They did a great job and can t even tell they cut anything. Also use them for our company truck tires. Great service!

I got out of my car at the bank and heard hissing coming from my tire, drove it over and they had it plugged and me out the door in 30 minutes. I expected to be banged over the head on charges from needing an emergency service (typical of most shops) and they did not take advantage of my misfortune. It was my first time here and I ll be back next week to get my wheel bearing replaced and an alignment done. Might be a new lifetime customer!

My husband went to get tired put on my jeep, they told him I needed all new brakes, rotors,and calipers. When my pads just had been changed and my jeep has only 35k miles on it.. We will never go back and tell family and friends not to go.

I was in a pinch to get my tires done quickly, and TCT was extremely helpful. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, and it was ready to pick up at noon that day. It was reasonably priced and would recommend their services.

With my many past years in auto repair, I did find this shop to be honest. I did find the tires I wanted at the best price at Tread City. I knew I had suspension issues and wanted everything looked over. I told them what I believed to be part of the issue, and, I was wrong! I had a bad inner tie rod that was so bad my car was unsafe to be driving and, so bad it was making the noises I suspected was from my struts/mounts. This being said, my car was inspected by another shop--where I asked them to check these 'noises' and they claimed everything was fine & I had a tie rod with "a little play"- but they stickered my window anyhow! So, fast forward, I end up at Tread City and their findings were completely different! My car should've failed that inspection for the Tie Rod. I knew it. But, had no idea how bad it really was. Also asked "other shop" to check the boot on my CV joint as I was already told it was ripped. They said "its fine, not leaking any grease". But, I heard the clicking noise.. fast forward, Tread City - the boot was completely rotted off and no grease-- and the other side was all dry rotted. I couldve destroyed my vehicle if I continued to drive with the CV joints in bad shape and the tie rod that was about to let loose! Worse.. cause an accident. I needed some other items checked out and it there was no additional repair/parts needed. Resolved the above issues and my Sorento is in good shape. I know labor time for these repairs and Tread City was by the book. I"m ok with that. It is what it is-- my safety and expanding the lifetime of my ride was important to me and Tread City.

Claimed they did an alignment after replacing my tires yet refused to provide a printout. Vehicle pulls to the right now so I doubt the alignment was done correctly if at all though I was charged for it. Very unprofessional, waited almost 2 hours for the work to be done and they repositioned my seat all out of wack just to drive it 10 feet. If I could have given 0 stars I would've.

We ve been going to Tread City for years now with multiple different trucks. They ve done all of our lift kits, tires and wheels. They are always so professional, fair and accommodating. I m always amazed and blown away with their work every time. Don and his staff are great to work with and I will never take my business anywhere else.

The staff there are kind & helpful. They answer any questions you have. They let you know ahead of time if it's going to be a while & let you know if it's best to leave your vehicle there & try to accommodate if you cant.

Price for four winter tires was right. However one of the tires leaked air almost immediately after purchase. Upon checking found a different tire inflated to 78 lbs when 32 is recommended. To their credit they adjusted the two tires in a very short time at no extra cost.

Very pleased with the whole experience here at tread city. The truck turned out great and the customer service is excellent. Bill went above and beyond to help me determine exactly what I was looking for with the rim and tire package ...thanks again!

They went thru the items in my car, didnt put my hub cap back on properly causing me to loose it while driving and didnt replace any of my valve stem caps. Definitely dont reccomend, didnt appreciate their attitudes either when they couldnt find my car that was parked out back in plain view.

Awesome guys! After four new tires two sensors wouldn't reprogram. They replaced the sensors for free I will be back for my next set of tires.

Tyler came out to my house and replaced my 4 bare tires. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job! Everyone at TC has been awesome! I could not find better pricing anywhere. These people are a credit to a business that is scary for a woman to deal with. God bless them for their honesty and integrity! I wish they were a full service garage.

Very happy with Tread City Tire! A lot of my friends have said great things about this place and I've heard a few radio ads about it. It's one of the few (if not only) place in buffalo that offers truck lifts. I figured "why not, I will give them a quick call to see what they offer". I spoke with Billy at the N. Tonawanda shop and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me a few pictures of his recent clients truck after getting it installed and I was immediately sold. We scheduled the appointment and they offered a ride, to and from my work. I'm just all around very happy with the service of this place and can almost guarantee that Ill be back for larger truck tires in the future. AAA service.Thanks again guys!

I am very pleased with this company! I woke up to a flat tire yesterday I called and they had 2 used tires for me and set up the appointment for today. When Tyler arrived he noticed the tire size I told him was wrong(thanks owners manual! And shame on me for not just looking at the tire!) So he had to go all the way back to the shop to get the right tires but they only had new tires in the size I needed not used tires so I took the new tires and for 2 new tires, him coming to my house then having to go all the way back to the shop and come back out again and do the work, all I paid was $242. Tyler was quick and efficient and he got poured on by the rain I felt so horrible that he had to go out of his way and got soaked in the process. He was still extremely polite and thorough through all of it. Thank you Tyler and TC! Definitely recommmend!

Place is full of con artists and clowns. I bought 4 new tires from them, one of which bubbled out then started leaking at the rim with less than 3,000 miles on it. Of course this was not covered and they charged me $100 for another new tire. They did not call me back when the tire was finished like they said they would and I waited 5 days with no contact from them before I got fed up and called them myself. A second wheel leaked because apparently they either have inexperienced people or those that do poor quality work. I ended up damaging my rim because of this leak on a pot hole. Which I then had to repair and brought it back to have the tire re attached. The guy essentially demanded I tip his employee for the flat repair $20 on a service they give free for life when you buy tires from them. This same tire began leaking again some time later so I brought it back and asked that they seal it really well. They called me and said they wanted to have a wheel repair guy look at it because they weren t able to fix the leak. And then they tried to sell me a new wheel, and told me I could pay their wheel repair guy $200 to fix it. They didn t tell me this wheel guy was going to cost me money at all, they just said they would have him look at it when he could. I didn t hear from them for almost a week, and it was when I called back and asked about the wheel repair costing money that I found out about the price. I took it to a local mechanic and paid him to seal it which he did with no issues and he only asked for $25 although I paid him more than that for fixing this mess. The mechanic told me it seemed as though they did not even attempt to fix the leak at all which makes sense because when I bubble tested the leak myself it wasn t coming from the spot they said it was. I had also bought a used tire from them years ago for a different car which they told me on the phone was like new , my mother dropped the car off for me and I don t know if it was because she s a woman or something that they thought they could take advantage of her but they put a nearly bald tire on my wheel. I came back to complain and this old man started screaming at me and calling me a liar. After 10 minutes of heated discussion he yelled get this guy out of here , had his techs put a used tire on my wheel that actually had tread and I left. The tire blew up within a week on my way to work one day. I wouldn t be surprised if he had put a recalled tire on my rim. Never doing business with these guys again. They say good customer service is important to them in their slogan but my experience has been anything but. I have spoke to other people about this company only to find that others have had poor experiences with them as well.

Anthony gave me the best customer service. I had a problem with my alignment that caused my 2 back tires to be bad. I also told him the car was shaking when i went over bumps. Very great communication and honest. Him and his team took care of the problem, at a reasonable cost too, and now my car rides great. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely cannot recommend them any more. A million stars wouldn't do them justice. I moved here from the Pittsburgh area a couple years ago and struggled to find a trustworthy shop in my new area. I had a squeak coming from my front end and immediately knew it was probably strut related, or something closely related, thanks rock salt lol. I called to get a quote on a Friday around 3 pm and Anthony helped me. Told me to come in first thing on Monday. Let me tell you, anothony is the best dude out there. Super helpful and not out to screw you. When I say I got quotes for over 25 places, I'm not kidding. Anthony was like, a literal godsend. Got my car in, got it worked on, ended up being more issues than I originally thought but still ended up being CHEAPER than any other quotes I got even with the extra issues. I freaking love these guys. They were honest, thorough, and kind. I won't ever go anywhere but here if I can help it.

They hooked me up with some brand new tires for cheap, and knew how to handle my custom rims. It's not my first time going there and will not be my last. Infinitely more better than any of those big national chains.

Had a tire leaking down less than 24 hours. Gave them a call and they took me without an appointment on a busy Friday afternoon. These guys are very accommodating! Always buy tires here.

Awesome service, spoke with Antonio a few times since we had to reschedule due to weather. I used their mobile service, they came out to me and changed my tires. Probably some of the smoothest and most fluent service I have ever received. Everyone I spoke to due to the phone tag of rescheduling was very kind and very helpful. Very good experience and changes the standard of what to expect.
