Unfortunately (for me) over the past 7 or 8 years I have taken vehicles to Tom's several times. I highly recommend Tom's for any collision repairs. Tom is skilled, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent results. On top of that, He's a nice guy. I Hope I don't need to take a vehicle for collision work anytime soon, but if you do, I truly recommend Tom's Collision Services.

We highly recommend this shop!! They completed our work with the highest quality, affordable, quick and efficiently!! They were very friendly and accommodating our work schedule!! If you need any servicing or body shop work, they are the BEST!!! We will absolutely use them again!! Thank you Tom!!

I was a walk-in to Toms collision, I heard from a friend they do good work, good work was an under statement, they do Great work. Not only did they do great work, they did it really quickly. The turn around was a little over a week. They replaced my whole front end, and they did it cheaper than any other collision shop around. I would recommend Toms collision to anyone looking for a repair. They do excellent work! Go see them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tom's Auto Collision did an amazing job on my 2010 Legacy after a collision with a deer. To look at my car you wouldn't even know it sustained damage except for the fact the area that was hit now looks in showroom condition. Their customer service was exceptional with all details being handled quickly and professionally. After filing the claim, Tom's dealt with the insurance company and kept us in the loop as to the progress. I even got my car back a day earlier than expected! Highly recommend not only for the great work, but for the personalized attention given!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do amazing work at Tom s!! They always get your car done quicker than expected and it is always great quality. The customer service is amazing too. They really treat you like family and will do the absolute most to help you. I HIGHLY recommend going to this shop for any type of collision repair!

I was rear-ended and my trunk and bumper were damaged, accordion-style. I got estimates at a few local collision shops and decided to go with Tom's because the repair plans laid out by Tony were easily understood by me who knows nothing about car repair and the estimate was reasonably priced when compared to the other shops I had visited. Not only was I confident the work would be done well, I liked that Tom and Tony listened to me about my car accident and gave me good advisement about how to deal with the other driver's insurance company. At one point, Tony even said if I needed help, he'd talk to the insurance company for me. He educated me about what my rights were and I liked knowing that I had him as a back up if I needed it.What further impressed me about Tom's Collision shop is what happened a few months later after it had rained and I discovered a leak in my trunk. This had never been the case prior to the accident, so I took my car back to Tom's to discuss what I had found believing that something had been missed during my repair. I left my car for them to go over their work, and I've never had a wet trunk again.We usually interview three companies before choosing one to do work for us, but when we needed another repair done last year after our car was hit by a driver who ran a red light, my husband and I went immediately to Tom's Collision, because we're that confident in them and the integrity with which they run their business.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my vehicle to Tom because of some rust spots on the tailgate I wanted taken care of. Tom and his team went above and beyond my expectations in making the rust disappear as well as buffing out the rest of my vehicle making it look brand new again! I would highly recommend Tom's Auto Collision Services because of their attention to fine detail! The customer service is great and they make you feel like family!

My brand new VW Atlas suffered a 2 foot primer scratch at the Bills Game and they lost ugh! I did some research and found Tom s collision and I am so lucky I did! It s like it never happened now. Their work is stellar! I walked away feeling like I got a deal and I really appreciated how professional Tom and his staff were. It s tough these days to find good customer service, as we all know. I will definitely be recommending Tom s to any friends and family that need a reliable collision shop.Service: Painting

Was able to quickly and easily get my bumper fixed in one day! The shop ordered the parts for me in advance and when they were ready all I had to do was drop my car off in the morning before work and I had it back by the end of the day. Would recommend. Great quality work for great prices.

I could not have asked for a better first experience getting my car fixed. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. Brought my car in Thursday afternoon, wasn t expecting it until Monday or Tuesday and they got it done for me Friday afternoon. Took care of everything I needed and more. I will definitely not be going anywhere but Toms Auto Collision Service.

Awesome service and very kind people my ram 1500 went in for a repair and they gave me a very good price and was done in a great amount of time and my truck looks brand new definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a repair or some upgrades! Polite! Great customer service! Couldn't be happier with my car's door fix and paint job. Ladies...no fear of rip-offs here! My mechanic at Ross Service recommended Tom's and for good reason! You won't feel belittled or taken advantage of at either place!

They're a amazing business, very professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. My car was damaged in a hit-and-run and Tom's Auto even reached out to me to help. They went above and beyond the services of a regular collision shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While getting in an accident and having your car damaged is never a good experience, the awesome service I had with with Tom's Auto Collision made it as easy as possible. I can't thank them enough for the job they did on my Jeep and for the amazing customer service they provided.This was my first accident and they helped take care of a lot of the back and forth with my insurance and made sure I was receiving constant updates.While I hope my Jeep won't need any repairs anytime soon, I know there is only one place I will now trust with bringing it back to.Thank you so much again for all of your help. I truly can't express my gratitude enough.

Daughter's driver door was in a hit-and-run in a parking lot, damage all around door handle. Tom's did an amazing job - from body work to paint - making it look like brand new! Quality work, fair pricing, great communication. Highly recommend!

If you want your car fixed to look like it was brand new off the show room floor. This is the place to go. If unfortunately your car gets damaged there is no one else who takes care of all the details to make it back to better before your accident look like this collision shop. Tom is a great owner along with his workers. Have the best eye for detail an getting the job done restoring your car back to the way you want it. Prices are fair also!

What a pleasant experience we had!!!We had extensive damage to my wifes vehicle. Tom had our vehicle repaired and delivered back to us in 8 days. My wife and I we re very impressed with Tom and his staff and the quality of work !!! We highly recommend Tom s Auto Service!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thanks again Tom!!

The most personable mechanics that I've ever come across in this automotive industry. Compassionate and understanding they view situations through the customers eyes I would highly recommend there services to anyone that needs help with collision work. Tony was excellent, he was caring, informative and very prompt and reasonable.

Having to take your vehicle in for collision repair is not something anyone wishes to do. However- If you must, please consider Tom's. Not only are they professional and do quality work, they make you feel like family. 100% highly recommend Tom and his collision family!!

Excellant craftsmanship between Tom and Tony. Andrea and Tom walked me through the whole paperwork and insurance process, keeping me updated of progress. They even set me up with a rental through my insurance. They stayed within expected timeframe. Very courteous and professional every step of the way, and made my baby look like new again! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thanks Tom, Tony and Andrea!!!
