I trust Mike the owner, and frankly with a service station that's important. He's done repairs, tires, brakes, oil changes, inspections and more on my cars and everytime I've been happy. I've never had a complaint it's been a great relationship

Mike and his two sons, Sam and Max, took great care of me and my vehicle. They inspected my car throughly and repaired all mechanical issues in the same day before having my vehicle ready to go. I highly recommend Ross Service for any and all vehicle needs.

As always, I am very pleased with my service at Ross service station. Mike is a great mechanic and so are his workers. He is very honest and goes above and beyond what any other mechanic is done for me

My family has been going to Ross's for multiple generations at this point, though you will have to wait, as they're constantly booked out for at least a week, the integrity of the workers, and honest prices is worth it.

I recently had my car in for a state inspection and oil change. They were able to fit me in to an already busy day and get my car done the same day. I really appreciate the great service I've gotten over the years from Ross Service Station!

Mike and his workers always do a great job. Anything that is not a basic fix they will let you know what needs to be done and what it will cost you before they do the work. They do amazing work and there very great people, they do pretty much anything you need to be done I ve taken my car there several times and everytime I have it s been very well taken care of, You need it done take your car here!!

Only mechanic my family and I go to. I don't trust many mechanics. This one I do. They don't "steer you wrong". No "phantom charges" and they don't try to get you to replace or repair things that really don't need to be fixed. The only drawback is sometimes a wait to get in there. I am always pleased with the service at Ross. I have been going there a long time ever since discovering how honest Michael is. Saved my daughter $1,000 compared to another estmate she was given. I live in Cheektowaga but Ross in N. Friendly service, honest work, good prices. It's rare to find good, honest auto mechanics but you'll find them at Ross's. Great place you can trust.

Great place to take you vehicle. Great prices and friendly service. I have a Hummer H3t with only a few thousand made. They help finding parts and find parts at a good price. They have saved me thousands of dollars. Definitely my go to mechanic!!

THIS IS EVE DUGGAN COMMENTING ON ( ROSS SERVICE STATION ) THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE....VERY HONEST KNOWABLE ABOUT CARS..ITS THE BEST CARSERVICE IVE EVER HAD..AND THESE GUYS ARE NICE EVEN WHEN ITS 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE..THANKS MIKE AND YOUR AWESOMENESS TEAM ..FOR GIVING ME THE BEST CAR SERVICE AND NOT RIPPING ME OFF JUST FOR BEING A WOMAN....BELIEVE ME !!!! I had to book a few weeks out but they said they may get me in earlier and they did! Provided good education on my car issue which helped me make an informed decision about what to do. Options given based on how much I wanted to invest in my car, so they seem sensitive to customers' various financial situations. Highly recommended!

I'd rate this business a million stars if I could! My lease company tried telling me I needed new brakes...said my front ones were at 20% and my back ones were at 10%. The gentleman at this place looked at them and said they were completely fine and didn't need to be replaced (they were at 40% and 50%). Saved me $1800 from the dealer and never even charged me. Honesty and integrity are very evident here and I will always highly recommend them.

We always receive excellent service at Ross! Knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles and will recommend exactly what is needed. They will not try to up sell on unnecessary repairs or services.
