We bought a 2009 Mazda 6 from them and it has been awesome. Abdul, Azem, and Mike that work there were excellent. We got a flat a few days after buying the car, you know how that goes , and we immediately drove it to their shop. Instead of charging us for a new tire, they fixed the tires issue at no cost. You pay for honest work from honest people, atleast that was our experience!

I worked in a shop for 17 years, so I have a good idea of what is important in a shop. I had a person interested in buying my truck and wanted it looked at by 3rd party shop as he was from out of the locale. They found a few things I wasn't aware of. One thing was a problem with transmission codes that could not be cleared, but there were no reason. They had current diagnostic tools. Everything functioned fine on the truck. Since I'm selling it, I was not going to go after finding out why. We talked about it for 15 minutes or so with the shop guys and the prospective buyers. Out of fairness I did lower my asking price as there was a potential issue that was unknown,Bottom line is there was good communication, fair judgment and professionalism that points to a honest shop. I would have confidence with this shop.

I went here just for an inspection. He told me to wait in the waiting room. By the time I got my headphones on and had my book out, he came through the door and told me it was all set and he was done.It was maybe two minutes. He charged me way less than I was thinking it would be too.I know it was a simple job for him as it was a new car, but so many mechanics take advantage of people and he so easily could have. The most important thing is to find an honest mechanic.Ill definitely be recommending him from now on.

Abdul and Azem are my favorite mechanics. I bought my car here used for a fair price 6 years ago and I won't go anywhere else. Always honest, and happy to help me learn about the work they're doing on the car

I've always been one to do all the repairs on my vehicle. So, it's tough to find a shop you can trust. When the clutch needed replacement on my A4, I didn't have the facilities to do it myself. I decided to give Niagara Auto Repair a try since they specialize in Euro vehicles and I couldn't have been happier. They don't shy away from working on modified vehicles (they even recommended some upgraded clutches since my car is tuned) they also didn't mind that I supplied my own parts. The turnaround was quick, got it done in about a day and a half and were always prompt in explaining any issues or updates on the car. The price of labor was also very fair. Overall, excellent first impression and will definitely bring my car back if there's anything I can't tackle myself.

I got my car serviced today and I was more than pleased. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. He took the time to show me the work that needed to get done prior to me scheduling an appointment. I am a single mom and any car issues that came up in the past use to give me anxiety because I know how often mechanics take advantage and it s a shame. I did some shopping around first and prayed that God would send me to the right mechanics for my current servicing needs and for the future. My prayer was answered and I thank the staff for their hard and honest work. I will be back. Many blessings!

I purchased a used Volkswagen Passat here 7 years ago - I love the car, has had minimal issues. I also return here for any servicing and maintenance. They know their way around a Volkswagen inside and out, not surprising since their used-car lot often includes VW and Audi above all else. This shop has done well by me. I bought a 12 year old VW Jetta from them and have had several of my VWs serviced here. Abdel and Azem have been very fair to deal with.
