I ve came here for my tires couple of times and the service is always great. The prices are fair, the service is quick, and the staff is always very friendly. Derar was very nice and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my car. He kept me updated and informed me about everything. I'll keep coming back and will tell my family and friends about this place.

I've been here a few times for work on my vehicle and every time the service was exceptional. Very affordable pricing, fast service and friendly staff.Derar was very nice and respectful and he made sure i was comfortable while i waited for my vehicle to get done being serviced. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure i was aware of pricing before anything had been done. I will continue to go here for services in the future and also recommend them to my family and friends.

A+ customer service! My 1st time at this location the service was great very accommodating. I ordered a set of tires had them installed. I Would highly recommend shop for work. Management and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I came in to try to get a tire plugged and they went above and beyond to support such. The way they handled me as a customer, is why I will return not to just get the one tire, but all 4 along with brakes and rotors. Living down the street even makes this place better. The manager, assistant manager (s), or anyone else work works the desk is extremely professional and supportive. The mechanic also did a great job getting me back on the road in a pinch. Couldn't be any happier with this shop and believe the staff deserve such recognition!

I was in a few days ago to get some help taking my plates of my car. Derar greeted me quickly and removed them in no time. I get that s not really a service they offer, but he didn t hesitate to help and his coworkers were helpful too. If the friendly staff is any indication of the service, I d recommend this Mavis to everyone.

This Mavis location goes above and beyond to help a customer.I needed a last min appointment and they squeezed me in to address a slow leak in one of my rear tires.They actually take time to listen and explain to the customer, allowing them to provide top notch service.I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Tony is the best guy ever! So amazing and easy to get my wheels aligned here, and super fast too, I barely had to wait!! So nice and kind when I didn t know anything about alignments! I love it here, I can t wait to bring my car back and see Tony again!

I recently had a great experience with the customer service representatives at this location. Everyone working here exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in a professional and friendly manner and managed to help me out in such a timely fashion. Tony and all of his employees were absolutely polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful. 10/10

I would send everyone I know here. It is hard to know reputable company from not but this is an amazing company. Shawn was fantastic. He took care of my car not only for the reason that I brought it in but that recommended other opportunities for replacements that need to happen anyway. I would sincerely say trust your car here.

I went to Mavis to price some tires I spoke to the manager Tony And had a very pleasant experience He was very knowledgeable in the products and even recommended me a tire that was better than the one that I went to look at He Got me in the same day and out within an hour with a new set of tires Looks like I found a new auto place Very honest guy.

For time coming here, for an oil change and nys inspection prices were pretty cheap and the wait was great fastest than many places I went to. Plus Derar was very professional and helpful to everyone that came through or called

Came here the other day for new tires and I was very satisfied with the service. Their tech Sheniel worked on my car and he did a fantastic job. He treated my vehicle with care as if it was his own and I really appreciated that from him. Thank you Mavis!!!

I only chose to go to this location because Google said they weren't going to be busy by the time I would be free and I'm glad that I did because not only was everyone nice and professional, but they seemed well staffed, so the wait was shorter than expected compared to other places.I interacted with Shawn and D specifically and they were great, honest and very knowledgeable. As a young woman, I felt comfortable going there by myself and they explained to me what was wrong and what needed to happen to fix my car. I had an oil change and rear brakes done. My car has been driving much better since. Definitely would go back for maintenance.

I had a flat tire and was scared that it couldn't be fixed. They were so nice! The manager reassured me the tire would be fine. I was going on a trip and they checked my car over and filled my windshield washer fluid. I will need tires soon and I know I will definitely go back there to get them!

All of the Mavis Tires in this area are fantastic. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, and worked hard to accommodate my budget. I ve had a terrible experience with dealers like Northtown, so I will definitely be going back to them when my car inevitably breaks down. I scheduled the appointment last minute too and they got me right in so I wouldn t fail my inspection coming up at (unfortunately) Northtown.

It's difficult to find a reputable place to have your car fixed. I price shop because car repairs are expensive. Every time, Mavis at Sheridan and Parker wins by a LOT. What I love is the service. Tony has helped me time and again fixing the issue at an affordable price. Because of this, I brought my family to him, I tell my friends about him. Having a place that will fix your car at a price you can afford is, well, priceless. I trust Tony at Mavis with our family's cars. Thank you, Tony!

Every time I take my car to the Mavis in Tonawanda, I'm treated to friendly staff who are informative. I've dealt with numerous folks at Mavis over the past few years and this is true of all of them. This is true of most recent experiences - I was in twice in 3 weeks. I had a slow tire leak which they fixed - i didn't have to wait. Followed by an inspection, alignment and tire rotation. They are timely. Compared to other auto repair shops I think their prices are reasonable. I'd highly recommend them.

Car maintenance is never fun to deal with but Mavis always treats me fairly, explains clearly what is going on, and offers fair pricing. Special shout out to the manager at this location,Tony, for always being excellent to work with!
