Beware. They do not provide the free tire rotation for which they invoice customers.I brought my car in for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing it in, I marked my tires inside and outside. I went in , paid,looked at the invoice, which specified a tire rotation was performed and the tread depth of each tire was 9/32, which was expected as the tires have less than 5000 miles on them. (See photos).Upon picking up my car I noticed the outside markings were all wiped off, although still partially visible, and my tires weren't rotated. Went back in and the guy at the desk pulled out a hand written checklist and noted that the tread depth of of my front tires was actually 10/32 so the better tires were left on the front. Incidentally, he never mentioned that my tires were not rotated during the checkout process..Its generally recognized that the better tires should be on the back (how does a tire company not know this?) The guy also had no answer as to why my invoice specified a tread depth of 9/32 on each tire if intact the front were 10/32. The discrepancies in tread depth measurements makes me think they dont know how to do them, and wiping the markings off my tires and falsely specifying a tire rotation on the invoice seems indicative of a conscious effort to conceal the fact that the tires were not rotated. And now I'm left wondering if I actually got the synthetic oil I paid for...

If you have a problem with your vehicle this place will charge you $80 for a half an hour or $160 an hour to just tell you what is wrong with your car and they won't subtract it from the total repair bill. Have been a customer here many years but no longer with this policy! Made an appointment with a shop that gave me a free estimate and will be doing the repair !

I use this Goodyear store pretty exclusively. All of the associates there are curtious and do a great job of whatever service I'm having done. My 1 and only issue is that I usually have to wait with my vehicle and it takes way too long. That being said I'd rather have the quality work.

Horrible customer service at the Niagara Falls Blvd location in Amherst. Called to speak to the manager and was told he was unavailable and he would call me back. Left my name and number, and no one ever called back. I called back after a few hours only to get hung up on when I asked for the manager. Called back again and was promptly placed on hold again. I sat on hold for 10 mins before I finally hung up. DO NOT BOTHER with this place. Take your business elsewhere.

Four rims damaged when they installed new tires. Management was pretty much so "sorry to bad" Did not expect this from a Goodyear Service Center. Contacting Goodyear corporate hoping I get some help.

Andrew and his team were excellent in communication with me on my daughter s car. I recommend this good year in Tonawanda especially if your child attends college in the Buffalo area.

Andrew Don and Rich are awesome at what they do. These gentlemen know what they re doing and talking about. I will be bringing my vehicle to the shop from now on. It s hard to find reliable mechanics like this. I have had my brakes done 4 times and they are the only shop that went out of their way to find my problem. It was worth the wait and the customer service was A1

The manager and some of the staff are former Co Workers of mine,Don Gerass store manager has one if the best teams in Buffalo, NY Goodyear Chains! The store is clean and welcoming.Jim W., with his Co-worker team is very good, they have the knowledge on all repairs and service.Prices are average and they will work fairly to complete all your cars/Pick up truck, and vans needs.I highly recommend this store!

Talk about excellent, warm customer service!! I called this place on a whim for AAA to tow to and they were so accommodating to get my tires swapped out by the end of the work day (and it was already 1pm!) Don made me feel like I was one of his own daughters, he explained everything as detailed as I needed, told me what he would do for his own car or family member's, and was able to help figure out a price for tires when I was in a pinch with a flat tire. Thank you for making stressful situations into an pleasant experience to remember Goodyear.

First/last time going here... my 1 hr oil change appointment kept me here for a 1:45... they put the wrong oil... there was zero communication on why it was taking so long... then took absolutely no money off for the inconvenience, just gave me their online price which I was already quoted and played it as $20 off. Don't waste your time/money here.

I want to start off this review by saying I didn t actually visit this location. I had pulled into the parking lot after I realized my rear bumper had been pulled off by a nearby car wash. I called my husband and had planned on waiting for him to meet me. While I was on the phone, an employee (I apologize I did not get his name) had come over and offered to zip tie my bumper back on for me. I was really upset and this act of kindness was refreshing. Because of this employees kindness I will definitely visit this business in the future. Thank you so much for the help! It really meant a lot!

They have been great in the past, but seem to be going downhill at this point. I ve been going to this location for years. Always had friendly service, always took care of my car. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow (10/23) and found out that I have a medical appointment I have to go to somewhere else at the same time. So being courteous (and because you can t cancel or change appointments online) I tried to call them today to cancel it. Someone picks up and immediately puts me on hold. Ok that s fine, no worries. 10 minutes go by, I m still on hold. Again still, we re in COVID times, demands are high, maybe a disgruntled customer is in the lobby, I get it. 11 minutes in total only for someone to pick up the line and hang it up. Ok? What? So I call again, and now it rings, and rings, and rings. So Goodyear s playbook is to just not answer phones now. Like I get it, times are crazy, but I ve been going to here for years, never batted an eye while I had to wait for other people to be attended to during MY service time, never batted an eye when I made online appointments only to get there and they don t have parts I ve stated was needed or anything like that. And now, I try to help your ungrateful selfs by giving some time back in your schedules, and you ve provided me no way to do that. Maybe these are signs that this store is at max capacity. Maybe find another Goodyear or auto shop. One that ll pick up the phone.

I had engine misfire and gave for engine diagnostics(150$). After the process they called me and told the ignition coil and spark plugs are damaged and it will cost me 1900$ (all 6),800$(just for one coil and plug) to change them. I refused to service there and called a mobile mechanic and asked him to check it. Turns out the fuel injector connector wire is bad(which costs 18$) I changed them and it started to work. So basically these people didnt even look at the engine, all they did is look at the code in obd scanner and searched google and it costs 150$ to do this. This is really bad and these people should not be allowed to do business. Go to a better shop.

Awesome service! Everyone there was very friendly! They were a little busy but they handled everything in a very professional manner and got me in and out in a very reasonable time! I will definitely keep coming back to this store for all of my other auto repair needs!

Goodyear Tires on NIagara Falls Blvd is excellent. I have had great service many times for my various cars, and I am always greeted by friendly people. The Manager, Don, is so kind and knowledgeable. He always makes the job easy and done right. They have a full range of tire brands besides their own and have great prices. I highly recommend having your service done at this location.

I can't begin to describe how awesome these guys are here. The shop is clean, well managed, and their mechanics are top notch. Even though Goodyear is a chain, the guys at this shop wont BS you and make you get work you dont need. They are genuinely there to make your fix as cheap and well done as possible! You will definitely save money coming here. The funny conversations while the work is being done are nice too!! On top of all the goodness, they get you in very fast even if they are crazy busy. Great job to all the shop workers here, I will be coming here for any car related issues as long as I am in Buffalo.

I bought tires on line after talking in person with Dave. Got a great price and rebate. Made the appointment on line, Dave confimed it by email, they were ready for mev I got in and out quickly, includeing a great deal on an alignment package. The machanic did a great fast job and went above and beyond. Everyone was customer focused and friendly. They truly show they want your buisiness and go out of thier way to prove it. I would go back and reconend this loction. Thank you Dave!!

Had a issue with a wheel making noise. And being from area I called this Goodyear service center. Dave got me in first thing the next day. When I got there they took me right in. Jim ( our mechanic) was the best. Very professional. Took the time to explain what he was doing to isolate the issue. Once he found the problem he explained what had caused it and explained what he did to correct the problem..This was truly g Roger Letendre reat customer service..Thanks again Roger Letendre

I have an appointment I got it to the exact time. It was only a tire rotation. Time was going by and I do not see my car being move so I decided to look to where the mechanics were into we're putting tires on one vehicle the one had just arrived with some coffee and it was on his cellular phone while I was waiting. For something so simple as the rotation of the tires are the by the way are included in what I already have paid it took an hour and a half. Now I wonder if they really rotated the tires and they checked the tires for air or anything else.

The guy is on Niagara falls boulevard were amazing! I showed up just after hours on a Saturday with the shield under my car hanging by 1 bolt. They brought it in to the shop and fixed it for me!

The staff here are awesome. Always taking care of my needs gong above and beyond service I'm expecting. Very honest about what services they can provide. They have done multiple extra things with no charge previously. (Fixed light, added steering fluid, etc). Applying coupons I didn't even know existed.

While i admit I m not an expert on cars, i did grow up in a family of mechanics and have quite a bit of experience in car repair. With that being said I ll say that i had a very questionable borderline shady experience here. So, i brought my car in because my front wheels locked up. They inspect the entire car and only find that i need my front wheels reassembled and i need to get to get my speed sensors replaced in my front wheels. This costs me $772. Now, the same day i get my car back, not even 20 minutes later, multiple lights come on the dash, ones that were never there before. I call and schedule an appt thinking they d realize some mistake and fix this. This was not the case. David the sales manager, says that now my rear speed sensor had gone and that it was purely coincidence, insisting that they did not and would not touch this part of the car; the new repair is $280 to fix. This is after spending $772 originally. This feels very shady. In my opinion, this is a situation where some shady business went down in an attempt to scam more money out of me. How can it be a coincidence that within 20 minutes of getting my vehicle back i have new lights on. Lights that s were not on to before i brought my car in, damages that were not spotted by the technicians during their inspection. While i can t say with certainty that they deliberately sabotaged my vehicle, how is it plausible that i get my car back and immediately these lights are already on. Mind you, these guys also gave me my new inspection sticker that day too. How was this not spotted during a NYS inspection? How do they expect me to believe that i was the unfortunate sole that had the EXACT same part goes bad in the rear tire 20 minutes after the front was fixed. I will be looking into litigation and contacting corporate. Keep this in mind before spending money here.

Remarkable experience at Goodyear, the people at the front desk really take good care of you. Goodyear is by far the best place to get tires, the prices are competitive and their rebates is a good bonus. The best thing about this Goodyear is the warranty on their parts and labor, I have had my wheels aligned and replaced my wheels multiple times free. Even if I'm not there to make a purchase or for labor, the workers in the front desk are always knowledgeable and more than happy to assist you and provide good advice. Goodyear at Niagara Falls Blvd is my #1 place for car repairs.

Took my truck in for a state inspection. It needed a license plate light bulb & a new high beam bulb. They wanted $203 to change 2 bulbs! I went to Auto Zone & bought the bulbs myself. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my high beam it was a fuse. So not only were they going to rob me they didn't even know what they were fixing! And now after replacing the license plate light bulb & the fuse (which cost less than $20) I sit here waiting for them to turn on my lights while 3 of the 5 mechanics are chatting it up with some guy in a red Mustang. Seriously! It's literally been almost 30min! I can't remember the last time I had such a bad experience with a company or worst customer service! Disgraceful!

Always come here when my little hoop dee needs some TLC. Never had a bad experience. Jake is just marvelous, easily one of the best mechanics in the Buffalo area. And he looks great in the mechanic costume.
