Their service is one of the best!!!!! Their work are so fast and perfect. They also give us ride to home and to store once it s done fixing everybody so nice and feeling welcome when you open the door~ If you have to fix your car this is the one who u can trust and their price is also best compare to op!

Had a great first experience with the guys at CarFix. I have been dealing with issues from a prior accident and repair work not being done correctly. I took my vehicle for a second opinion today at CarFix and the guys were wonderful. They brought me into the garage where my car was on the lift and explained everything in detail to me. I even have a full report with photos that I can resubmit to insurance of the driver at fault and the collision shop who initially did the repairs. The attention to detail and thorough nature of the report should help me tremendously.

Great work and service. Both guys in the front office are super!!! They actually showed me what my vehicle looks like underneith and I had "NO" idea of the leak I had until they showed me. Considering I'm not under my vehicle at all!! I will refer this shop to everyone I know with car issues!

I used this place for the first time today. I highly recommend them. I spoke with Tom by phone to book my appointment and while I was there. The 1st thing that stands out is he is friendly on the phone which is a great start. He got me in the next day and was very transparent about pricing and costs,etc.

All I can say is wow!!! They were fantastic. Tom was so incredibly nice. He was very helpful and my car was in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, honest techs and service writers. They were extremely polite and insightful and were not pushy at all when it came to denied recommended services. I will be bringing my car back for those services and all my future needs! Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics and honest deals and im grateful to have found this place!

When you are worried about car troubles, Carfix always has your back. I ve taken 4 cars here to get worked on over the years and every time I leave happy and satisfied. They do great honest work, all of the people who work here are so nice and helpful I truly enjoy coming here to have my car worked on and I would recommend this Auto Repair company to anyone looking for a close by auto shop.

I was in need of a new place to get my oil changed and got a coupon in the mail for CarFix. Easy drop off the night before and picked it up after work. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I'll be back!

Had my car towed there Sat. Monday morning they call and say its the battery. $457. Pick it up Monday drive home and it won't start Tuesday morning. Tow it back, tow charges paid by me, they made no offering to pay, oh now it's the starter. They tested the starter the first time it was there $981 later and now they say there's an oil leak that caused the problem. Clowns. Don't go there please

On December 27th I brought my car to N.T. Car Fix. Within minutes it was in the bay being checked. Service advisor Tom told me every step of the way what the techs were doing and the cost. They were all wonderful. Thanx to Tom and his crew. You've earned a forever customer in me. Five stars is not enough!!

TOM was the auto advisor and Adam was the mechanic. They are real people with manners and sincerity . I found the price was fair market value according to other shops I got estimates and input from. I got the following: tire rotation $26.99, brake fluid $19.99, brake hydraulic hose (1 is what I had $ for today) $ 68.99, and labor for all the work was $184.98.I trust them. I originally was told, elsewhere, that I needed a new calliper. Carfix inspected it and did diagnostics. The calliper was in good working order. It was a collapsed brake line that was causing the fluid to lose pressure therefore the calliper could NOT release, causing the squeel. Wow. I am impressed. They SHOWED me that the hose was shot. They SHOWED me the calliper releases by hand and SHOWED me the rotors and pads did not need to be replaced. I am a senior, widowed female. I feel confident that they are honest and that I was treated with respect. The ammenities were outstanding including: kuerig coffee, sugar, creamer and shortbread cookies. They also have an unattended candy dish. Yay! The restroom was spotless. The whole place is clean, odorless and reasonably comfortable. It was very cold to wait today January 10, 2024 so beware that the waiting room is not heated well. I will come back in the future.

We had some major issues with my son s Jeep. Tom explained the problems, walked us through what had to be done, and worked with us on pricing to make the repairs. I highly recommend CarFix auto repair.

Good service and in a timely manner and helped with other question just ask for JUSTIN very helpfull would definitely go again for any repair as well and nice waiting area !!!
