This place has been my trusted repair shop for about ten years. They do great work. Always timely and reasonably priced with repairs. They're upfront, honest, and transparent with labor and parts. I've always owned used cars and have used alot of repair shops. The customer service and work at Brownie's is the best experience I've had.

My Father and I used to go here for all our auto work when it was called BROWNIES... For 20+ years then the old man retired and we had issues with quality of work...They took in my mother's Ford Explorer for wheel bearing, and on the way home heard this God awful noise. THEY JUST THREW THE PARKING BREAK ASSEMBLY on without bolting it up... Could have killed my mother.They made it right but We brought our 08 Silverado in for inspection, oil change n brakes. Not even 4days later Engine went into protection mode, Checked the dipstick and surprise surprise there was either No Oil or Very Little that the dipstick couldn't measure it and filter was from when I changed the oil.Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice I don't come back !!!This was about 7-8 years ago... BUYER BEWARE !

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Always helpful to have someone answering when you call and not too busy to listen see what s going on. Not long waits to get in for appointments and have been very reasonable with estimates. Hoping to keep that going in the future.

I've used Brownies many times over the years and I am NEVER disappointed. These guys are professional, kind, and perform great work. I never feel like I'm being ripped off, the prices are VERY fair. Anytime I need work done, large or small this is my go-to shop and I'm always pleased with the service. I am so happy to be back getting my vehicle serviced where members of my family have gone for years. When one buys a brand new vehicle and gets service only from the dealer, under the warranty, one tends to miss the interaction of the hometown small business. In the midst of crazy schedule and my limited availability to take my vehicle in for repairs, ( my vehicle no longer under warranty) Brownie's Auto Care worked with me to find a schedule that worked So respectful. Work done right. Work priced as anticipated. I am driving a vehicle which feels great and handles well--with repairs complete. Very happy. Despite the years gone by, my name was remembered. Hometown small business WIN.

Ive been going here for the past few years, for everything from oil changes and tire mounting to mechanical repairs. Howard is great to deal with, always honest and straight forward. Never had a bad experience.

They seem like good guys, but I have to say their prices can be a little high. Like the $200 they charged for a $5 wire harness for the blower motor or the $150 for a rear universal on a pickup truck. Those are just some of the prices they charged a woman that's been going there for 5 yrs.

I had an emergency repair that needed to be done and my usual shop was unable to take until later that week! I called Wilko Auto and was sent to Brownies, glad I was. They took my car right in and fixed the issues within 45 minutes of arrival!! Thank you guys! Working 7 days a week makes it impossible to get anything done but you made it happen for me. Thank you!!

Howard is the best wouldnt trust no other garage. You need work done to your car see brownies best deal best work hands down. Mechanics can be sketchy especially if you dont know exactly what they are talking about but these guys won't do you wrong I promise that!

The dealership wanted $800 to repair a break line. Brownies was able to do it in about a quarter of that and my car is running great.

I took my car 7 times to another shop and they would tell me the check engine light should be good every time until I got tired and I took itt to brownies and within couple of days they fixed my car and the check engine light is gone now.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnosticServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
