Excellent communication. I liked how they texted me an itemized list of suggested repairs by priority, priced with labor and parts and included pictures of my car for each repair. You could then simply check each box for which of the suggested repairs you want to proceed with via text. I would definitely recommend Amton for repairs.

This place was highly recommended by my ex-husband and I'm glad I went there! I needed a bunch of work done, and they were super speedy and transparent the entire way. No pressure to purchase anything I wasn't prepared for, and for the amount of work I had done, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they had everything done the next business day. I will be returning to this shop for all my future repairs and upkeep.

I've been going here for years. (This is an updated review) They always do great work, their prices are very reasonable, and they have a quick turnaround. They are busy. Amton Auto and the crew are always on top of their game. And concerns I have with my vehicle or my wife s they are on it. I have always been pleased with their service and will continue to refer them to my friends and family. They are big supporters of WNY Heroes and our Veterans and we are forever grateful!!!

This place is very good. It s extremely easy to make appointments and see/approve services suggested. I haven t had any issues as long as I have used them! Very pleased.

It was very easy to book an appointment online, and also receive reminders regarding an upcoming appointment. Amton has a great way of sending an estimate to your phone with pictures of the work that needs to be done and the ability to select which portions you would like fixed. It is very easy to drop off your car before hours through the key drop. I really appreciated how communicative everyone was while my car was in the shop. Would highly recommend.

Amton is fantastic. The large chain auto service centers should take lessons from them. Their online scheduling is top shelf. Their service is top shelf. Skip the grief you find elsewhere - try Amton !

Dan was great, they diagnosed all the issues with ny truck and made the repairs in a reasonable time frame at a fair price. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Scheduling was simple and easy online. All communication was done by text including an estimate for repairs, to which I was able to accept or decline each item as desired.The office staff was very polite and efficient.I also had a chance to speak with the mechanic. He is GREAT and honest.The evaluation and work was done faster than I have ever experienced at any other establishment.I HIGHLY recommend Amton.Thank you Amton!

I had a great experience. I brought my car in for it shaking between 20-40 mph and they got right to it in the morning going through my whole vehicle and sending me pictures and options of what work to get done and which services needed immediate attention. They were helpful with any questions we had.

I have been using Amton for several years now. In my opinion the level of customer service is unparalleled. It s not often that a mechanic will pass up a service repair because they can save the owner money by recommending they take it to the dealer to have it done for free under warranty. I ve even had it where I ve had to inform the dealer about a bulletin issue Amton discovered that they were unaware of for their own product! The only thing greater than Amtons honesty is the quality. They always give me options on repairs that will fit my budget, and I have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same issue twice.I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for vehicle service. You won t be disappointed.Update Jan2024: I just had another great experience with them, I had heard a high pitched noise coming from my vehicle, I heard it after I had already had a routine maintenance appointment setup. I felt bad dropping this information on them at the 11th hour, but they made time to not only troubleshoot it, but repair it that same day. Car door latch was broken, Guy said it would be $600. I went home and fixed it myself with some pliers for free. They really do try to scam.

Very dependable, reliable and trustworthy auto repair company. We have been taking all our vehicle (personal and commercial) here for years and very pleased with the high quality work and service they provide! I love the Tekmetric inspection and estimation reports that are generated and sent via email or text. Gives a full description with pictures of any issues found and recommended service and parts with an estimate. They are very accommodating with our busy schedule.
