Had to have an emergency tow. They took forever literally hours to provide us the opportunity to pay and then charged us a storage fee. Many customers were upset and they ripped us off. Trust and believe the reviews they were right on target.

Worst company ever. My son's teenage friends were driving my vehicle upstate new york for me. The car broke down on the Palisades parkway near exit 18. The tow operator said he would accept credit card payment. When they reached the drop destination in Middletown, New York, the operator then told them the total was $487.96 and it was cash only and it was now 10 PM. He told the boys if they didn't pay in cash he was taking the vehicle back to where he came from and it would cost them over $700 in additional costs. He also told the boys he would not wait for them to go to the bank. He had them. what a MALICIOUS person taking advantage of teenagers. When my older family member came out of the house the operator's attitude changed. The operator waited for him to go to the bank. The operator was also trying to throw an insult at the boys by calling them flatlanders, what a way to represent a company. Good thing the boys have a sense of humor and just l laughed at the tow operator. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!

I had gotten rear-ended on my way home from work. The police recommended Around the clock. The flatbed driver Chris was the most helpful and charismatic person I could ask for, reassuring me everything would be okay knowing I had a rough day. Would highly recommend and will use next time.

I love this place any every tow I'm callin the pros. Brian was so nice he helped me out of a very tight jam very fast and professional. The owner Jim was an awesome guy straight and to the point very professional also would recommend these guys for anything Keep Up The Good Works guysP.S LOVE THERE YELLOW TRUCK BIG BIRD THEY CALLED IT I BELIEVE HEARD BRIAN SAYIN HOW MUCH HE LOVED IT

Around the Clock Towing was not only efficient in showing up in a timely manner but they were extremely professional. Very knowledgeable and truly know their trade. scammers i got a problem with my car and the state police told the towing truck driver this guy don't have money all what he have is 80 $ and put his car next parking lot it just 5 min away but the driver takes me to them shop and they ask 250 $ and when i told them i don't have it i will come back tomorrow next day they charge me 360$ scammers stay away of this place

Around the clock towing does not store towed cars in a secure or locked lot. They simply block the driveway with a tow truck. They charge $75 for storage, which is parking your car in overgrown weeds in an unsecured lot. They also charge $10/mile towed. Their towing operators are unprofessional and will not show up to the lot on time to release your car. Although their website says 24 hours, that is only referencing the times they will tow cars.Service: Car towing

My tractor broke down on the side of the thruway and these guys were out there fast with the parts and knowledge to get me fixed. Prices were fair and service was A+. Highly recommend Around The Clock and will call them again
