My car broke down less than an hour before they closed but they were quick to respond and towed my car to there facility. The work done on my vehicle was done quickly and professionally. The price was not inflated.

Tony's really helped me out when I was in a jam. I got a flat while I was camping and my other tires weren't too great either. They were able to order 4 new tires for the next day, installed them perfectly and at a great price!

Tony's is an awesome place to go if your looking for quality auto repairs,or to purchase a new or used SXS utv, ATV, Snowmobile ,sea Doo , or any Stihl outdoor power equipment, Mahindra tractors attachments and accessories as well as 24 hr towing service .

Very good experience I bought several machines. Always have been exactly what they told me. I've been dealing with them for 20 years or more. Have sent many of my friends and relatives. And they all have been totally satisfied with their experience. And very happy with the fun they have enjoyed with what they have bought at Tony's.

TONEYS is an amazing experience for sure.They r very knowledgeable about all inventory.They tend to steer u in the right path whenever they can.U ask about something and they will have an honest answer w knowledge about the question or maybe a way to even make it a bit cheaper.The prices are great!The ladies behind the counter r easy on the eyes as well.very nice ppl for sure.

Absolute worst sales experience i have ever seen. A friend of mine purchased a brand new Can-am with a trailer. When going to the dealership for the second trip to pickup the machine nothing was remotely ready for delivery, the terms that were agreed upon changed. Not only was the machine almost empty in fuel it was also covered in dust amd and dirt. They managed to make what should be an exciting experience into a very frustrating day. It took over 5 hours to finally get the machine hooked up. I have worked in sales for 7 years and would be embarrassed to work at such a poorly run unprofessional dealership. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

On 06/22/2015, I purchased a Sport Haven 6/12 ft. AUT612D aluminum utility trailer at Tony's Ticonderoga Sports Inc. I was given a very fair price for the 5/8 trailer I was trading in. During this transaction several other customers came through. The care that was given to myself and each of the others was friendly and with a sincere desire to assist in the best way possible. The staff appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable in this very diverse business. From the foregoing, I would definitely shop there again and give them a positive rating.

Great family run business! I made a purchase today and can't say enough about how well I was treated and assisted in buying an atv which I did not have previous experience with. The owner and family members were friendly, helpful and very informative in my experience!

Worst dealer I have ever talked with! Not only did tony never get back after a weeks time, but his wife Mary who s she announced I m 20 years younger said I ll text you the numbers later today. I ve waited over a week to finally hear that oh we re not taking in any trades! Maybe I guess the dealer has financial troubles !! Three Sled purchase lost! Well I guess I m better off dealing with a more responsible dealer!! Don t buy, shop elsewhere! Must be tough keeping a trophy wife!

I have been getting parts at Tony's for many years now. I only wish I hadn't wasted so much time at other dealerships. Tony's would always get me the part I needed as fast as possible and never charge me on the shipping of the part. Being a dairy farmer from Vermont my hours always vary and Tony's would always arrange a spot to pick that part up if I didnt make it across the pond in time. I just recently like yesterday finally purchased my first ATV from Tony's I ended up going with the 2019 can am 850 , I stopped into the shop on Saturday and they called me on Tuesday saying to pick it up. Tony's ticonderoga will forever have my business , I cant say enough good things about them and the family he has working for him. The best part about buying this machine at Tony's is he said to me from the beginning is that he would take care of me , and that he certainly did. Thank you so much Tony's ticonderoga in two days I have put a little under 200 miles on my machine and I couldn't be happier !!!D.DuBois Addison Vt

The worst experience ever........... Thanks for the new 2019 can am that was filthy not ready and empty.... Give a business 2 days to get one machine ready guess I asked for to much. .. To anyone who goes here if you plan on wanting something like a seadoo order it in December they might just have it on a trailer by August for you.....done with this place

Referred here from a family member so thought I would be taken care of far from true. Purchased an ATV and was charged $2,000 over book value again didn t ask questions because the owner is friends with one of my family members and I felt as if I was getting a great deal. Save your money go elsewhere they don t care about your or anyone only your money.
