I blew a transmission line on my way up for vacation. John was very understanding and got me right in. This man is not only an incredibly great guy but also a top notch mechanic. The amount of work he had to do was unbelievable to me, but he got it done in great time. Saved my vacation! Great rates, great work, very safety oriented. I'd recommend him to anyone.

John went above and beyond fixing our Subaru and deserves a big shout out. First, he fit us in after a busy 4th of July weekend and diagnosed the issue quickly (wheel bearing). He ordered the part and in replacing it had another issue come up with the ABS sensor, which had rusted off. He replaced it at cost, rotated our tires for free and even topped off our oil. He informed me about the cost and process every step of the way. QA services and John are a gem for the Ticonderoga area!

John is a fantastic guy. I had to come down from Vermont to get a New York State inspection and new tires for my Subaru. John was extremely nice, got the work done, and gave me a great price. Since I was coming from out of town I had to bring my dogs with me and John was nicer about it than I expected. He even gave me a ride around the corner to the local dog park so I could be there while he did the repairs, and then came and gave me a ride back to the shop afterwards. Certainly, that is some above and beyond customer service. I have never written a review on Google before, but as I was pulling out of the shop, all of the repairs done and paid for, I really felt like I owed the shop some positive press. I wish Q A Services was local for me so I could go here for all of my repairs. This place is really the best.

I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado z71 that needed a new transmission. John at QA Services did an amazing job!! Not only where his customer service skills great but the price was almost $800 cheaper then his closest competitors price and thousands less then the dealership!!! The shop is clean, organized and his work is top notch! I would highly recommend QA Services for all mechanical needs!! A++++

Lost the rear brakes on my Suburban, brake line rusted through. Usually not a big deal but we are over 200 miles from home on vacation on Lake George.Dropped the Suburban off with John on a Tuesday, he had a full schedule for the week but said he would get it fixed before we needed it to go home on Saturday.Well he was a man of his word and had it ready first thing Saturday morning. Replaced the rear brake lines and calipers. His work was high quality and very neat. He fabricated the lines himself and looked as good as factory.Being in a desperate situation, over 200 miles from home and from out of state I was expecting to be raked over the coals on price. When John called me to tell me the cost is was 1/2 of what I thought.For quality work at a fair price go see John at Q A Services.

Incredibly great service. The owner helped me ***before I was even going to be his customer*** by giving me the number of the tow shop in town when my car broke down passing through. When I found out more about the breakdown and found that I did need a mechanic, he was gracious, kept me updated on progress, and went out of his way to ensure that I could pick up my car. One of my best experiences with a car mechanic!

We were visiting from out of state and had trouble with our car overheating. We had our car towed here and John was able to diagnose, fix and test our car quickly! Very fair and reasonable price! Very happy with this service.

I developed steering and suspension problems while on way to Ticonderoga for work. I was almost 700 miles from home, and due to be at another job in a few days. John fixed problems and took time to show me the old parts and what went wrong. He could have taken advantage of my situation, as many mechanics would have. Instead he did an excellent job in record time for a very fair price. Professional, honest, fair, and thorough. Five stars isn't enough.Jeff GoodwinCovington Va
