For ADK folks interested in Heat pump technology, I d highly recommend reaching out to Adirondack Heat Pumps. The sales person, Matt, was awesome and the two techs who showed up for the two day install were also great. Super kind and knowledgable guys!

Love our new heating system! Installed in three consecutive days by very professional, on time crew that left our home clean at the end of each day. System keeps our home toasty warm with minimal white noise sound at the high fan speed. Look forward to AC benefits this summer. Highly recommend!

The techs were here and installed my new hot water heater. They were friendly explained all the settings and how it works. They went over the maintenance schedule. And cleaned everything up, taking all the trash and the old water heater. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for the speedy response and installation.A Hugh thank you to Matt, Gerry, Jim, Thomas, Donavan, Becky, and Glen! You are very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the product you sell and install. My old and not energy efficient hot water heater didn t even give me hot water. I have a few showers in now and for the first time they are hot! Thank you all so much, I highly recommend Adirondack Heat Pumps they are a fantastic team!

Terrific, A+! Converting an oil heated home to mini-splits is more complicated than it sounds and the folks from Adirondack Heat Pumps have helped me every step of the way. They helped me find the right balance regarding how much to invest considering my location, the tax benefits and generally how best to work through this process. I had complete confidence in their advice and know that they had my best interests in mind. I will continue to work with them as I continue to reduce my oil consumption.

Employees were personable, flexible and and accomplished what they promised, when they promised, with minimal disruption. The installer was a gem! Most importantly, now in the middle of winter, we are as warm as we care to be. I would say this company is one of the most accommodating companies I've ever worked with.

Had a great experience with Adirondack Heat Pump from quoting to planning and installation of Hyper Heat System. Josh and Donovan did the install and were professional, skilled and customer focused throughout the installation process. In addition, they were on time each daydespite 90 minute travel time. I would recommend them.

Thomas and Donovan were at our home for three days installing a heating/cooling system of mini splits. As they arrived and approached our home, I had the instantaneous impression that they were each calm and confident. I knew that there would not be any problems with their work. They obviously knew well what they would be doing.My first impression was 100% correct. They did a phenomenal job. Thomas caught some errors that the electricians (from another company) had made and initiated some major changes to their work. We are most grateful. Donavan along with excellent work, dug some plants out of the way and found a way to hold them until they could be replanted. And, they were a pleasure to have around, talking little and fully focused on thework to be accomplished. They have made changes for our living in our home which will be good for years.Thank you.Service: Install AC

On February 7, 2023 Matthew Godfrey and Dan Davis followed up with me regarding an estimate for a complete home installation with Mitsubishi mini splits . My first contact with Matt was in February 2022 when he completed an engineering report on my home. Last year, without rebates, it was too dear for me to invest in more than just one mini split. This year, between the Federal and NYS rebate incentives, it is possible for me to complete this installation. Matt was able to use the measurements taken in 2022 to quickly work up a cost effective solution. I meet with him on a Tuesday and the four additional heat pumps will be installed one week later. Matt was extremely knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi products, the current rebate options, funding options and potential installation timing estimates. Adirondack Heat Pumps, like it s parent company Superior Co-op HVAC, has a very reliable supply chain for materials and a product specific repair and maintenance program to keep the system at peak performance. I highly recommend Adirondack Heat Pumps for an honest, professional and experienced estimate for Mitsubishi heat pump solutions.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

This company doesn't even deserve the one star!!! They came to clean my furnace thetechnician was,in a hurry and brokesomething cause the furnace was working fine until that day. So he told me I had water in my tank which turns out was a lie. When he left the furnace was not working he cameback three days later and got it working fine!!! Until it stopped again, so I called and spoke with Susan and she informed me my furnace was red tagged I was unaware of this and so I asked why she told me that the heat exchange was cracked!! I was unaware of anything like this!!!So after calling them several times another technician comes and refuses to look at my furnace in the mean time I get a bill for him resetting my pellets stoveWould not recommend this company to anyone!!
