The owner, Lee, has worked on my car for years from minor to complex car issues. Lee is the most trustworthy and honest mechanic I know. He s clear with explaining car diagnosis and will never give you the run around. The employees at Pro auto are also a pleasure to work with. Thank you, thank you! I was in an area I didn't know, chose them randomly. Didn't have an appointment. Needed car service right then. I waited just some and they took care of my car. I couldn't of felt more blessed to get that lucky. Front desk help was Amazing, kind and helpful, so was the mechanic when I drove in. A++

If you want your vehicle fixed especialy your wiring then Mr. Lee S is the guy to do that, Lee specializes in electrical car wiring. I'll say this though if you're looking to work here then I highly suggest that you know your stuff because working here as a trainee you won't get helpful help. I used to work there for 3 months and I was always afraid to ask questions because Lee is pretty tense and he treated me like I knew way more than I really did. Dana is okay I still make appointments here and there to show them I still care even though I never welcome and also again because Lee is real good at this stuff. I made an appointment a couple months ago to get an inspection and my apointment was 8:30am right when they open up and I made a mistake by oversleeping, but I only got back to them 10 minutes later at 8:40am and I live only 5 minutes away and all Dana could say was "it's too late and I don't know when we'll get our next windshield stickers again." Now yes I made the mistake and I'll own that, but to be reassuring on her end she could've been professional and gave me an estimate of how long she'll assume the inspection stickers may come in; since this time she was talking to me as a customer instead of a coworker, I don't know about any of you guys but any customer is an income and every income is that much more cash! Anyone want to hear it from someone who worked there even if it was only 3 months; do not I strongly repeat do not work there as a trainee make sure you're experienced! So bottom line Dana is okay and Lee the owner of Pro Automative I do not like as a person, but I do like him as a mechanic. So YES if you want the best price's, the best quality and everything done 100% then YES I do recommend your vehicle to this place.

When my car broke down on the Saw Mill Parkway and towed to Pro Automotive, I was very fortunate. Although the shop was not able to repair my car so I could drive the 2 hours home that day, they were able to diagnose the problem while I waited and offered to repair it the next day. Dana provided a safe and compassionate place for me to make arrangements to get myself and my car home by tow while dealing with my emotional state.The special hand holding during an unfortunate car problem, especially during covid was above and beyond. Thank you so much Dana and team.

Stay away from this shop! You cannot trust them at all--this shop is a rip-off! I asked them to check for the root cause of a power fluid leak, and was told that the transmission was leaking. They didn't fix anything, and charged me ~$150 for getting nothing done. I was told that they would call me for parts--they never called!

From calling to make the appt with Dana to completion, Pro Automotive was outstanding. Dana was updating me al the way and the repair was finish as promised. I will use them again. Thank you very much for the great service.

I went in for an inspection for insurance purposes and it was as easy as possible. Everyone was very cordial and even played with my dogs that came along on the trip.

Pro Automotive is a great repair shop I domestic and imported automobiles and they have repaired them all. There employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
