We have used J&J Car Service for several trips to and from the airport. They communicate very well when placing reservations and following up to confirm prior to our trips. The drivers also communicate very well. They are always on time, courteous, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend J&J Car Service for their reliability and plan to use their service again in the future.

I have been using J & J for a few years! They are super accommodating. Clean cars, friendly drivers always on time. I use them for all my airport trips, my sons use them as well. For airport and other private events. Jose always goes above and beyond and has come to my rescue when my kids had last minute request.

I have used J & J Car Service multiple times. I have found they have reasonable pricing, confirm with you, & are reliable. All of the drivers have been courteous, professional & good drivers. Cars are clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I use J&J Car service regularly for business trip and for my personal travels . They are always on time and reliable.This winter, we were landing late at Westchester airport and it was snowing. Our driver got a small accident on the way to the airport. Jose didn't give up on us. He came himself to the airport to drive us, safely after midnight and under the snow.All drivers are very friendly and professional!

J and J car service provides an exceptional level of professional and courteous customer service. They exemplify service with a smile even on the phone. They accommodated my change of flight without hesitation and were excellent at monitoring my delayed flight time to Newark. Driver was very friendly, communicative, and had a good sense of humor. He made the end of a hectic day of travel -very pleasant!

J&J was professional and accommodated my request to go to and from JFK Airport from Rockland County easily. In fact, I even got a small discount for mentioning that I found them on social media, and gratuity was included in the price. The trip was easy both to and from the airport, and the driver was polite, offered us drinks and charging cables, and helped with our bags. When coming back to JFK, the driver even noticed that our flight was coming in a bit earlier than expected and showed up to the airport earlier to make sure we weren't waiting for a long period of time. The staff at their office is also extremely nice and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use them again when I need a car service!

I have used J&J Car Service for a few years-multiple times each year. Every time I contact them the response time is very quick if not immediate. All of the Drivers have been very courteous and helpful. Prompt pickup at our location and at the Airport. I highly recommend J&J!

J&J is the only car service I will use in Rockland County. They are prompt, courteous and communicate appropriately. Their vehicles are all clean and comfortable. It's nice to have a company you can count on, and this is it.

I made my reservations for my ride for our cruise which consisted 5 passengers and luggage. Was picked up by Carlos who was fabulous. After he did pick up, I requested that Carlos would be the driver to pick us up. My only suggestion is that they give us drivers telephone number in case we can t get a hold of office.

We have booked with J&J car service to JFK and EWR three times. They are very reliable and on time. The booking via text was smooth and easy. I got a text confirmation the day before my trip which I really appreciate. The driver was kind and courteous, the car was very clean and comfortable. I higly recommend J&J Car Service.

This is the limo company to call. Jay is reliable, hardworking, and most importantly honest. I left my phone in one of his limos last night after taking a ride outside Oceans to go to Hardrock. I assumed it was gone forever since I didn t know the limo company. Went on to find my iPhone the next day and saw it was at his lot. This man picked me up and drove me to his business FREE OF CHARGE to look in the limos for the phone. We found it, writing the review in the back of a party bus now as Jay drives me back to the casino. Give this guy a call, you re in good hands.

The driver, Jhonny was very courteous and mindful. He showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time agreed upon. He helped with our bags and made sure we were comfortable during our ride. Very professional....Booking was a breeze and I appreciated that they confirmed and reiterated the information regarding the trip.I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future...

I have used J & J a few times now for work trips and I highly, highly recommend them. Even one time, my flight was significantly delayed so I was able to make a change to a different airport and without a problem, the driver took me from LGA to JFK. I won t ever use another car service for transportation to or from the airport.

Jonathan texted he was on his way, and again as he arrived 10 minutes early. I have used J&J several times this year and all of the drivers are professional and communicate in a timely manner. I have referred them to several family members.
