Went here for an inspection and a oil change called them in advance told them my vehicle the engine I had , they said yup we will have your oil and filter. Guess what they did a great job on the inspection but not on oil change. No filter or oil for my truck

Been coming here for almost 10 years! They never disappoint. They run a lean crew. 2012 suburban new fuel pump and lines done in 2 days. Very reasonable pricing. #dirtyshopsarethebestshops

I had a persistent engine trouble code for emissions leak. The shop smoke tested and repaired in a day for a reasonable charge. Great job! Thanks!

Not a good experience at all. I should have read the previous reviews before taking my truck here. All I wanted was mount and balance tires and a alignment. Was quoted $100 for everything. That should have been my sign, you get what you pay for. They got the tires mounted but said the machine couldn t get a Good balance and they had wasted a ton of weights trying to balance. After all was said and done I was charged $70 and all that got done was mounting my new tires.. wish I could write this review without rating. They don t even deserve one star. Thanks for nothing Mr. French

Did a inspection and his cord to machine was not working and a normal hand scanner worked fine . He said it will not communicate and I was thinking what's wrong with car it is a newer car and he rescanned and still noneThen he charged $21+$11 for the rescan. Was told don't know what to tell you Bub. In less then 30min. Went to a different shop scanned fine passed inspection.I don't trust a shop that treat customers that way. LAST BUSINESS FROM ME. i would stay away.

My husband and I have used French's Auto for Towing, Inspections, Auto Repair on all 10 of our vehicles for the past 13 years. Some of that was also brake work and exhaust on our Ford Excursion. They have even come to my home to jump start my daughters car in our driveway!That's the way they do business! Like family.They are very friendly and will show you what they find wrong and call you before they go through with any unexpected repairs without your consent.Why wouldn't you want to business with a place like French s?

Ridiculous prices and very rude. their flat bed truck damaged my rear bumper. Now i have to pay to get that fixed. I ended up in a worse situation after dealing with them.

I was in a roll over accident and they charged me almost $800 just for them to pick my car up 5 minutes down the road from them. Worst place everrrr do NOT go here!!!!

Don't go here they charged me 500 dollars and now my car works worse then before doesn't even run now at least it worked before. Spend the extra 10 minutes and go to watertown.
