Just wanted to take this opportunity to share how great was my experience on dealing with Tarry Town Honda and specially with Anthony Ventura. I was looking for an unicorn car, and this dealer had not one but two of them in excellent conditions and the best price in the entire NY. Easy and smooth initial process, test drive, paperwork and closing process as well. I m absolutely going to refer my friends and family to them. Thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish! We had gone to another Honda dealer closer to where we live but were unhappy. Walked into Tarrytown Honda and were greeted by wonderful, helpful salespeople who were not pushy. Bought a Honda and will buy our next Honda here when we need another.

Bought a certified SUV. The internet price was the actual price and they didn t add any junk fees! Also whoever details their cars makes em feel like new. Very pleased so far. I d recommend.

We recently sought to purchase a new vehicle after many many years with our previous non-Honda vehicle. Since it had been so long since our last vehicle purchase, there were a few new challenges to us finding a good fit with both our needs and preferences. That is, until we came to Tarrytown Honda. Everyone we interacted with here were not only professional, but also friendly. I especially appreciated the honest transparency with which our sales experience proceeded. brought my wife s car in for a flat tire to be replaced because we have tire insurance and when we picked up the car had scuffs all over the wheel rim. we went back to the dealer 20 min later they said it wasn t them they have no idea what happen yelling at me arguing with me they said they don t take pictures of the car when it comes so how can we prove that it was them absolutely awful experience do not recommend getting ur honda here the guy we spoke with was Henry Almonte i mean this guy has no professionalism what s so ever raising his voice yelling at us idk how they have him working with customers absolutely terrible to work with. if i could give 0 stars i would!

This dealership is absolutely amazing. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by Carly, and fantastic saleswoman. She's very patient, answers anything you need from carfax to any general question. She'll make sure you walk out a happy costumer, in which I did. The entire staff is great!!! Hands down 5 star service and dealership. Strongly recommend.

I was told my usual salesperson retired- he still works from home. I would have rather worked with him because we have had a long time relationship - about 14 years. This salesperson did not even know how to use the remote starter. Instead, we were taught how to open all the windows and the sunroof so when we tried to start the car, everything opened, in the rain. Another person who was assisting us at the time helped teach us how to use the remote starter. Much more helpful than our salesperson.

I had an appointment for today Tuesday the 9th at 1pm to look at one specific car. I made this clear in my email correspondence with the team online. Only to make the trip and find out that they sold the singular car I was interested in the morning of to auction. Extremely frustrating experience.

Great experience at Tarrytown Honda dealer. I did all of my dealings over the phone. Also, I bought a car over the phone. I got a great price and very quick responsive service. I bought my car on Sunday and I picked it up the following Saturday. I m very happy.

Wanna thank Richard Johnson and Dwight Dachnowicz for making my car purchasing experience at Tarrytown Honda as pleasant as it gets. Everything was done remotely until handing off. Rich delivered the car to my doorstep personally. You pay exactly what you are promised and agreed to. No tricks. Everything was upfront and straightforward. They also took my old vehicle and gave me a great trade-in offer. All the paperwork was taken care of with minimal effort on my part. Can t get easier than that. Rich is the most pleasant and honest car salesman I dealt with. This was the first Honda I purchased but I will definitely recommend my friends and be a return customer myself when needed.

I recently bought a honda crv from Tarrytown Honda and they made the whole process very easy. George Shutzer was the sales associate who helped me pick out a car and he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Nick Ruiz helped me finance my purchase and he made the process easy and stress free. I very much appreciative of everyone over at tarrytown honda and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

What an amazing and absolute pleasant experience purchasing a car from Tarrytown Honda. I visited 3 other dealers and they were hands down just so incredible! Gary and Richard Johnson were so professional- they helped locate the car I wanted, kept me regularly informed, had the car ready on time. Clear communications and fair pricing. Great follow up. They are so great I keep going back there to get my Hondas (and I do not live close by.)

I bought a 2024 Honda Civic from Tarrytown Honda. The salesperson Dyaa was great. He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before we signed the lease. I would highly suggest dealing with him when you come here to buy your new Honda. The service and overall buying experience was great and I could not have been more content with my purchase. I came back to Tarrytown Honda after dealing with so many other dealerships yet I was not disappointed with their customer service, their help, their professionalism & their attention to the customer. I appreciate them for level of service they provided me throughout my time to acquire my 2024 Honda CRV hybrid Sports-L . It is rare to find & hold the vehicle for a customer knowing so many people are looking & asking for a particular vehicle color - Gray Metallic . I liked that I was able to test drive the car and they gave me the option to find the best insurance rate without putting pressure on me or calling every two seconds to see if I was going to buy the car. The fact that I was able to find the car I wanted and I was able to get it makes me give this dealership more than a thousands stars. Terrible experience when returning an item. Returned 2 differential fluids, paid by cash. On the day I went to return the guy at the entrance desk took 20 minutes to advise me they're going to have to give my money back by check by mail or I can accept it now. Ok, so I told them for me to have my check now. Surprise surprise apparently the person who signs off on return checks isn't in on that day so I was told they were going to have my check ready 1st thing next day. I come back the next day at 3 in the afternoon, I walk in and the lady at the register tells me my check still isn't ready. Completely unprofessional amateurs working in the service department. Will be calling Honda directly to advise them of the circus going on this establishment.
