Have been able to order parts from them and have them delivered to my mechanic.staff knows there products and are very helpful.since red's closed in Prattville they definitely be my new go to on Mt top.

I went to napa to get parts for my mechanic and ended up ordering the wrong parts. Because of that my mechanic then had to order parts and it became rather confusing and time consuming. The people at Tannersville Napa more specifically Nick and Katherine were very professional and very understanding and it made what I thought was going to be a frustrating situation into an easy resolution

A super unique NAPA in a converted ski lodge style house. Fantastically organized, friendly no-nonsense staff, well masked and courteous. Absolutely recommend.

The owner of Napa is an amazing woman she is just so knowledgeable and so helpful all their staff has been wonderful bill is awesome I don't know everybody else's name but they've all been kind and helpful and if they don't have something it's usually get your the next day in the morning it's wonderful hard thank you for helping us out so much and thank you for honoring the veteran

They told my husband his water pump was shot and he needed to buy a new kne for $500. All was wrong with car, the radiator cap was loose.You need to get better help Napa, the last fat guy wouldnt even let my husband buy a container of water. I hate this place. I advise anyone else to stay away unless you want to give them your money

I needed a gas cap and they told me that the OEM cap would fit. It wouldn't come off, so I told the salesmen and he took it off and said I over tightened it. It happened again and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to have a mechanic break it off and saidnot all OEM parts are suitable for all cars and they should know this and advise accordingly.

This isn't your typical parts store,they also have parts for chainsaws, ATVs and heavy trucks. There's a wall dedicated to a big selection of hand tools and they have a big selection of hardware including grade 8 up to 1" and metric hardware

Always helpful service here. Can usually get a part within a couple of days if they don't have it on hand. Beats driving down the hill if you don't have to!

I would give this place no stars if I could. Asked if I would be able to return an item before buying it, which they said yes to, than when I went to return it they said their policy won't allow me to return it.

The owner is the nastiest worker there, everyone who works there is nasty and rude never willing to help if u need u ask a question they literally roll there eyes at you rather go to catskill
