I am so Blessed to have come in contact with Valley Auto and staff Ben, Jon and Steve, since 2019.All three are my God sent angels. Moving back to Syracuse back in 2019 starting all over and finding out my credit score went completely down hill.They wasted no time to assist me with educating me on how to better my credit score. Not only that. They blessed me with a beautiful and safe vehicle. Not once but 3x, due to me trading in my vehicle through out the years. They re customer service and patience is genuine and beyond Toe-Poppin, Amazing If you re looking to not only build your credit/ be educated on how to build your credit score up. As well as, shop, buy, lease, or trade a vehicle .Please don t wait or hesitate because these guys are GRRRRREEEAAAT!!!!Put your best shoes on and make your way over to an auto shop that cares, assist and appreciate every person(s) who Walt s through the door.VALLEY AUTO SHOP, is here for YOU!!!

I bought my Subaru Forester from Jon at Valley Auto LLC, and it was the best car-buying experience ever! He found what I was looking for, at a good price, and the actual purchase process was super easy. I trust Jon, would send friends and family his way, and of course, when I need another car in the future, Valley Auto is where I'll go first!

My family has worked with Valley Auto to purchase our last 5 vehicles over the last 13 years. Mr Massett has always been honest and fair and without pressure, and he makes the entire process easy and stress free. All the cars we've purchased have always proven to be clean and reliable. The Valley Auto staff are wonderful to work with and we highly recommend doing business with them.

My wife and I were very nervous buying our first car, especially given the climate of marked up prices due to the auto/chip shortage. Jon was very helpful throughout the whole process and Ben helped us establish financing that not only suited our means, but ensured that it would also help our credit score. Having a car opened up a world of adventure and ease and we consider ourselves very lucky to have met Jon and the folks at Valley Auto for making the process both fun and painless.

While quite a number of my family members have purchased vehicles from Jon, this was my first experience, and what a pleasure it was! Even in these challenging used car times, Jon was able to find me a beautiful, low mileage 2021 Mazda CX-30. I've had 2 wonderful experiences with Valley Auto in past 12 months. Valley Auto goes above and beyond in providing services to its customers, whether its sale, purchase, or repair of your vehicle. You wont find a better, fairer, or more pleasant staff around. Highly recommended! A++++ service.

Fantastic car buying experience with Valley Auto! Jon is always so great! I have bought all my vehicles thru him! He even delivered my vehicle to my house while I was busy at work. Always have felt right at home when I go there for all my service needs as well! Always reccomend people to check out his selection or to go through Jon to find them THE BEST deals! If you're looking to buy a car this is the way to go. Jon and Ben are amazing to work with and they take care of everything, including financing. If you ever need any mechanical work done, call Steve, he is simply awesome!

We plan on spending the rest of our lives in Syracuse, and we would never even consider going anywhere other than Valley Auto to purchase all of our future cars. Quite simply, Jon is the most ethical and helpful car dealer we ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He looks after the tiniest detail for us, and has even helped us out with reselling previous purchases when we moved back to being a one-car family. Can t give high enough praise to Valley Auto!

I have always been more than satisfied with my experiences at Valley Auto. Jon is a great guy who obviously cares about making his customers happy by getting them the car that fits their needs and budget, and providing a quality vehicle. You can tell that your experience there matters to him. I also highly recommend them for the mechanic Steve. He has great turn around time and does great work at fair prices. The best thing about Valley Auto is that I never need to worry if I am being taken advantage of, I always know that I am being treated honestly, never over or under sold.

I could not recommend the experience at Valley Auto LLC highly enough. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made the entire experience of purchasing a vehicle painless and exciting. John's knowledge both about vehicles and the entire process of purchasing a vehicle for the first time, is as deep as it is broad. He was happy to dedicate his time to help improve my transition to a vehicle owner long after I had already purchased the vehicle. The service provided by John is unparalleled and I could not possibly recommend buying a vehicle from this company enough.

Great experience! I have purchased three cars from Jon over the past few years and each time was an absolute pleasure. Really nice cars at great prices with excellent customer service. My husband just bought a car from Valley Auto and his comment was "wow, this was so easy..." We just told him exactly what we wanted, Jon searched around and found exactly that. Then their customer service team made all the paper work seamless and EASY. I also purchased a car a while ago from here, another great experience, and I really liked his mechanic. His cars are top notch, great quality and not overpriced. 5 stars for sure!

Thank you to John and the staff at Valley Auto!!! This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a Chevrolet Suburban from John and it's a beauty! He is honest and diligent and always had my best interest in mind....try to find THAT elsewhere!!! The purchasing and paperwork could not have been more seamless! You could buy a used car anywhere,but why would you? The entire family loves our "new to us"truck and it's so clean and solid,no doubt it will be around for a good long time....and so will Valley Auto. I highly recommend them for sales and service! Thank you again!

We have bought four different vehicles from Valley Auto. Whether it was my wife buying a minivan or my son buying his first car, or when I needed a car, the experience was very positive. We were all treated fairly and were very comfortable with the "car buying experience". We would definitely recommend Valley Auto for anyone in the family needing a vehicle.Also, their service is outstanding. We take our cars there for ongoing maintenance and they are fair and reasonably priced. They do not recommend services that are not needed (unlike many dealerships) and will work with you to keep your car running smoothly.

Purchased a 2013 Audi. Absolutely a great experience and so happy with my new car. Jon took care of everything making the process very smooth and easy. Price was extremely fair and certainly less than the dealer's. After years of leasing quite upscale vehicles I think owning is the way to go !Have told all my friends about Valley Auto and would recommend them to everyone.Certainly will purchase here again.

My first car purchase! I am so happy that I found Valley Auto. I found a car on their website and called them about it. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and test drive. They are so professional and have a great process. They allowed me to test drive the car and answered all my questions with extreme sincerity. Who ever knew that buying a car could be so easy! They helped me with financing, did all the DMV work, and were so accommodating to all my wants and needs. They deserve all the accolades they receive. Valley Auto will now be my go to for future car purchases. Thank you Jon and Ben! Thank You for allowing me to schedule an appointment in advance and being so gracious with your time. We have purchased 4 cars from Jon over the past several years for myself, my husband and both our daughters. Not only do we get clean, reliable, nearly-new vehicles for a reasonable price, the whole process is very stress-free. There was no pressure to purchase something other than what we wanted or to spend more than our comfort zone. The customer service is wonderful and I would not purchase a vehicle other than through Jon and Valley Auto.

So easy and great service! I purchased my most recent SUV through Valley Auto and it was so seamless. Jon did a fantastic job taking the specifications of what I was looking for and finding the perfect car within my budget. I didn't have to go to any dealerships or even to the DMV. I would highly recommend Jon and Valley Auto and will certainly be purchasing future vehicles through them.
