Really great spot with huge selection and amazing customer support. There is truth to the saying it s not what you buy but where you buy it . These guys could write a book on customer care.

This place has the worst customer service. The staff is not friendly and does not care for the customers needs. Just trying to look for a product for my plow and the guy claimed that doesn t exist once i found him a part number he then said he had one in stock in hung up the phone. Couldn t ask for a first name to put it on hold for. This place is going to continue losing customers if their employees keep treating their customers like garbage.

I called for some information on a specific plow and told the salesman that I wasn't looking to purchase anything. He spent time answering my questions and was extremely pleasant.I did not expect this since a lot of places will get annoyed unless you're buying something.I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future purchases needed!! Thank you for being so helpful!!

Every time I try to do business with Trux I get disappointed. Customer service is terrible! We recently brought a mower in and it took over 5 weeks before they even looked at it. Even after we called multiple times trying to get it repaired. They finally repaired it and I went to pick it up today, only to find out they re closed on Saturdays! Just like they re competitor, they close on Saturdays during the busiest time of the year. I ve given them the benefit of the doubt a number of times only to be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new zero turn through Trux Outfitter. The Sales Manager was helpful and honest. I will definitely purchase future equipment through them.

Got my trailer from them. They upgraded me from a 16' aluma to a 18' when they sold the last 16' before I got there.

My husband was in middle of snow blowing when the traction cable broke.. we called 4 other places and none had it in stock.. Trux to the Rescue as they had it IN stock!! Thank you for saving the day

Do not go to this place for anything. I took Hustler lawnmower for a simple service and they quoted me over $500. So, I just had the belt replaced and they forgot to tighten some bolts and align the deck for the $200+ I paid them. Also, Management takes no ownership of bad service. I will not go back to this dealer for anything, as they are out to take advantage of the customer and do so rudely.

Unless you need a snow plow on a truck they don't have time for you. Rude , arragont people staff this facilty . They have no consideration for you or your machine and all they want to do is sell you a new machine. They did not want to bother with a snow thrower reapir and said they charge $30 to dispose of it , pretty interesting without looking at it. Save time , money and fustration , go to another place

Working there was great at first until they decide to let belligerent customers to denigrate employees. Then when you try and defend said employee, you get fired. save a penny, spend a dime. Lost everything when Trevor left.

They're etremely knowledgeable about their products. I had an issue with handheld equipment I bought elsewhere and TRUX made it all right. They took on a problem that wasn t there s to fix. Thank you!

They brought my SCAG all the way to Virginia a couple years ago. Only reason not 5 star is the mower hour meter resets on its own so who knows if I got it new or "new". Lol

Very friendly group they took over the business next door sell mowers along with snow plows and chainsaws. Nice counter help. Got an oil filter fir mower .

Really slow on getting parts and letting you know that there in and you only get half of what you ordered but there nice people who work there
