Excellent prompt service and technicians! Always available to explain what needs to be done immediately or can wait. I highly recommend for your long term truck/or car maintenance or just for yearly inspection. Always makes you aware of price estimate too. Service was excellent and fast. I was only in for a NYS Inspection and the staff was very friendly and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need or want. I asked about closing time because I had a late day conflict that came up and they assured me I could pick up my vehicle after closing time and that someone would be there. It's those little things that make a big difference.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Friendly service and more than fair prices. It is a shop that will go above and beyond whether you are getting routine maintenance taken care of or doing something more intensive. I am very fortunate to have been introduced to this shop and I bring all my cars here exclusively now.

Gee Whiz! Syracuse Auto Works is a Diamond in the Ruff!! The owner explains in details what s going on with the vehicle before services are performed. Prices are very reasonable! Syracuse Auto Works serviced three of my high end vehicles from Mercedes to Maserati take it to Tim, he s the MAN!

After bringing our Escalade to a dealership, getting charged over $3,500 and getting it back in worse shape than when we brought it in, a friend referred us to Syracuse Auto Works. They accessed every issue immediately and had our auto back to us the next day in perfect running order at an incredibly fair price. We could not recommend them more highly and will to everyone we know. They are now our auto service provider of choice.

I was beyond impressed with Syr. auto Works! I will continue to get service done here.Amanda was beyond helpful coordinating an appointment that worked best for me!Tim was very informative & friendly when I picked my car up! The best service I have had at an auto shop in a VERY long time!I dropped my car off 8am for 2 tires to be mount / balance & an alignment. I received a phone call 11:20am my car was ready to be picked up!Thank you so much Tim & your crew :)

Great place to take your car. Honest repair without the feeling of being sold something you don t need. Today I was in a jam. Car was dead. They fit me to analyze the problem and fix it before Xmas holiday break so I wasn t without a car.

This auto shop is the most polite, professional shop I have been too. Everything is done right! Amanda always works hard to get you on the schedule and Tim always contacts you personally if your vehicle needs more than you talked about.

I was quoted $4500 for head job on my truck, when work was completed, the total was $6500 and I was informed that my truck is still not fixed and now has a new problem. After refusing to fix it I am now left with the bill AND the new problem.Updated: They have opted to tow the truck to a dealership to have the issue resolved by a factory mechanic and will cover the cost of repairs - if deemed responsible. Once resolved I plan on updating my review.

I took my car in to have the wheels changed (snow tires.) a few days before the first snow.They charged almost nothing in today s world.However, the next day I noticed a new (steel) wheel on the right rear. Those are not inexpensive. They didn t charge anything for the wheel. Don t know what happened but, where else can you get that kind of service?

Im very happy with service I recieved at syracuse autoworks! They got me in very quickly and addressed my concerns and provided the answers on why those things needed to be fixed. The price was more than fair. I will call them for all my upcoming services and repairs from now on!

Always bring my wehicles here, the techs and reception are great, honest communicators. Recently got a trans cooling line replaced, all new sparkplugs, aftermarket level and new tires and alignment done by them, they always do their best!

I had another outstanding service experience! All employees are extremely professional, and I want to give a special thanks to the technicians, Jon and Evan, who diagnosed and repaired my 2017 Subaru. After fixing a wheel bearing and replacing the rear brakes, it feels like I m driving a brand new vehicle. Tim and the guys always take very good care of me. They always get me in, usually earlier than my appointment time and the price is always exactly what they say it will be. If it s not, they call to discuss it before doing any work. Syracuse Auto Works recently installed a new clutch and replaced the transmission on my vehicle. James and Tim were professional, transparent and a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. The work was completed sooner than anticipated and so far the car is running smoothly.

I have been having issues with my car for some time, taking it to Honda dealership with no fix and lots of mishaps. I got in to Syracuse Auto Works the same day for some troubleshooting and had my car back in a few hours with further recommendations to provide to Honda. They replaced my spark plugs as requested and talked me through talking points to bring up at the dealership, which they did not need to do. This operation was so professional and helpful. I will be using them as my go to auto shop in the future. They went way above and beyond to help me and I m so appreciative.
