This shop is outstanding!!! The guys working here are polite, honest, and fully transparent about everything. A couple weeks ago, they went above and beyond for a coworker of mine, and treated her with utmost respect. When I brought another vehicle here today, the experience was also outstanding. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be returning for future service!

I brought a flat tire in off the car before 9am to have them see if it was punctured or needed a valve stem. They said they would get to it that day. I called at noon, they hadn't got to it yet. Then 5 o'clock came and still didn't hear anything so I drove over and they quickly threw air in it and saw a slit in the sidewall and since it was the end of the day they had to get the tire the next day so they could have had it repaired same day like originally stated and then come to find out they charged me ~ $70 more than any other business that has it in stock around. Wasted my time and overcharged me. Go somewhere else. Guy was pretty rude too.

Amazing service ! I drove back home to Toronto from Boston and got a flat tire. Stopped at the service area and installed the spare tire, then went out the highway looking for a garage. It was late Saturday afternoon, and the first couple garage were closed.Spotted this garage. The guy asked me to bring in the tire, checked it and shortly after came out with the tire fully inflated. He said it was a problem with valve. I asked for some tire valve caps as well as I learned that some were missing on my car. He handed me some.When I asked him how much I owed, he said none. I went out and installed the tire back on my car, and he came out, and helped me with it. What a nice guy. Really appreciate all your help, sorry I forgot to get your name; but again, thank you so very much!

Noticed a small oil leak several weeks after getting an oil change. Brought my car back and the awesome staff here verified the gasket on the plug was bad. They replaced it and did another complete oil change since it was already setup. They also found a dead headlight when doing their general inspection, luckily I had a spare bulb handy so they changed the bulb for me too. Everyone I interacted with was great.

Nicest people at this place! I drove over 5 hours to run over a nail and puncture my tire. I came across this location on a whim and they were incredibly nice and fixed my tire for me right away . Highly recommend .

I have come more than twice for a catalytic exhaust pipe problem. which they mechanic check and tell me that the welding turns out well but it is not like that since I come to see it for the same reason and problem charging both times which would be 300 dollars this time the repair is to change everything x complete muffler and I am getting a price 950 what abusers

The employees here were so kind, to the point and fast! My paperwork says Matthew helped me out (didn t catch his name so I m not fully sure if that s who took care of my brakes). I dropped off my car and brake pads/rotors were all replaced within a few hours. Definitely recommend this shop and I ll go back for any car needs while we live here (military fam!). Appreciate him for not making me feel bad since I know I probably should ve taken my car in for this service months ago. Thank you!!

politics do not should not be discussed in business. my wife had an appointment to have her car inspected and oil change. the employee at the counter was bashing Republicans, saying totally out of line and disrespectful things. this made her so uncomfortable she just left without having the work done. if you're a republican and you don't want to sit in a waiting room and feel disrespected because of your political affiliations, then go else where!Midas, please save your generic response for someone else, I'd much rather you address the problem with your employee because this has cost you a long time customer.

These guys are straight shooters. I appreciate having them close to where I live. It makes life easier. Recently brought my Ram in for a coolant leak. The manager with the gray suburban (I'm bad with names) had it all taken care of and got me on my way for about the price of dinner and a movie. Can't beat that!

This is the ONLY place I will get my vehicle serviced. The customer service is always 10/10. My vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner. I ve been to this location 5 times now & every time has been great. Today I had an oil change done & I didn t have the coupon so James honored it anyways.

When you have problems with your vehicle, you look for help, service is your first priority you look for. I'm telling you, that's what I found at Midas the one at Thompson Rd. I took my Ford Fusion for a front end alignment. The personnel was just so helpful and cordial starting with Matt who wore a smile through out. This was my first time at that facility, what a pleasant surprise. Evidently, car trouble is just around the corner and feel I have found just the place where my vehicle can be pampered. Many time $$ can't buy "service", thank God I found it at Midas, very reasonable. Don't mean to make an editorial of all this, but,,, very happy how I was treated there. I tell you....

Got a bobbling noise after hitting the curb twice. Brought my car in for an inspection. They inspected the car, adjusted the rim, rebalanced the wheels in less than 45 minutes. And it is all FREE. They did not charge me a cent. Very Professional and Efficient.RECOMMENDED.

I came in for a full synthetic oil change, which they have the best price in town that I ve found. While changing my oil, they found a tail light out that I had not known about. Also a headlight out that I had known about, but had no desire to reach into my wheel well to change myself. So, whenever anything goes wrong with my PITA Subaru, I go to Midas. They are truly the most honest and innovative mechanics. If there's some way we can preserve a part, they have time and time again (no matter who is servicing it, so it's not just one person particularly) offered me a repair suggestion over a full replacement IF there is one. The fact that they OFFER more fiscal alternatives is why I will continue to use them for my car needs. James has helped me this time and at least once before and he's just incredible! Excellent customer service, every time! Thank you guys!

Cannot leave a review for my local Midas on Court St in Binghamton because they "closed abruptly". On 12/30 I needed front brakes and rotors. Today my car was looked at for grinding brakes and was told that Midas never replaced the rotors to begin with. Not to mention, "clips" and "hardware" was missing from the pads as well. As a result, I needed to get the same alleged work done 5 months later. I will never use Midas for any service ever again and have already contacted their customer service. As a parent, this is beyond alarming.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had stopped in just to get a couple of tires, mounted and balanced, everyone there was extremely polite and professional. I didn t have an appointment, despite this, they took care of me promptly, and without issue. I had my son take his 2020 Corolla into Erie Blvd , Syracuse shop . For an inspection .The car had 20k miles on it as he works from home. He isn't mechanically knowledgeable. They sold him $600 worth of rear brakes . It hasn't ever even needed front brakes but needs rears now on a car with 20 thousand miles ? I smell a rat . He gets the brakes or they pull his inspection sticker ? Completely unnecessary. ThievesService: Vehicle Inspection

Came in for a NYS Inspection and was out pretty quick. James, the manager, was very nice as well as the mechanic who did the inspection. The location is very clean, convenient to Eastwood/Sedgwick, and is reasonably priced. First, let me lay this right here...these guys are damn forthright and straight forward. Come to think of it that a few weeks ago they had patched my tire for free so I wanted to get my brakes checked and I was told that it would take a couple of hours since it was a walk in. They were honest rather than disappoint me. By the way their price compared better than that of other places.

While at another service location (Valvoline) I was discriminated against because of my color but at this Midas location I never felt that way. I received excellent and quick service and some info for future reference. Incredibly Disappointed with these guys.Was in the highway when my brakes seized and started smoking dropped it off on a Friday to have them fix the brakes & replace Headlights. Monday rolls around and the brand new brakes sound worse then when they were seized & the head light is out again. So I take it back in for them to fix & they have the audacity to say that I put in a different bulb after the one they put in & that's why it went out. Why would I put a new bulb in after I just had it replaced . Basically they messed up my brakes & headlights and needed to charge me for something to justify fixing their mistake.These guys are a Scam & I have truly never experienced something like this at a mechanic.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change
