Absolutely amazing! Every time I call for a window replacement martin & his wife are always available. They come & measure the window, & come back some hours later with the glass to be installed. I had work so unfortunately I had to leave, but they are super trustworthy people! They locked my house up for me, & texted me & let me know they left & everything was complete! Well worth the money, & customer service is a plus.

Very happy with the friendliness and the response from Martin's. Good and reliable work is hard to find these days. Super satisfied with this company and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

My experience with Martin's Glass and Mirror Inc. was beyond disappointing. After contacting them for services, I patiently waited for a response. To my dismay, it took them a whole month to get back to me. When they finally did, they casually mentioned they had someone available initially but, due to their delayed response, the work was now deemed "out of their realm." This level of unprofessionalism and lack of timely communication is unacceptable for any business. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience.

I highly recommend this business. We had a small insulated window break from falling ice and had called and asked many folks to fix. Martin's was recommended to us after others declined. I called and exchanged info and pictures- Martin's came the same day- took the window to his shop- and brought it back the same day - new glass and all and reinstalled the window. Call him- younwon't be disappointed!Tim Gorman

It's Friday most people are rushing to start our weekend. Martin luckily wasn't one of those people, he welcomed my impromptu visit. Also he repaired my main house door pane with the proper secure glass ensuring my safety.Martin and wife are very knowledgeable l was full of questions in which patiently They answered. I am grateful Martin cared enough about my needs for same day service. TGIF I will be safely @ home

He does great work takes his time, and most of all he is very reasonable. He will give you the best knowledge the truth about the project and how much is really going to cost youGive him a call and talk to Martin or his wife, Crystal for that matter they will give you the information you need to make your glass project. Successful here in Syracuse New York. Call him and explain the situation.

Martains glass & Mirror Inc. Thank You for quoting me to fix my broken window. I had a hawk fly into my storm picture window broke the interior window not the storm. The hawk left an imprint on the storm picture window.You receive 5 stars for repairing my picture window. Excellent craftsmanship. It s very hard to find good craftsman these days! Needed a small square of opaque glass for a cabinet. I popped in and asked what he could do. Minutes later, he worked his magic and had the piece ready.Martin is a great, down-to-earth guy, friendly and spoke to me like an old friend, not a customer. I highly recommend his business.

I was a little disgruntled at first, the process was slow to get started and I missed a couple appointments due to this but I can say the work was done above and beyond properly and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Martin for your glass needs.

I had one window in our house replaced.I can t say enough about how satisfied I was with this business! The glass that we selected for our window was of great quality and value. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them for all of your glass needs!

Martin did a great job on the replacement of our garage window. He came in a very reasonable amount of time, did a great job, and was very friendly. He didn't even mind when my 3 yr old wouldn't leave him alone. :) We will definitely call him again should we need glass repair!

He responded quickly and did an excellent job making a fair-priced replacement screen for one of my porch windows. He has done similar work for me previously and I've always been satisfied with the quality of his work. I'd recommend Martin's Glass without hesitation.

Martin showed up and did an amazing job. I checked his reviews and I really love an owner who's accountable for completing the work. He's hands on and very knowledgeable. I originally contacted him during the height of the Pandemic and although he had personal problems, he assured me that he would come through as soon as he can. He's honest, he's reliable and the job looks amazing! His good work was worth the wait. His wife, Crystal helped to get the job completed. The conversation we had, I hope, they will always remember... Your family, health, and happiness comes first. Be mindful of trying to please everyone, everyone don't deserve you. Your competition must hate trying to keep up with you . You are awesome! I'm completely satisfied with the work and I'll definitely be referring Martin to my friends and family!

A few weeks ago, Martin did a fantastic job replacing fogged glass on 5 windows, all in the same day!! He kept me updated on the the status of the windows throughout the day, and assured me he would not leave until the project was complete that evening. Martin is a class act and true professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of glass repair services!

Martin was very quick to respond and really helped me out of an emergency situation. I had an exterior entrance door's glass broken by a tenant and he came picked up door, repaired it, and re-installed all in one afternoon. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone looking for quality, timely, and friendly service.

I called Martin s Glass on Monday morning and spoke directly with Martin (owner) himself. He was able to give us a fast, reasonable quote to replace a broken window. He showed up to do his initial measurements and was able to complete the job on the same day. He attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I would highly recommend Martin for any and all glass work. He was outstanding in all regards.

We called Martin's on a Friday when the glass in our woodstove broke. Not only did he replace the glass, he insulated the door and replaced stripped screws on it. He and his wife stayed late until we arrived to be sure it was replaced that same night. Awesome service you don't find much these days. And the price was very reasonable! We will definitely be going back for any glass needs.

I needed a window repaired for a house we were getting ready to close on. I was told that Martins glass was the place to go. They were right!Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, they did it for a reasonable price. Awesome customer service! I highly recommend Martins, for any glass repairs! Great job!

A wonderful family owned business. From the first phone call to installation Martin has been a pleasure to do business with. He completed a custom bath mirror for me and it is gorgeous. He and his wife Crystal did an impeccable job installing it. Any glass or mirror work I need in the future will go to him. You should as well...you won't be sorry!

I called Martin Glass looking for info on cutting some tempered glass I had ordered. Because you can't cut tempered glass (I found out), Martin had another suggestion for shelving. He was extremely helpful, accommodating and professional. He also finished all four sides of the shelves for no additional charge, and both shelves were completed in a timely manner. Thank you for taking such good care of this customer! I would highly recommend Martin Glass for any of your glass needs.

I was referred to Martin for a special piece of bronze plate glass for my back sun room. Martin did not disappoint, not only did he have the color he was able to cut to perfection.
