Doc was very responsive and conscientious about following up with me. We had the car towed in overnight for an emergency steering repair. They were able to replace the entire steering assembly the same day. Service was excellent and I could tell Doc really cared.

Bought four new tires and had them installed. While the purchase and install price was not the cheapest, with applicable rebates and a first responder promotion the difference was negligible. They got me in when I wanted to have it done, and they performed the work without issue. I try to use them for all my service. Now if they could only be competitive on purchase price when I want to buy a new car.

Amazing service with my front guy Joe. Fantastic customer service, great smile on face. Also reminded me on things that I needed to get taken care of for future maintenance of my Ford vehicle. Great lead way to a better day & completed my oil change / The Works in a timely fashion. Well done! Willing to recommend.

I went in for my appointment, only to learn that it was the day before. This was our mistake and not the dealers mistake. The dealer was kind enough to fit us in and took great care of us. As always, they re always eager to help. We re very fortunate to have a great dealer like Koerner Ford.

Over the years I ve had many vehicles I brought into Koerner for warranty repairs and I can t recall a single good experience. My most recent one however may have been the worst. 4 days of having my truck only to pick it up and discover almost nothing I had dropped it off for had been fixed. My proximity sensors quit working while in their possession. I called and spoke with the service manage whom assured me I would hear back from him. 48 hours later and I m still waiting for that call. The unprofessionalism I witnessed first hand while there left me less than impressed. Over the years I tried buying several vehicles from them as well but always received much better pricing and customer service from Orleans ford. And this review was triggered by a text sent to me on their behalf asking for feedback. Here ya go Pete.

Koerner was amazing! This is my second lease experience with Koerner and Fred Killian. I text him what I wanted on Monday, and by Friday I was in my vehicle, even though they didn t even have the vehicle I wanted at their dealership directly. Highly recommend!!

my experience at Koerner Ford was very good. the staff where very polite and helpful. they where done in a very short time. I took the shuttle and was to work on time and they picked me up after work and was on time. My experience was great and I recommend Koerner Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford produst.

Great service called with a power train warning malfunction light that came on and Koerner fit me in right away. The turn around time on the warranty repair was quick. The staff was knowledgeable and great at explaining what was going on as well answering our questions for further tire purchases.Definitely a 5 star service center cant say enough.

Excellent car buying experience! My salesperson Nick was knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I was picking the right vehicle for my needs. No pressure- just helpful, professional and fair. Vehicle was spotless and every person there was friendly Have never purchased a Ford before but will from this car forward. The Escape rides so smoothly and I will never go without a heated steering wheel again!

When we went for the test drive in a used vehicle the vehicle was making some sort of loud noice. The salesmen Todd assured me he would have it looked at and fixed. So I left their dealership with a CASH DOWN PAYMENT! I call a week later to inquire about the noice. Todd assured me it was a pice of plastic an wasn't an issue. Fast forward two months and I get call to pick up some demo debris for my boss a contractor. Upon loading the tuck up an driving at just low speeds the notice was still veary much present an echoing on the surrounding buildings even at speeds under 15 mph. Rewind now back to week after I called to check on the progress of the noice an being lied too I went to give them a bankers check for the remainder of the tuck. Upon getting in I realized that the pre sale detail was never completed. I had a half melted blue raspberry jolly rancher still in the center console which I have kept for evidence. So I called an was told they would cover a detail up to 75 dollars. I had a close friend take care of it an mail them the invoice. My detail guy was never paid by this dealership. I was really hoping by the end of my experience here I would be more than willing to make the trip to get another vehicle from them in the future but they have ruined all chances of my business continuing with them.

Joe, Service Mngr. Kept me informed with repair work and provided realistic cost estimate. Repair was conducted within estimated time frame. I was able to discuss repairs with Tyler the Service Tech. I have done business with Koerner Ford for many many years. I m extremely satisfied with their service and how fast they re willing to help in any situation has come up. Marilyn is extremely incredible. She came in on her day off to get my husband a truck so he can go to work the next day. Vasco is incredible. We have been treated so good we will always return and we are very happy with our new Ford F150, we were in a car accident Our vehicle they immediately assisted us and got us back into a brand new truck. It went so smooth. I highly recommend the Dealership.

Great communication! Great customer service! Felt like my vehicle was at the doctors office! They diagnosed and fixed the problem. No prescription or follow up necessary! I m very pleased with Koerner Ford! I am quite sure I ll be driving my baby in for the next check up! Even if it s just an oil change!

Brought my vehicle in for its regular oil change and tire rotation. I am on crutches due to knee issue. They offered me assistance, opened doors and brought my vehicle back inside so I didn t have to go out in the lot. Helpful in every way. Thank you to all of the service department team that eased my mobility issues.

I have never been treated so well while car shopping. I had the full attention of the owner, the owners son, and eventually the sales person, Matt, in addition to the other employees in the showroom! I went in looking for a Limited Explorer in a specific color combination, a year old, and with the option package I wanted. Koerner Ford went out of its way to locate the specific vehicle I was looking for and did a dealer trade with a dealership in Buffalo, New York. When the car arrived in Syracuse, it was spotless. They had voluntarily replaced the brakes, fitted the car with new front and second row mats, and at my request, after noticing the front tires weren t great, they replaced all the tires at no extra cost. This was by far my best car shopping experience ever!

Was planning on buying a new vehicle there but needed to have something repaired on my older one to make it last a bit longer. Service guys avoided me at first then a cranky old guy finally addressed me. I am glad I found out now before I purchased another car from them. Had similar rude treatment almost 30 years ago and thought they had changed. Going back to Romano.

After first taking my car to Davidson Ford in November with a whistling noise when the heater was on and being told it was normal, I sought a second opinion at Koerner in February. Doc assured me I wasn t crazy and that we would get to the bottom of it. It took a second week long appt taking apart the whole dash for sure which, he was able to find the problem and get it fixed. Any future service needs now will be handled at Koerner!

The service dept deserves a "Five-Star" rating. Jeff, Bill and Russ (auto tech) do the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is in tip-top shape and all issues addressed. Additionally, Tammy, clerk, is always friendly and courteous. That's why I keep going to Koerner Ford.

There was no waiting for my service. The oil change package was done quickly and professionally. They noticed I needed an alignment. I was informed and I approved the job. Bill was very friendly and pleasant. Another top notch job completed by Koerner Ford Service.

Shop manager was ignorant and very condescending about my service request. Then he proceeded to charge me for an estimate after which the "Tech" said there was no charge. Shop manager said "well I have to charge you something".All not a big deal but I would avoid this facility if I were you.

I ordered a Maverick in September of year 2022. Things being the way they are it could not be built. Ford offered to build the 2024 model and to put me on the list for it. I agreed and waited from that time to delivery date of 12/16/23. Needed to contact them multiple times. They also needed to contact me multiple times. Everyone that I delt with was professional, courteous, knowledgable and helpful on a continuum. I do highly recommend Kernor Ford

Went to pick up my truck and there was a dent and black mark on my door that was not previously there on drop off they denied they had caused it and are giving me a hard time justifying that they are the ones who caused it, not me. I d know if I dented my own door
