I had a flat time and I was not far from the store. I called and they told me come right over. They gave me a few options for my repair and also what they recommended. They were very polite easy to deal with reasonable on pricing. Service was fast and thorough. If i. Ever in the area and need tire witk i will definitely call them first. THANK YOU JOE FOR BEING SUCH A PROFESSIONAL.

Have been using industrial tire for years now. My father and I are always treated top notch any time we reach out. No matter what they always work with us to get our tires changed and rolling again asap. I recently tried their aluminum wheel resurfacing service and was very pleased with how they turned out. They knocked it out of the park for me stripping the durabright and making them shine again. Very reasonable on price and turnaround time. They made quick work of what would've taken me days. Money well spent and always a pleasure doing business with industrial tire. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Had a blowout on 690, limped it over to another tire shop only to be told that s an odd size tire. No one will have it. Called 4 different places looking to get it fixed. Pullins recommended big red, big red recommended industrial tire. I am semi local to the area and I have never heard of them. Not only did industrial have the size we ended up changing 6 of the tires. Taylor was meticulous at everything he did, although he didn t have to he torqued every lug not on the unit and checked the pressure In all the rest of the tires on it. They was bud wheels, that s 120 clicks of the torque wrench. It was after hours so the only person I met was Taylor, he is top notch.

Good prices but very slow in the front garage changing tires... 4.5 hours for 6 tires on my motor home... so don't be in a hurry

We called to have a tire service for one of our large trailers that haul a drill rig that had a flat on the NYS Thruway. I asked to have both of the duals changed at the same time - Industrial Tire not only found and picked up 2 tires for us, but got to where we were down along the thruway, changed both tires and got us back on the road within a little over an hour! AND very reasonably priced for all the work including the road call! I saved their number in my phone contacts for any future tire issues in the Syracuse area. Thanks so much for taking care of my crew and getting us back up and running quickly!

Nice people.they have a large selection of tire sizes and brands.they provide labor also if needed, and if they don't have they can get.
