The location is convenient, the service was quick and Charlie went out of his way to make sure I got my new windshield installed before I left for the weekend. Great service!

First contact from tech he was rude.Apparently no one at his office told him where he could locate me inside my place of business, instead of calling me and expecting me to answer immediately. Scratched my paint under one of the windows he replaced and tried to blame it on the original damage. Broke the clips on the pillar moldings, both sides. One molding blew off in the car wash and again driving on 481, as they only replaced one after being notified of damage to both.My windshield has an electric defrost built in and it only works on the driver side on the new windshield. Supposed to get another one, according to Paul, but Glass America hasn t responded to me in more than a week now. However, they got PAID more than $1500.If you call customer service you ll be waiting avg 15-20 minutes just to get a live representative that refers you back to the local people that haven t yet been helpful. It s asinine. Hands down the WORST glass replacement company I ve had the displeasure to deal with. EVER. In any of the states in which I ve resided. They re worse to deal with than medical or automotive insurance companies. Seriously.Also, did you know Glass AMERICA is based out of Canada?? Now you do.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

BAD service for glass replacement. Roughly ripped off the lining of the door. People in this place told me to call their manager to refund. However, the manager always evades my calls. At first, he said he had something to do and called me back later. Then I never received the call. After that, every time I called him and he realized it was me, he hang out the call directly.Service: Auto side window replacement

Always a great experience with these folks, they have an awesome location in Liverpool. Sheila gets the guys to you ASAP, they have the best rates for if you do not want to involve insurance, and Bill, one of their techs, is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things about these people. You don't get this service at Safelite!!! Thanks again, guys!
