I could not have had a better experience with Gerber on West Genesee. My car was fixed as good as new and faster than expected. My car was also spotless inside and out when returned.Thank you Steven and the rest of the crew! You guys are top notch! I will recommend you to everyone

Was instructed to rent a car from Gerber through Hertz. Reservation was made two weeks in advance. Two hours before we were supposed to pick it up Gerber calls and leaves a message "sorry - we don't have the vehicle you reserved" we can give you this other one as a substitute (one that wouldn't work for us).I give a call and no one picks up the phone after multiple calls - just rolls over to the national number.I then call the Gerber number. Person who answers says "Hertz doesn't do business here". I explain that I have a confirm with their name and address and he says "this is Gerber not Hertz". I then ask why would Hertz give me your address? Then he changes his story and says "oh - Hertz rents a desk from me in my office, but I don't know anything that they do". I explained that I was under a time crunch and asked if he could transfer me to them because their number isn't working. He says "nope - not by company".I asked if he was the franchisee of Gerber, and he said no "I'm the office manager". It would have taken him 30 seconds to yell over to the "person who rents a desk in my office" that he didn't know existed at the beginning of the call.I realize management will probably leave a comment of "we are two separate entities" and I get that, but it is still Gerber's name on the door and it reflects very poorly on them. If I was in need of glass or collision repair this interaction would cause me to look elsewhere.

Daughter is attending Syracuse and was in minor wreck. Being in Alabama didn't know anything local. Called Gerber and Will, Brian and their amazing crew took Great care of us. Car looks Amazing and we're completely satisfied. Location was also key. Close to campus and Enterprise is basically across the street. Hopefully won't need them anytime soon, but would definitely use them again if needed.

Had a little bit of a rough start with the parts received for my repair but the staff at Gerber made a way for things to work! Steven, Will and James all worked hard on getting my truck repaired and ready for me to take home. I would highly recommend this location!

I got in a fender bender and was referred to Orso's through my insurance provider to get my car fixed. I was very impressed with their communication, speed, and quality of work. Chris updated me on my car and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He even brought up some maintenance I may want to get done soon to keep my car in good condition.You can't even tell my bumper was hit now! It looks fantastic. They also cleaned my car up quite a bit which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I highly recommend this place for all collision issues and car fixes. Such lovely staff!

I was pleasantly surprised by how honest, professional and efficient the service was at the Syracuse location. Although I failed to make an appointment, I was accommodated on a lunch break, my vehicle was serviced quickly and I was treated with respect. The level of professionalism displayed and honesty about my vehicle s needs was exactly what gained a new returning customer. As a young female, I know how intimidating tending to auto care needs can be. I appreciated knowing I can trust the staff and feel that I wasn t being misled. Great job! I highly recommend Nu-Look Collision. Nick was a huge help!

I was pleased with the service right up until the day my car was supposed to be done. After not hearing from them by early afternoon I called to get a time frame to pick up my vehicle. I was told that the tech working on my car had left due to a sick child and that no one else would be completing so my car probably wouldn t be done until the following day. So not only was my car not going to be ready on time, but they couldn t be bothered to call and tell me. I can only hope the techs situation is resolved quickly or who knows when I ll get my car by.

I was referred to Nu-Look Collision in Syracuse by my insurance company, for which Nu-Look is a certified repair shop -- which makes everything convenient. That said, they were absolutely fantastic, and I'd recommend them for any body work you need done. I drive an old Honda Accord, with about 120k miles on it --- not a fancy car, but one that needs to last. Nu-Look not only found the repair parts at prices that avoided totaling my old car, but my kids all said that the car now looks years younger. They even detailed and cleaned the car -- outstanding value and outstanding service.

I had an accident and hit a deer. I went there because of the location being close to downtown and a block away from my insurance agent. They repaired the damage done by the deer. My jeep looks better than it did before it was hit. They also said it would take about 4 weeks. They had it done in 2 weeks. And to put the icing on the cake. I was gonna bring it back at a later time to repair a dent in the drivers side door that was unrelated to the accident. They straightened it up for me and didn't even charge me for it. You can best believe I'll be sending every one I know there. I had a friend in the auto body business that retired. I didn't think there was anybody around like him anymore. I was wrong.

Wow! Great service! We had a fender bender, and tried new look for the repairs. On-site rental, and we got our cat back looking like new. They even detailed the inside at no additional cost! I am definately bring my other car in! My car feels brand new again!

I had a flat tire and pulled into Nu Look Collision, called my husband and he came down to put on the spare. It wasnt long before James Roberts and another Nu Look employee came out to offer help. They took my car in and fixed asap. I cant say enough about them and how nice they were.As an aside, my son had body work done here around 3 months ago and they did a fantastic job and communicated with me throughout the process. Five stars!!

I had my car repaired there at nick orso s about 4 years ago after someone plowed into the side of my car. i know the shop has since changed ownership but I m sharing my experience regardless. I was sold a premium experience but I immediately had to return there because my fender alignment was off(mind you this was a minor collision repair). They fixed it but I noticed almost immediately it still wasn t right, I figured it wasn t worth the effort to go back again so I ve lived with it like that all these years. Now the rust, they have lifetime guarantee on their work. Come to find out that my door is rusting where some of the body work was performed. I called Nulook for assistance and they refused to help, I repaired it myself but I can tell they didn t prep the area correctly as the bondo kept the rust from showing through for a few years. Not to worry just took a few beers and some paint but I won t be returning, they should do it right the first time. They charged premium prices but did not provide premium service.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Every interaction from first contact to all questions being answered by shop manager saved me time and money. Worked with my insurance company and really went above and beyond to ensure they just won over a new and loyal customer. Friendly, professional and honest. Highly recommend.

I recently had a great experience working with Andrew at Orso's Nu-Look to get some interior trim pieces on my car painted. I had very high expectations and Andrew made sure they came out perfect. Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I worked with Chris. But the rest of the staff i encountered was very pleasant. Could not tell my car had been hit! Looks like i just drove it off the lot. I greatly appreciate it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Over the years I've been involved with at least 5 vehicles being fixed here, one of my own and 4 were friends and family members. They are always on time and do excellent work. They make the process very easy. Insurance companies always try to low ball claims, and Orso's takes whatever amount the insurance company pays and then works it out with them later. They fix your car the right way, with the right parts, with no added cost to the customer, regardless of what the insurance company is willing to pay. I have, and will continue to recommend Nick Orso's to anyone that finds themselves in need of a repair.

Normally i try not to write negative comments. But I am writing this to make others aware how disorganised this location is. I had setup a repair date with Steve on 02/26/18 and was told to bring in my car monday morning and rental car will be ready for u outside so I can get to work on time. So Monday morning , i arrived and no one was aware if the rental was set up and they said it will take 20 to 30 minutes to set it up . waited for about 20 minutes and yet nothing done. Was told they will be renting a car from Clay and will take an hour to get the car. Finally i gave up and took my paperwork and car back. First impression was bad so not sure if i want my car repaired there. Going somewhere else now.

Chris... I guess I will bother you one last time.. Thank you for putting my baby back together. She was a mess frame was broke. Front end all smashed in. Underneath I'm sure was a reck also. You and your team did an amazing job. She came out of your shop as she was before the chocolate milk episode. Lol. Thank you for going out of your way to get me a rental and paying for it. You didn't have to do that. So thank you. I will recommend nu look to anyone that needs any body work done. Awesome.. Thank You. And again. Amazing.

I took my classic 1991 Toyota Celica GT-S to Orso's for a complete refinishing since the red paint had turned pink over the years. I never plan to sell the car and I'm very selective about who works on it. It's one of many vehicles I own and Mike Orso assured me that everything would be taken care of. When the vehicle was finished, it looked better than it did when it was new! I have pictures I took at various stages of the refinishing process and they were more than accomodating.Nick Orso's does concours level work and I rave about them to everyone. If you truly want excellent workmanship and quality results, you won't regret taking it to Orso's! They perform top level work on antiques and classics as well as the everyday driver. I know because I've taken my daily driver vehicles there when necessary. They will work directly with Insurance companies on your behalf and repair the vehicle to their high standards, NOT the Insurance companies' standard! They are awesome and stand behind their work!

Nick Orso's is the definition of customer service! Mike Orso spent hours and day working with me on my claim! When I got my car back it looked like it did when i picked it up brand new from the dealership! Every little detail was looked at! They provided me with a free rental. I will never go any where else! Thank you Mike for being there and fighting for my rights!

The experience was excellent until it came time for a follow up appointment... they forgot about me more than once and I had to keep bugging them. Aside from that, the customer service is good and the people at the front desk are very helpful

If you find yourself working with a government entity, such as they post office, they won't help you. I spoke with Larry and found him to be short, rude and very impolite. I've heard great things about Nick's but I was a little surprised as to how he handled my call.

These guys are absolutely amazing, they pleasantly wrote me an estimate knowing that I wasn t going to have the damage fixed on my old work beater car (I needed it for my insurance)I will be back to have them do work on the paint on my other car.

They ve had my car for over 2 weeks so I haven t had any chance to make my bill money they said it would be done by the 3rd Which I was OK with because I can actually make my rent money within those 2 days but now my car still isn t ready they don t take payments so I have to pay $1000 to them and won t be able to pay my rent so yeah 0 stars they rude as hell and for not keeping me informed and not doing payments plans especially when they hold your car longer then intendedService: General repairs & maintenance

My insurance company requested that I get my car repaired by Nu-look and I did and I am very pleased everything was great from the actual repairs to the nice professional staff I would recommend anybody to go to NU-LOOK for repairs....
