I bought a jeep for a great price. The sales person lied lot during the sal le and was let go because of that and other issues. Which lead to another sales rep complaining the sales. After that the sales, management and office was a pleasure to work with. The jeep had unfortunately had some mechanical problems which in the beginning they were great with. Only problem was with manger of service not wanting to do what was required or right, even had issues were he lied about it not being covered by the 4000 dollar warranty plan I additionally. I called the warranty company they said it was of course covered and was never even submitted. I went back to upper management and got it resolved. I believe things will be going smoothly from here. I would feel comfortable buy another vehicle from here again.

I dropped my car off for only a day to do a battery replacement. Rob and Vinny and the service team left my car spotless(interior and exterior), my car was up and running, did a great job updating me, and were very respectful and welcoming. Thanks a lot service for such a great job! Keep up the great work! Thank you for living up to Cadillacs standards

I was given a price for a car I asked about carfax they said they have just as good but different kind we assumes it was the same. NOPE went to trade in the same car the new company and they did and actual carfax and they found two hits therefore trade in was much less. When we were given the price for a car it was very shady they wouldn t fix problems that were found with the car when we picked it up. Buyer beware their was nothing good or honest about these guys!! They will get you at every corner.Response:If you show a car that has not been cleared for sale then repair something does not make it my repair. Every experience with your business was done poorly. Unfortunately what you would expect from a company that does not value customers. Their were several things you refused to fix. All because I purchased before your service department got it ready before you listed it for sale!!!

Very good service for my first visit to their service center. I had some transmission shutter that came and went. I got a transmission flush by Crest. The shutter is gone and the car rides smooth. No more issues. They also cleaned my vehicle which was nice

I had bad experience in this place . Took my Cadillac to get grill shutter replaced and end up paying a lot of money and next week set up appointment to do the inspection after waiting 2 hours they told me that they have to replace sway bar links , I realized they are not trusted people so I said no when got my vehicle I start hearing clinking noise I end up taking my car to a local mechanic and they said how did I drive the car to them . I told them the story they said the dealership took one of your sway bar links and never put the old one back and I was driving with no sway bar link . People be advised that this place you can t trust . Hope it help someone else make the right decision. ThanksReplay to you back : first of all no one reached out to me at all . And never said that I took the my car to any friends that is totally made up from you .

The team worked very efficiently to be able to navigate through my busy schedule. 99% of the deal was done via text and email, which allowed for a very fast transaction when I got to Crest. Very professional sales rep who understood my needs and adapted to them.

Very authentic and genuine staff in sales. They are considerate and professional. Followup is immediate and attention is like you're their only customer that day. Excellent experience working initially over email and then in person with Christine (Sales), and Joe (Sales Mgr). The whole process was transparent and effortless while not losing focus on affordability. I highly recommend Crest for a vehicle purchase. We intend to use them for regular service in the future.

I have purchased 3 Cadillac vehicles from Crest and I've been absolutely pleased with all of them. The dealership has been great to work with and they've treated me as a valued customer... which keeps me coming back to them. I haven't reviewed them up until now because I quite honestly never thought about it but I wanted to share my recent experience with them.I haven't had a flat tire in over a decade. I used to have AAA. I have bought new Cadillac's and haven't needed it. At least I hoped. Yesterday was the first time I've ever used Cadillac's roadside assistance. And Crest was absolutely amazing. Ryan the dispatched technician was fantastic. I don't sugar coat things. Their roadside assistance vehicle showed up in about 20 minutes. The tech had the tire off and changed out to the spare in no time. (I wouldn't have been able to figure out how to lower the spare from the back of the Escalade on my own!!! He then took the tire with him and said that they would repair it at the dealership. I received a message later that day (maybe an hour and a half later) saying the tire was fixable and the cost was under $30 and it was ready for me to pick up. I drove down there after work and they put the repaired tire back on and reset the tire sensor light and I was on my way.Nobody likes a flat tire - it's one of the things that kind of leaves you stranded. But GM and specifically Crest Cadillac made this as painless as it possibly could be. It was far beyond my expectations. I am so very impressed that I am now posting this review. Thank you Crest. Thanks for a job well done.

The windows, especially the back window were filthy, and I had to clean them myself. The trade in went down $2000 in 2 months! Very disappointing. The only saving grace was John Fanto who was great - knowledgeable and friendly. However, what happened with the trade in value is still very upsetting. I have a paper from Crest Oct. 3 that says $11,000 trade in. That went to $9000 - I m still shocked at how this went down and it s a huge black mark on Crest. So 5 stars for Fanto and 1 star for Crest due to dirty windows and trade in experience. I ended up getting $9500, was willing to compromise at 10,000 which was flatly refused. The $500 isn t that important at all- peanuts in light of the cost of the car. What is important is the way this was handled. So I ll average John s 5 stars with Crest s 1 star for a rating of 3.

Just a tire replacement as I ran over a long screw with my new set of tires. As usual everyone was cheerful and happy and replaced the tire with the same as I had at the price I expected without a problem. Very satisfied with Crest Cadillac!

Great experience with service! Even though I purchased the vehicle out of state (due to availability at time of purchase) they were more than accommodating. Service advisor Vinny and manager Aric both were a pleasure to deal with! Had the car in a couple times for both routine service and a warranty issue same great experience each visit.

I don t make these reviews 5 star unless I mean it. After walking out of drivers village not being greeted and then out of a sale at Burritt for their over priced stingy garbage offer I walked into Crest Cadillac where I was greeted right away and paired with Bryce. And although I didn t buy a Cadillac I was beyond impressed with their used car buying experience. Bryce was excellent I appreciate his non pushy sales approach. I truly felt he was shopping for MY car and not his sales goals. He knew so much about all his inventory his brand and others he patiently road around that test drive with multiple vehicles over two different days. He let me blast my music, move all the seats, hit all the buttons. Yell at him in preparation like it was my kids and husband. He dj ed when I couldn t think of a song, he tolerated my mom and I screaming the chicks in the caddy making sure it would be ok on a road trip. Froze starting another car for me to drive. The dude has patience of a saint! I 10/10 recommend whether it s for a Cadillac or a beautiful new/used car you wont regret the experience there. While I m very excited to enjoy the Subie Rubie era of my life l will definitely use them in the future for my hot mom Caddy days when my kids won t ruin it! Ty Crest and Ty Bryce!

I initially had the below issues with my vehicle purchase, but can now say Crest Cadillac immediately addressed my concerns! They have been professional and extremely helpful in quickly rectifying my concerns (in a matter of days!). Jon in sales and Rico in service were both AMAZING! Thank you Crest Cadillac for turning this experience around for me. I would recommend your business to others!Staff in sales extremely helpful with purchasing paperwork. I am a bit underwhelmed at the service in preparing my vehicle for pick up. All weather mats never ordered (discussed 2 weeks prior to pick up), interior of car not detailed (also discussed 2 weeks prior to pick up), air cabin filter on 25% driving off of lot, and low tire pressure as i was driving home right rear tire- not issues I would expect after spending over $40,000. I'm hopeful that these areas will be rectified on Monday- if so, i will be revising my review. Until then, please 'Wow me' Crest Cadillac and turn my first experience with you around.
