Chris Evans was very communicative and made the entire process very easy for us! He was cordial, understanding, and accommodating. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!�He was flexible when complications arose and he answered all our questions in detail, often offering helpful advice on top of it. The entire process took us less than a week, and that was mostly due to scheduling on our end.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from the Church St. location. My salesman was Ilmar. I was browsing the website on a Friday morning and fell in love with the car. It was a prior lease vehicle and in super good condition. The price was very acceptable, I had been searching for a Fusion Hybrid for a long time and was stoked to find one in my price range. I set up a test drive. The vehicle drove amazing. I asked to move forward with the sale. Ilmar got me financed and all set. Being the weekend, and with one day notice, a Saturday delivery is next to impossible in the car industry. However, Monday I had my vehicle. They did an excellent job in reconditioning and service, my vehicle feels and looks new as if it just drove off the new dealer lot . I am beyond impressed and satisfied with my experience and will be a return customer. I highly suggest working with Ilmar in sales. He communicated effectively and answered all my questions and if he didnt have an answer, he got me the answer and in writing . Thank you to everyone for making my dream vehicle purchase come true and thank you so much Ilmar, cant wait to work with you again in the future

After searching for several months for the perfect car I stumbled across Best Buy Auto Sales website. I found several cars online that I was interested in so we stopped by one Saturday afternoon.We ended up test driving a 2016 Subaru Outback and I fell in love with it. Kori was such a great sales man and he helped us through every step of the way. I couldn t be happier with the choice of car that I made, and that they had it at such a reasonable price.I d definitely recommend Kori to anyone I know who s looking for a car in the Syracuse area .We took it back to have a couple of things touched up a couple days after we bought it, and the service department was super helpful. They fixed the couple of issues with the sun roof, and we couldn t be happier with the help we received from the service department.

Service has been A-1 since I got my vehicle! Any question I may have to my oil needing changing or a broke head light they have helped me. Im not an easy person to Woo but I can definitely give them 5 stars. Thanks for these last two years of great service and my vehicle runs great I have had no issues at all with my vehicle! I recommend anyone to them if you re looking for a good vehicle low miles this is the place for you and hood customer service this is the place for you!

Hello, first time buyer here. I m 19 and I was going around looking for used cars, and I d happened to stop in on the way to a gas station. I d spoken to Gary when I went Into the dealership and it was smooth since then. I came back not to long after our first encounter and I bought my car. Working with Gary was a pleasure. He was very patient and encouraged me to get the best deal and quality car for my first purchase. One week and riding strong. Good luck to anyone buying there first car. Bought my car here in December, quick and easy. Just brought it in for oil change and Lorraine the customer service lady was so down to earth and sweet. Even though she was working by herself and the phones were ringing off the hook she kept a nice smile.

Buying a car was so easy due to their inventory knowledge and listening skills as to what I needed for transportation. In addition, Sales Manager, Chris Evans, found the exact financial offer that fit my budget.They found my car on Friday and I drove it home on Monday. This was a great experience!

I just bought a car from Chrurch St location. Chris Evans was amazing! I don t have bad credit , I just didn t have any credit and he was able to make it so I can get the car of my choice without any extra mess. Amazingggggg car I love my car!!!!! No miles , no rust , no issue whatsoever. Low car payment everything was smooth and fast. Was able to leave in my new car within 30 minutes of completing paperwork. Ilmar Hogan was my dealer. He took the utmost care of me and made sure that everything was how it was supposed to be. He s an excellent salesman and didn t make me feel like it was all about him getting a sale. I will be returning to him. I also dealt with Smitty & Loraine in the service/auto shop part. They got me into my appointment sooner than scheduled and fast. Really is a great place, Highly Recommended!!

What a great experience we had working with Kori. We were looking for a quality AWD vehicle for our 17 yr old son.Kori was available each time came out and looked. He took all the time we needed to thoroughly view each vehicle until we decided on the one.He explained everything clearly, he genuinely listens and cares about the customers needs.Plus the benefits of having new brakes and tires installed!! We never had Heard of this place before but We will be buying more vehicles! Chris Evans was always helpful and knows His stuff about cars . We ended up with a Jeep and who knew ?! Great price and in mint condition . We love going there to look at the inventory to this day, We have a teenager who will need a vehicle soon. I truly am so Happy We decided to find out about this jeep My Husband and I fight over Who gets to drive it to work ;)! I highly recommend skipping any other dealership in the area. When You look there You won t regret it . You will have many types of vehicles to choose from and wonderful help!

Gary Miles is the man!! This was hands down the most stress free buying experience in my life. I had been turned away from four dealerships before I came across Best Buy Auto Sales and I m soo grateful I did. I found a vehicle online, came in and had it reserved within an hour while getting a way better deal than I thought I could. Best place to buy a car and Gary is one of the coolest guys to buy a car from!!

Words cannot explain how amazing Kori is Buying a car is very stressful and could be nerve wrecking but he made it super easy from start to finish! Everything I asked for he provided or helped me find a car that fits all my needs! He s not in a rush to make a sale he took his time, explained EVERYTHING thoroughly, and made sure this is the car I wanted especially with me being so young my first time buying a car I had a horrible experience! If this is your first time buying a car or just need help with this confusing process ASK FOR KORI!!

Went to Best Bought a Mustang, Gary treated me right on that one,However I went back because I trusted them and purchased a Tahoe, Brought it home,next day was going to take it to work, wire hanging down from back window truck was dead no power. they came and got it, so called fixed and had one of their employees take it home on my insurance and almost 100 miles on it. then I had to find a way to get the truck because Gary said they aren't a pick up and delivery business. When I first got the truck he said I'll get you the manual in a couple days have yet to see that, called in asked about was told someone dropped the ball we'll get it for you, that was a month ago. Never again and after telling others how good they treated me the first time I won't go back there again in fact calling the bank and the B.B.B truck may be going back. Gary. T. Wilcox.

After driving by this beautiful Jeep a few times I finally called and spoke with Chris. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I've been to a few "big" car dealerships and this by far was one of the best experiences I've had. I told Chris what we were looking for financially and what we had for a trade. He got to work and made it all happen. Between working with him and the overall experience my wife and I will definitely be back when it's time to get a new vehicle!! If you go ask for Chris, he was honest and straight forward about everything!!! Thank you Chris and Best Buy Auto!!!

I got played with at the first dealership I checked out & thought I wouldn t be able to finance a car due to my low income. Idk what magic Kori worked, but I don t think this could ve been possible anywhere else without him. You can tell that he genuinely cares and wants to do what s best for you. I brought my car in to be serviced because it was having some problems and Smitty took care of it all very promptly and quickly. The warranty I had covered a lot but there was a couple little things the warranty didn t cover but Smitty took care of it for me. Great and fast service and nice people here.
