Best auto shop around with the MOST HONEST, reliable, dependable people there everywhere. The only mechanic/shop I know doesn't overcharge me or try to sell me things I don't need. 10/10 my vehicles will never go elsewhere.

I have been going there for years and always get great honest service. I have sent them many of my friends over the years and they are all still customers and still very happy. Ed, Paul and crew are super nice to work with and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

It's taken me 70 years to find the best auto repair place in Central New York. Glad I persisted. Autotech is outstanding. They are honest; they do excellent work; and their pricing is way below what you would pay at a dealer or larger repair center. You will likely have to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but it's worth the wait. If there is a heaven, there are spots reserved there for Ed and Paul. Good old school repair shop. I've found them to be honest and priced right. I can handle most repairs myself, but when I can't these guys are my choice. They have a great collection of "artifacts" up behind the count too.

My son Brandon was stuck and this was the closest place they gave him a quote to which we agreed they did the work quickly and only came out to about half the price of original quote. Like some other places they could have just charged us what we had agreed on. Quick and honest highly recommend

I've been taking my cars to Autotech since I moved to the area a few years ago. The work is great, and quick, and they charge a fair price. I once had a transmission issue where they needed to refer me elsewhere, and the reference was also great. In the many cities I've lived in, I've never met mechanics with more integrity. Their work is top notch and fairly priced and Ed will guide you away from unnecessary work. They have fixed all of our cars in emergencies, inspected any new car we've considered buying, and I won't trust anyone else to do routine maintenance. I tell everyone I know about this place. As a woman, I've never felt patronized and Ed and his team have always dealt with me on equal terms; that alone says a lot about this place! They are a true gem in the city of Syracuse.

This is by far the best shop I've ever been to. Honest work by honest people. Quality work at more than a reasonable price. These guys are the best!! I'm a fan and will be bringing my vehicles to them every time without hesitation! Five stars across the board. You cant go wrong. Thanks Autotech.

I took my car to multiple shops in Cuse and got upcharged and run around. Autotech is the first shop that's been good to me, given me fair prices, and are friendly. They've repaired my VW GTI multiple times and they always explain the problem and get me in and out quick. Make sure to schedule ahead because everyone goes here.UPDATE: Checking back in one year later to say they're still the best shop in town. They cleaned up my Mazda truck to get it ready for a cross-country drive and they did it for cheap. They are the best!Service: General repairs & maintenance

ED WAS AMAZING! HE TREATED MY COLLEGE AGE DAUGHTER WITH SUCH AMAZING RESPECT AND WAS NOT CONDESCENDING AT ALL! SHE IS 150 MILES AWAY FROM HOME WHILE AT SCHOOL SO WE DIDN'T KNOW ANY MECHANICS IN THE AREA. HE CAME RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AND HE TOOK SUCH GREAT CARE OF THE ISSUE FOR HER! 5 STARS FOR SURE!

I have been going to these guys for years and figured it was about time to give them the stellar review they deserve. They are straight shooters, to the point professional and friendly. Their prices are competitive but very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I could not recommend any other mechanic in the CNY region other than Autotech.

Excellent work, it may take you two weeks to a month to get in for service but it's all worth it if you care about your vehicle, especially if you have a Japanese or Korean. Vehicle.

Only mechanic I will go to. Very honest and trustworthy garage. Eddie has saved our family so much time, money and stress. 1 great example: our daughter just bought a vehicle. Dealer tells her a few months later she needs thousands of dollars of work. Her father brings it in to Eddie. Turns out all she needed was filters. Vehicle is still running great. Thanks again Autotech.

Outstanding mechanics. Arguably the best shop in Syracuse. Honest and reasonably priced and centrally located. They do a great job on all makes and models. They work on older cars and know what they are doing. Shop is clean and spiffy looking with a cool mid century modern look.

I have been taking my cars here for service for at least fifteen years and have never had a problem. They are knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. The kind of place that tells you when you don't need something done as well as when you do. Best auto repair garage in Syracuse.

My father introduced me to this garage almost 30 years ago as Toyota specialists. They are more than that. If you ever wanted peace of mind this is the place. Integrity is a hard thing to find in auto shops and they have the skills to keep things going without bleeding your wallet. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Sincerely, Peter Newton

I m very happy and always recommend auto tech. I trust Ed with all my vehicles for the last 10 years. He never sells you on things that aren t necessary like the chain repair shops do. And can turn jobs around in record time. Thanks Ed!

I have been taking my vehicles to Autotech for more than 20 years. I have complete confidence in Ed and his staff to diagnose whatever problem I might have and to make the appropriate repairs at a fair price. I highly recommend Autotech!

Auto Tech does great work! Great service and the people are honest! They were able to squeeze me in on short notice and fixed the issues that were wrong with my car for a fair price.
