My two teens were stranded with a flat tire in the rain and couldn't get some of the bolts off. ACE Marty's Towing got to my kids really fast and got them back on the road safe.

If I could give 10 starts I would. Service was great, very honest and professional. Had my car towed from one dealer to another due to service scheduling issues. He called me back after dropping it off to let me know what he thought was wrong with the car. The dealer confirmed his diagnosis was 100% correct. If you need a tow, I highly recommend giving him a call. Definitely money well spent.Service: Car towing

Marty came to Skaneateles Lake in the town of Spafford to assist me when other towers declined the job because of steep roads. He said he would visually check out the situation and at the very least give me a ride home. It turns out he was able to get me out of my situation thankfully. Called Ace Marty's Towing after reading the good reviews and let me tell you, they weren't wrong! Called to schedule a tow for my beater truck that had been sitting in the driveway for a while and wouldn't start. Being a Saturday I figured I'd have to schedule it for Monday but he said " I can be there in 30 minutes". Very professional and very reasonable price! I couldn't have had a better experience!

Needed to be towed because could not get gear-shift out of park; Marty came out and fixed the problem with a zip tie -- gear-shift linkage has gotten disengaged. By fixing my problem he lost a tow job. Now that's what I call 'honesty' and competence. He also had the lowest towing price of the 8 tow services I called. This guy is a real gem. Highly recommend this towing service.Service: Car towing

After waiting for 5 hours to get our car towed out of Crouse parking garage because other companies refused to even try to help. Finally my warranty company called Ace Marty's. They came right out, and were able to get our Rav4 out of the garage with skill and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ace Marty's for help anytime.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Guy picking up on flatbed pulled out in front of two cars on sweet nearly causing an accident in the process. Was swerving and driving exceptionally slow. If your in the business of transport maybe not hire drunks or someone who is grossly inept at driving.

Marty is the man. I will never choose another service as long as I live in NY. He is so helpful especially for my situation which was already so stressful to begin with. He was able to navigate the vehicle out of harms way and back to home. Fantastic rates. There was no funny business about the price and he was straightforward. I can respect that. Without Marty i really don't know what i would do. He is in fact ACE. Thanks my G.

Wish I could give more than five stars. Helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, professional. Had us out of a bind in no time, and didn t over charge us. We will be calling Ace Marty s if we ever need a tow again.

I dont usually do this rate and review but i had too....Tonight i drove to syracuse from cortland on the way to the mall with my 7yr old my friend and his son. My car blew out all the coolant and started over heating. I called everyone on google to help me get my car home. After outrageous prices or "we cant leave town" i was ready to loose my mind!!! I called Ace Martys towing.. Marty was very nice on the phone helped me chill a little bit... I had a ride home from a friend but they had to be to work at 10 30 so i had to leave.. I left my keys and money under my seat gave him the drop off address he brought my car to the dealers for me. Marty your customer service was on point and ur general service was outstanding and ur timing was perfect!!! Thank you for helping a lady out and not raping my check book!! I will recommend u to anyone!!Thank you!!!!!

Marty showed up in about 15 mins when the other place quoted over an hour. And he charged about half of what the others guys quoted. Got the job DONE no funny business. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Marty!!

Wow called marty he said it would take him 30 mins to get my location and be sure he got here on time. I need a tow I got a uhaul stuck in a ditch and it almost tilled on its side. Thank god marty showed up amd save the damn i honestly dont know what I would ha e done. It was very challenging to say they least. But at the end of the day I got pulled of the ditch and drove away safely. If you ever need help call marty !

Wow. This man went above and beyond. I live 30 miles away from where my Van broke down. I left it at a repair shop overnight. The shop was out of their minds with a repair cost. Luckily Google had an actual man who doesn't say No to money .Thank you Ace! Hope the water and Pepsi helped your travels home.

Fantastic man and fantastic service. He left his house in the middle of dinner to help my boyfriend and I. When he found out we were college students he only charged us a quarter of what he should have. I couldn't asking for someone better.

Marty went out of his way to get my car out from a pretty bad spot being broken down downtown, to a repair garage. Great towing knowledge, and fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

I just want to take the time out to thank Marty for getting my traverse out of my friends driveway, it slipped off into her side ditch and was stuck pretty good with such a tight squeeze he did awesome and I couldent be happier with his services!! Thanks again Marty!!
