Jeff is truly an awesome mechanic and person. He looks out for you, gives you the repairs you need when you need them. I've never had a problem with anything he's fixed. He'll keep your car running while keeping your own preferences and needs in mind. No pressure, no upsells, just pure consistency and great work. I've been going to Rollin Automotive for 3 years with an aging car and wouldn't trust anyone else with it!

Went there for inspection, had to leave car there as I didn t have prior appointment. Had to change a tire to pass inspection. They sourced and replaced the tire I wanted and did a great job. Only reason kept me from giving 5 stars is because they charged extra for using credit card. If they accept credit card they should absorb charges related to it too as they are getting business out of it and hence should not pass the charges to their customers.

Jeff is awesome. I live in East Northport, will only take my car to him from now on. Even if I have to take the train after dropping it off, etc. He's really that good.

Wow. This place is Awesome. I drove 10 miles to bring my parents Honda CRV that was making clonking noise because of their great reviews on line. I met Jeff the owner and they checked out the car and all the protective shields under the car was loose and they resecured it at no charge. Thats honesty at its best. Jeff said the struts may need to be replaced soon. I will be back to have it done. Don't bother going anywhere else for your car maintenance. Just bring it to Rollin Automotive and See Jeff. Thanks so much Jeff.

This shop is hands down on of the best, most reliable and trustworthy shop there is- Jeff takes care of your cars as they are his own. I ve had the pleasure to have my Alfa Romeo 4C serviced with them and never have I ever been disappointed. Jeff is someone I would completely trust with my car as he is proactive in making sure that I never have any unexpected issues. Rollin Automotive has always done well by me, and I highly recommend them. Very honest and professional. For the guy that complained he wasn't asked for "authorization" to plug a tire with nail in it, I think that is an unreasonable and somewhat entitled reaction. Think it through -- would you have said "no" if he asked for authorization? Now if he replaced the tire without authorization, that's a different story, but obviously he did the right thing by plugging it. Jeff always makes logical decisions -- if he called for authorization for every single minor detail, our cars would be sitting there for days while he makes all of those calls.

Jeff and his team are the absolute best! They take wonderful care of my vehicle, are well priced, and can be trusted to only do what needs to be done. I have gone to dealerships who have straight faced lied and said I needed work I didn't need. Rollin Automotive are honest, reliable, work with your schedule, and stay on top of maintenance so you don't have larger problems. I call to ask questions and get advice and they are never put out about it. They always take the time to answer my questions and make recommendations. They really do care about their clients. I highly recommend them. Car repair/maintenance can be such a hassle so I am very grateful to have professionals I can rely on!

Jeff the owner, is a real great guy. I know a bit about cars and I can say he was extremely honest, helpful, thorough, responsive and quick with the repairs. My wife and I just moved from Seattle and just purchased a used car. I wanted to replace some important parts including the timing belt and found this auto repair shop. I usually don't leave a review but I am really impressed by Jeff's (and his crew) honesty as well as quality work. He only replaced what was necessary so I ended up paying $100 less than the actual estimate. He's also very informative about how to maintain and keep my vehicle for a long time. I'm glad I found this place and will definitely go for regular maintenance!

I asked the owner for my birthday to hook me up with a great car, and to let me know when one comes across your lot. No more then a month later the owner Jeffrey was able to get me a car with great mileage for a good price. He then threw in some Tints and lights for me and I got a good price on those too. Overall a very great experience and a special one for this was my first car!

Jeff and his team at Rollin have taken care of my cars for some 30 years, with speed, honesty, and professionalism. I used to work down the street and would drop off my car in the morning, pick it up at night, with all work completed and trustworthy.

Be careful with this shop, not a honesty business shop. First time dropped off my 2021 Honda CR-V for inspection, priced $10 its because my car is still new, owner claimed he put windshield wiper fluids, and charged me $20, I said I didn't ask you to do anything else except inspection, okay fine! Second time took my 2012 Lexus RX350 he asked if I need to oil change my car, I said I need inspection, he said but your maintenance oil is up, then I said okay do it, he charged me $135 something he adds my rear tire had a nail and he unplugged it and fixed it, I said aren't you supposed to call me and ask me first before you proceed any service, he goes no I saw it and did it. I won't go back for sure, but I am writing this in case anyone wants to bring their car in.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

This place is always top notch. The owner Jeff is always on premise and is alway there to answer any questions you may have. He also does snow removal over the winter and is the best I ve ever had. Highly recommend this business for any automotive needs!!!!

Stopped in to see if my tire could be plugged, took the tire in right away, plugged it, put it back on, and checked the pressure in all the tires. Jeff took time out to talk to me about the tires and how they looked and when they should be replaced. Nice place, friendly and knowledgeable.

Jeff and his crew have been taking care of my cars for years now. He specifiically has went out of the way to help me with some difficult issues with my 94 Camaro (diagnosing a broken transmission mount on the phone with me and swiftly ordering the replacement part) and has kept my new Subaru lease in top shape.Would recommend to all who are looking for a relationship with a mechanic who they can trust.

Jeff has been a lifesaver. With two tire blowouts from pot holes this year, he got me fixed up and on the road the very next day. He's also very informative about car maintenance schedules and taking care of keeping my cars running. He's honest, straightforward and will resolve your issues. He's got my business.

Talked to Jeff about a 16 yr old Mercedes Gwagon my wife and I were thinking about buying. Jeff convinced me he was the guy to do the pre-inspection on the car. I trusted Jeff, hired him to do the pre-inspection. He was thorough and informed me on the state of the vehicle we were interested in. We relied on his professional advice, and were confident he was on our side as opposed to the dealers. Im glad we went with Rollin for the pre-inspection. Rollin Automotive got me out of a jam! I was stuck with my truck in Syosset, and with their help I had it towed to their shop. My family has been using Rollin for the service needs of all of our various vehicles that have come and gone for the past 9 years ... from Jeeps to an Expedition to an Escalade to a Jaguar to a Lexus. It wasn't until we started using Rollin that we realized how the dealerships were ripping us off. These guys at Rollin should always be your first call. They are so honest and hard working ... and never sell you something you don't need ... even if you ask for it!

Took car for inspection, they were unable to read the computer on the car and suggested that drive a while and return for re-inspection.I drove the car and returned as agreed with the shop owner, George the mechanic who did the initial inspection refused to reinspect the car, stating that the car can not be reinspected the same day.He replaced the windshield wipers unnecessarily, charging $35+tax, and refused to show the used ones, stating that he threw them in the garbage, followed by a torrent of abuse and vulgarities.When I called him on his lack of professionalism and cheap underhandedness, he became belligerent and shoved me out of the shop's office.Totally untrustworthy, do not get fooled by the smooth oily friendliness.P.S. I understand perfectly that your employee was a hair away from being charged with assault when I called the police, saved only by your apologies.Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

My husband was so happy to deal with an honest mechanic who fixed our car and explained why we didn't need some of the work that another mechanic said was necessary. Everything was done in a timely manner. Will definitely return!

This place is AMAZING! I had a nail in my tire and they were able to plug my tire & everything in less than 5 minutes!!! Great customer service and very friendly. They were extremely helpful & honest with any questions I had as well. I will definitely be going back to this place!

Being going to rollin dating back to the 90's. Jeff is by far the nicest most profession and fair priced mechanic I have ever gone to. I woikdnt even dream of going anywhere else.
