Vanessa is super awesome and chill , very pleasant to talk to and deal with. it was my first time there I haven t been there in many years I took off 2 stars because the guy with glasses in charge of payment I didn t like how he spoke to me he spoke to me like I was slow , am just new to all of this I should ve asked him for his name he needs RETRAINING AND TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS MORE PLEASANT AND NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE. IF HE DOESNT LIKE HIS JOB IN HELPING CUSTOMERS HE SHOULD QUIT.Also something to note , there should be at least 1 hand sanitizer dispenser in the waiting room/area I mean as it is it s as basic as it can be what happened to the half bagels they used to give for breakfast ? It was a nice compliment to the service process.

I DO NOT recommend buying a var from here at all. This was the most stressful and most unorganized place to ever buy a car. I put a down-payment one night night and we still had to wait four hours, two days later since it was not ready. Then had problems after getting it checked, so I brought it back to get fixed, it took a week just to get it approved by the manager so it just sat in the lot as they kept telling me "tomorrow" until I laid my finger down on how I was being pushed around and them realizing what they've been doing. This was the most unorganized service I've ever has with a car and I only give one star since the dealer was able to negotiate with us well.

Very poor serviceMy car has full warranty but still they charge me for different different things.Every time they fix my car , they massed up something else on my car. For one problem I had to go to the dealership 3 times because they massed up other things as well. They damaged my battery and I had to buy a new one from them. They just try to take customers money and not giving them a good service

Joseph Rivarola deserves a metal. My car a 2019 qx60 with 25,000 mile had oil leaks. Took my car there back and forth for 3 months nothing was getting fixed. Joseph took in his own hands to dig hard and get me a brand new engine because mostly problem will still continue. The guy is a charm. Who ever from your place reads this make sure Joe sees this that he is the best hands down.

I'll tell you if Vanessa isn't there, not worth me going. She's very nice and has a great attitude. I only go there because of her really. If she's not there I won't go. I hope she never leaves from there.

Ladies in the front were nice and accommodating but there was a fat older man with squeaky orthopedic shoes who was quite rude, no tact at all. Who would hire someone like that and put them in the front desk. Last thing I want to do when I come in for service is to be met with a grumpy old man. The only time he was tolerable was when I was leaving. My advice put him in the back away from people.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. They were rude to us and other customers that had left the building: speaking loudly about them and ridiculing them. It was horrific. We had already made a deal to get our vehicle and they wouldn t release it to us without 1) NOT giving a bad review, and 2) getting free oil changes for first 2 years at their location which is 20+ miles from us. Yelling and slamming doors and swearing ensued!!! Ridiculously scary but true. They changed their minds upon picking up the car and said we d have to have oil changes with them only. Completely dishonest and inconvenient. We went ahead and did this anyway. We got our 4th oil change and left the service station with collision, left and right cameras reporting inoperable! (??) we called and they told us it was it was due to our having a windshield replaced (10 weeks ago) and they wanted to charge us $400+ taxes!!!! Our insurance proved them wrong with pages of proper install, calibration and all operational! Both insurance and calibration companies were on phone to back us so the dealership negotiated the price to fix the problem they made! Unreal!!!! This is the WORST customer service, service department and professionalism we ve ever experienced!! Will not go back nor recommend!! Run and get your vehicle elsewhere!! Needless to say, dirty lounge for waiting customers a complete reflection of this poorly run business!!

I just leased my 3rd car from Legend Nissan with Jermaine as my salesperson and Alam assisting in finalizing it. They always give me the best possible deal for what I m looking for! I ve even sent my mom here and she got her Rogue from Jermaine as well! Thank you so much for continuing to look out! I ll be back next year!

A complete mess of a place.I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and a recall on seatbelts. Midway through the appointment, I was made aware that the recall could not be complete because more time would be needed (even though my appointment was scheduled early in the morning). I scheduled a date on the spot to come back in a month. I received confirmation emails and texts leading up to the date. I dropped my car off early in the morning (once again) to be told that the car would be complete in 2 hours. Long story short, the car was ready in 2 DAYS due to not having the parts for the recall (even though my appointment was made 1 month in advance??) Truly unacceptable and completely unreasonable.

Arrived 10min before my appointment and was taken care of immediately. Jennifer was the service advisor and assisted me with a smile as always. If felt like they just had brought the car into the service area and it was completed in a flash. I live in Queens and travel to Legend just because of this type of service. Kudos to all in the service department. Until next time keep up the good work.

brought car in for inspection / Oil change. Legend performed multi-point inspection. They did not review the results of multi-point inspection with me. Normally this is not a problem but in this case the engine coolant was low. Which I believe is important enough to discuss with the owner. Especially when we are in the hottest part of the summer. I understand it is ultimately my responsibility to ensure my car is serviced properly and I should have looked that the report right away. I will do that going forward. However I feel like they did not do their due diligence informing me and offering to remedy the issue at whatever they charge. Instead, had I read the inspection sheet later I could have driven the car longer thinking all is well until I am stuck with an overheated car on the side of the road and they are covered because it's on the checksheet. When I called to discuss this I was told I could make an appointment to bring it back to service the coolant. Without addressing now having to make time for a second visit. This is generally a good place with nice people but this the 2nd consecutive time I have had to address service issues.

Worst service center ever! I took my car in for a wheel bearing replacement under the warranty. They did fix the wheel bearing, but at the same time. they purposely did something to my AC, which stopped working right after my visit to them.. how odd! When I told them about it, they quoted me a hefty bill to get it fixed.. this is my first and last nissan car that I will ever buy... just because of dealers like there who try to make money from innocent customers.. Dealers like these give Nissan motors a bad name and reputation. Will definitely follow up with the consumer department.

Needed transmission looked at cause of trouble code and bad shifting on my new vehicle. Dealership was only interested in parking sensors and never looked into transmission. Seems like it needs update on computer to me or wiring looked into. Would like to give another chance but not paying so much again with no info or repair about issue

Overall have had decent experiences with this place, which is saying a lot for a car dealership service center. They stuck to their word with two free oil changes each year. Although they try to throw in ltber things each time. Still great for when leading sorry i mean leasing a nissan

I started coming here in 2014 with my car. Ever since then, I would come for service. They are super nice and very accommodating. I love their shuttle program, you drip your car off and they would drive you to work and pick you up when your car was done. It's because of this service center that I bought a new car with Legend Nissan. I high recommend them !

Look at reviews thinking it s a good service center took my car for recall. They charge 160.00 for Diagnostic from 830 am saying to pickup car at noon no one call when I call they saying they need more time and it will costs $750.00 a simple seatbelt problem pickup my car at 2pm still have same problem I m not a auto technician I took it apart and fix it in 10min not very happy with service keep on saying after market headrest monitor don t know what that have to do with anything

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The staff is always cheerful, helpful and professional. They patiently explain every process, never pushing unnecessary up sale items on me. The waiting room has electronic charging stations, hot coffee, tea, chocolate, and bagels. I have never had to wait longer than they estimated. I live in Saint Albans and I ve been coming to them for 5 years. I think it s worth the drive to service my cars.

I went to Legend Nissan services in Syosset Long Island for the damages that was done by the other Nissan services. Before I went to Legend Nissan, I didn't know which Nissan services would make me feel comfortable to go because I had a couple bad experiences with other Nissan services. The only reason I chose Legend was because they are close to where I work.At Legend Nissan Services, I met the Service Advisor Jennifer Swing, I explained the problem to her, she immediately brought the service manager Cassie over and got a mechanic to access the damages right away.This is a quite different experience than I had with other Nissan services; they are willing to listen to you, address problems quickly.I am glad I have finally found a Nissan service I can stick with from now on and don t have to worry about all the unnecessary problems.

Walked in and was serviced by Shaggy. He helped me with my parts order as well as advised me of some upgrades to what I was buying. The whole transaction was quick smooth and painless. The young cashier was funny and made the process a pleasure. I'm definitely coming back and referring all Nissan owners to this place.

Car came back running great, but the service was exceptional. Vanessa was perfect at executing professionalism, making sure everything was completed accurately and in a timely manner. As a business owner myself, I would be very happy having her as the face of my staff.

Theo is the best service advisor ever. He was honest and professional. His timing was perfect. Theo went out of his way to accommodate me. I highly recommend him if you need service. I would travel all the way from Yonkers for this kind of treatment!!!!!

2 months ago I had service department order a part on my steering wheel. I called and was told there was nothing ordered. All this time I was at another Nissan service department getting my entire steering wheel changed(not as previously mentioned)ordered and replaced in record time.

Kevin took great care of me. Being that I m pregnant I was so happy how smoothly everything went. He is wonderful and very informative and now I feel safer driving my car. I went there for inspection, oil change, new tires and alignment.

My car was making a funny noise and they didn't really hear it while driving but instead of blowing me off they took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a muffler issue and it cost $200 to weld. That's what I had paid in the past from a trusted shop so I didn't feel like they were ripping me off even though I was a new customer. They didn't give me a loaner but they did drive me home and had a nice waiting room with a charging station and tea. I really enjoyed this experience and will be going back to them exclusively.

Every game in the book will be played on you with this company. Will tell you to pick up your car and the car will not be finished Horrible experience with this dealership and service department. Had to video and take pictures of everything they've done to protect me. I advise the same . video and take pictures of everytime you bring in and every time you pick up.
