I always have a great experience using Conti. They make what is typically a frustrating experience as seamless as possible. My car looks brand new; better than it did before the accident. The work they do is top notch. Im so thankful.

So many nice things to say about Conti Autobody and staff they made feel that s there s hope in New York and all around amazing people they treat you with respect and I couldn t ask for anything more. I wish they were in Oregon because I was super impressed with there professionalism and most overall they made you feel like you were family. I recommend them from start to finish you will not be disappointed 10/10 not no 5 stars these guys and gal are all wonderful people!!! Conti made my car better than new and made the experience as easy as possible. The staff is extremely kind and answered all my questions and concerns. The repair was fast and extremely thorough. Syosset is so lucky to have them.

I don't know if it would be possible to have had a better experience. First of all, my 6 year old car came back to me looking practically brand new, so i can say the workmanship was top notch. Second, on the customer service and relations side, they were all amazing: owners, front desk, tow truck operator, laborers. It's as though it's a family business. Lastly, having Enterprise right there is a bonus. This shop is quite a hike for me, especially where there are dozens within a mile of my house, but it is totally worth it.

I always use Conti for any body work needs. I recently had them paint half doors(only) on my girlfriend's Jeep Wrangler so she can have half doors in the summer and full doors in the winter. They did not blend the paint to the body and the doors as seen in the picture came out perfectly. You would never know that the doors did not come with her jeep from the factory.

Take it from a car guy; this place is the best. I had heard about them through a friend. Since then, I've had 4 families, friends, and neighbors use them with complete satisfication. Most recently, my mother's 2019 Volvo XC60, was hit while parked. It took about four months, but when we got it back, it was as good as new. They even replaced the license plate frame with one that was similar. Overall, the best shop experience and quality you can get.

Best of the best, car is currently in being repaired. While dropping my car off to get repaired I had my two year old son with me who was getting antsy and impatient and one of the workers came out and let him pick out a brand new hot wheels toy car to play with and take home with him, from body work to the incredible overall personal experience, these guys are the best! My car was hit by a piece of wood while driving on the highway and resulted a lot of damage that needed body work. Conti was recommended to us by our neighbor and we had few other options to choose from. I definitely made the right choice by having Conti to fix my car. Allie took my car in and was ready to set up a loaner car for me right away. Kim the receptionist took care of the paperwork and the dealing with insurance company on appointment with the adjuster and getting the estimate, and Olive made sure I can get me back my car as early as possible for the holiday. Finally, everything was fixed and I went to pick up my car. My car was like Fixed-Checked-Buffed like new!!! I highly recommend this body shop for its outstanding work and professionalism in customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This was my first experience with a body shop and they did an amazing job. After getting a ridiculously low estimate by my insurance company, Conti handled the entire process to get the estimate adjusted and offered advice on how to handle any future issues. Any time I called with questions, staff was friendly and gave updates quickly. They were able to make the repairs in a timely fashion, and when I picked up my car it was immaculate, inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I like sharing good news so here s some for people who may end up needing a body shop in the future. I can t recommend Conti in Syosset enough. They ve done large jobs and small jobs for myself and my family and are always courteous and return a car that looks better every time. This most recent was a big deal for me, but for them, small and charged me what almost seemed like I was robbing them! I just wanted to share a positive should you need it.Service: Body & Trim

Neil at Conti Auto Body is the best auto repair mechanic I ve ever had. Been through a multitude of shops on Long Island, but he easily has the best work and made my car look like it came out from the factory again for a reasonable price. Also fixed my two of my rims which are normally hard to repair due to a two tone finish on them but they look good as well.

Conti is amazing body shop, not only they are professional, going through the entire instance process with you every step on the way, but they do an amazing job repairing the car. I had 2 incidents there, one was in the storm, one got hit, after the repairing, i felt in love with my car again. That's how good they are fixing the cars! Look for Oliver, he will not let you disappointed!

Lee and Allie are the best in the business. Repairs are always completed in a workman-like manner, using manufacturers parts and equipment, and they are always time conscious. The finest auto body repair shop on Long Island, bar none! When you need auto body work....accept no substitute for Conti Auto Body in Syosset! Amazing staff, great mechanics and a professional atmosphere that you don't see in every shop. Kind, caring and courteous doesn't begin to describe the fine people at Conti! Try them and see for yourself. Excellence personified!!!

Coni does an excellent job like no other I have ever seen. They truly care about every job that they do. When my car was rear ended and badly damaged, Conti fixed it up and it looked even newer than when I purchased it. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. Also conveniently located next to an Enterprise for car rentals.

Went here to have some trim painted on my Range Rover and Oliver was very friendly and gave me a great price. They did a great job, made sure he got it done when I needed it (very rare for a body shop)and I d recommend them to anyone! It s hard to find a dependable body shop and I def found one. Thank you!!
