LOVE it here. The men are always SO sweet and do a great job with my oil change. I ve been coming here for the longest time. Quick service and you get to sit in your car the whole time, literally what can be better than that. Evans and Kay are angels and ALWAYS keep me in the loop on what their doing on my car and if there are any problems so I never leave feeling uncertain. 100000/10 recommended and your even luckier if you end up with Evans and Kay!

Fast and friendly experience today. The team was quick and efficient. Jose was friendly and helpful on the topside and Deon on the bottomside, although I didn't meet him. But those guys down there need credit too for their hard work. Great job guys, I'll be back

These guys are professional and they do what they do properly. They re very thorough. They check everything that they re supposed to check including filters, cabin filters they do more than just oil as they should including tire pressures. Make sure that all of your turn signals are good. they check your wipers and their comparatively OK and what they charge for the services that they render.. I do believe that they could be a little faster either or with more people or just a little bit faster in general I love things in the oil change, and nothing more really warrants more than a half hour of your time, and it always requires more than that.

Disgusting. Never had I ever met such dishonest customer service they rip you off any opportunity they can. I went in to get an oil change . I do not know much about cars which can be my fault however trusting the great reviews I thought I could trust their expertise . Biggest mistake broke my head lights and convince me to change my battery which was fine however they said it was leaking. Would never recommend to ANYONE. They knew more than the woman who spoke to me at Audi parts about what type of oil my Q7 needed. They also knew more than the guys at Auto Zone. They were so friendly and efficient. Amazing service!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They do a thorough job and vocalize each task being completed. They don t try and force extra stuff on you liking telling you that you need this and that they are honest. Fast service also, pulling into the stalls can be tough no room to maneuver.

Everytime I need an oil change I come to this location. The staff there is very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and what can wait. Saved me a lot, by letting me know what needs to be done. Always have a delightful experience when service needs to be done. Keep up the GREAT work Taylor

I had been using this location for a few years (even after moving across the river) but never again. I recently got my oil changed and then noticed some leaking a few days later. Took my car to a mechanic - my oil filter was basically off of the car and hanging by a thread. I had maybe 1.5 qts left for my engine. Needless to say, I got very lucky. None of the 4 cars from our household will be back.Service: Oil change

I was in and out, but the upselling is ridiculous. I was told I needed so many extra things besides my oil change, which I opted not to get done. Instead I went to my dealership for a full inspection and everything was fine. I did not need any of the services they were trying to sell me. In fact, they tried to scare me into some service, saying I needed fluids or my engine could blow up.... and that was not true. The price I paid for the oil change and filter was $40 more than what I pay at the dealership. Never again.

Just came here for oil change.Service was great the tec was clear and honest. His name is Logan.Explained my options and wasn t pushy.He seemed like he really likes what he does.So helpful!!!Will definitely come back!

Went today for an oil change my car waa running perfectly fine before i went in to the bay. after they put the new oil in i was told to turn my car on and i started it and started shaking so i asked why was it shaking got no answer so turned it off and the guy finished the job. after 3-5 min of driving my car started shaking very bad and turned off twice on me on the middle of the road while driving. bought the car a week ago and no issues at all after i did the oil changed i m not sure what went wrong or if they put the wrong oil. I m hoping to get help from them.Service: Oil change

The best oil change shop in the tri-state. Staff extremely professional, and a stress free experience. You remain in the car while the perform the services requested with no pressure of extra services. Again the staff are extremely polite and transparent.

Have been going here for years. Had noticed unpositive change recently, not sure if new management, seems that way. I went tonight for oil change as my car oil minder is down to 5%. I got there at 5:10pm, and waited on line only for Josh, assistant manager, to tell me they are closing promptly at 6pm. 2 cars in front of me, bays had just emptied. I have not had service done elsewhere in 20 years across many vehicles of mine and my family and friends. I asked if they could fit me in as courtesy given my long history n loyalty. Nope, company policy, closing at 6pm. I have went here n accommodated upselling that others told me was unnecessary and possibly hurtful stuff to have done to car. A waste of money etc. But I am a loyal person and continued to go here and pay for all recommended services on my cars and others'. Never again! I called whilst still on lot, in an effort to speak with manager as I wont have time to get oil change before work in morning. Josh picked up...totally unhelpful! So disappointing. I will never return to this location and will be sure to redirect all of my friends and family to whichever new business I can find that cares about customer loyalty and offers good service at fair price points. VIOC Suffern, and VIOCs in general, you have lost patronage of me and mine permanently.

I came today to get a high miles oil change. I had a coupon for $15 off.It only took 15 mns.I'm also going to do transmission oil flushed. Very good price.The place is nice, small waiting area, TV free coffee. No cashier.Manager and crew very proffesional

Always great service and staff but change in policy and i wont ever go back. They make you wait with your car. Drive it in and sit in it while they work. So i just wasted 30 min sitting in my car then another 30 min for the oil change. Plus of this place was I can work while waiting. No more. Wont go back. Seems very silly

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!You will wait forever to get in and once you are in, you will have people working on your car that don t have a clue to what they re doing

These guys ROCK !. i just had the oil changed in my 2014 Dodge Ram.1500. Mike and Thomas were courteous and informative and very efficient. They both made the chore of having my oil changed a pleasure. Mike and Thomas are exceptional assets that make Valvoline (Suffern) a more sought after contractor that customers are likely to return to. Thank you so muchStephen

I highly recommend going here for your oil change. I had a full synthetic oil change done and every person I encountered there was friendlier than the next, super professional, all around fantastic experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
