Had a minor car problem while on a road trip and quickly found Hallett place on Google. Stopped by to see if they could help and they were incredibly accommodating. We were able to leave our car for the weekend and grab a rental, but they were helpful and kind, as well as very fairly priced. Would highly recommend coming here!!

Love the office lady. She really wants to make sure you are satisfied. I've had several oil changes here, inspections, and recently a codes phenomenon that they solved.

We took our 1967 truck here after it got in an accident and they kept ordering the wrong parts, two months later they still couldn't get the correct parts. While we were were waiting for this truck to get repaired we brought another truck in for a power steering leak, this took them 9 days to fix. The insurance had to total the accident truck out because the parts were unable to be found, then Hallett Place wouldn't release the truck to the insurance because they were demanding storage fees from the time that the truck was brought in. It wasn't the insurance's fault that Hallett Place couldn't find the parts and finally the insurance agreed on a lesser amount based on when the insurance deemed it a total loss. No truck should take months for routine repairs. We would not recommend this place and won't be using them again. There are two other shops within a two mile radius.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto body & trim replacement

They went above and beyond for my issues with my truck. They replaced my radiator and flushed fluids for a very reasonable price all while being trustworthy and honest. They expedited the process knowing we needed the vehicle back in a timely manner. They gave updates constantly. It's extremely difficult to find an honest and reliable mechanic/team that you feel comfortable with. After 5 years of living in the area I'm very happy to know I have a place to go to now. They have been around for a long time and it obviously shows why. Thank you guys! Jeremy

Stopped by for a very past due inspection after a cross-country drive and even though it was towards the end of the day, they were so accommodating and quickly got it done. I chose this place based on the reviews and the reviews are accurate. They are friendly, professional, and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you Hallet Place!!!

I just went in to get my car inspected after moving to the area recently. I was impressed by the quick friendly service and professionalism of everyone. This really seems like a nice local garage that knows what they are doing. I ll definitely go back for oil changes and scheduled maintenance. It was nice to interact with good people!

Customer service is pretty important to me. And that's what you get at Hallett Place Automotive. I do most of my own repairs but when it comes to really big jobs or requiring special equipment, I need a reliable shop. I know the owners and I needed a new shop so I gave them a shot. They took care of a clutch in my 06 Kia and took care of a lower control arm as well. They point out needs but call before they work on it. They also replaced the head on my sons 03 Suzuki. Car runs great. They are currently working on the transmission for my 03 GMC. They will continue to be my shop for all the repairs I cant do in my driveway. Also, their pricing is very fair. You can trust that your car is being service with no surprises. I highly recommend this shop for all your Automotive needs.

My alternator died on the highway. I pulled in 30 minutes before they closed and they were the kindest most accommodating shop I've ever visited. They had me in and out in an hour. They saved my family and I from being stranded. Thank you so much for everything!

I ve lived in many parts of the country and dealt with all sorts of auto repair places. HALLETT is hands down the best of any of them.Been coming here for over ten years. They have never let me down. Thank you-

Was in last week as a first time customer could not believe this place is this good. Was met by the service manager Al who was helping a young couple addressed their needs while still making sure I was acknowledged and greeted. He took care of me by telling me exactly what I needed and didnt waste my day away. The mechanic was polite with a smile on his face while the other mechanic worked away on a big van. They got me in and out . But the whole time I was there I watched this man speak to every customer like they were family. There was a young lady in need of brakes and he took the time to explain why and show her what was going on with her car. But this is what made it different from your national stores ie mavis meineke or midas. He told her she needed they work but prioritized what was more important so she could plan financially. This spoke with the young ladies father and said if this was my daughter I would handle it like this. This is unheard of today and kudos to this shop and Al for being professional and not looking for the big score. You sure have won me over to become a loyal customer. NEVER have I ever had such a positive experience in an auto repair facility. GREAT JOB HALLET PLACE AUTO.

I visited this place a couple months ago for a check engine light, little did I know that they left some sort of device in my car. I only found out that they left it in my car when the owner showed up at my house demanding it back without a prior phone call or any notice while blaming me for not having found this device and returned it to them. I made the mistake of visiting this place again this week. I brought my car in for a repair. After holding it for 2 days I got a phone call from them saying that the owner refuses to work on my car because of what happened before - the incident described above.

I have been going to this shop for over a decade. They are the most honest and trust worthy people I know. They would not even think of cheating a customer for any type of service.

Brought in my 2011 Chevy Malibu for inspection, overcharged so took my car back only to find out there is unplugged valves that made my car run terribly.
