Very happy with the service here . They worked with my insurance company for some front end damage that I had. I didn't have to do a thing, other than drop the car off and pick it up . always kept me informed on progress. My car was ready before they promised it ! And they did a great job. Mike O'Leary was very helpful and straightforward. This is my go to place for auto body work from now on .

After a dead tree limb fell on my truck on 202, my friend Kathy Meile recommended Fran Rock. Michael was up front, friendly and explained what needed to happen, we were offered a ride home. Work was top notch on body work, Michael and Kevin were great to work with. Michael even knew my uncle, Winny Hunter, who had a body shop years ago in Stony Point. I highly recommend Fran Rock as a respectable honest body shop.

I brought my 14 year old Nissan Altima into Fran's for an estimate after a fender bender. The insurance company considered it a total loss and I wanted to see if it was worth having repaired. Kevin was straight forward and honest, telling me it wasn't worth fixing my car, even though he only stood to make money by doing the work. He even gave me tips for negotiating the value of my car with the insurance company, which worked great! He is clearly honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable - and a great guy!

Any auto accident is unfortunate and nerve wrecking, but Fran Rock Auto Body tries to make it as painless as possible. Despite holiday season they did their best to order parts and complete repairs ASAP. Their workmanship is great and car looks like new. Special thanks to Michael for taking care about all needed documentation and timely communication with my insurance company.

Owner has been in the business for basically half a century. No doubting his knowledge. My only reservation would be that he spoke poorly about some of his competitors. Although this all may be true, I prefer you speak about what you can do for me and let your reputation and experience shine.

Fran Rock makes your unfortunate accident as pain free as possible with your insurance company. After my initial contact to my insurance carrier...they handled the rest in a timely manner. Special thanks to Michael who handled everything for me! I would recommend them to my friends anytime!

I'm a tourist from Australia, and recently visited Fran Roc Auto to have a passenger door mirror repaired, before returning a rental car. (Hoping to avoid exorbitant charges and an insurance excess).Though a Easter Saturday morning, Fran gave it his immediate attention, not only carefully refixing the dislodged mirror, but spent some time on removing all the stubborn glue and tape I had used to temporarily hold it together. When all done, looking like new, he told me there was no charge, even when I insisted he accept some cash for a few beers!The way Fran helped out a visitor, and his clear experienced skills speaks volumes as to his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants personal service from a guy that cares.

Saved me money on the repair by restoring my factory fender to what looks like back to new or better. Repair was done very timely and looks great. Highly recommend.

This location is not open yet they are only taken calls (Dispach office). I m disappointed with them call to get tire replace spoke with Rep over the phone. Was told that will call me back. They did call back to sale me a tire I had spare tire for them to mount on rim. They didn t want to be bothered just for a service call.

these people are theives. my car was "Stolen" from their impound yard. ive heard plenty of stories about radios dissapearing but this is insane. this is the definition of sleazeball THEIF! dont trust them with anything.Edit to owners response. The business sure as hell tow and impound in 2003.

Do not use this company for anything. They will try to scam you. They say something on the phone and will charge you something else for repair and coming out
