Outstanding service and advocacy from Autohaus.I highly recommend Troy at Autohaus Collission Center in Suffern, NY. Troy and Paula are professional and friendly and immediately inspire trust. From the start, there were issues with the insurance company. Troy knows his business inside and out including state rules and regulations. This was important in my case. Without Troy's knowledge and willingness to put in the time to advocate for me, my car would have been declared a total loss. I am so grateful to him and my car looks great!

I cannot begin to express how amazing the work is that is done at this place. I got into an accident early November where I had front end and rear end damage, and a bunch of internal damage so some of the pictures don't do the internal damage justice but man let me tell you, autohaus made my car look like I had just bought it off the showroom floor. It's a 2017 Honda Accord and the work Autohaus did makes my car look better than it did two years ago. They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure that I can get back into my vehicle as soon as possible. I'm still amazed at how great of a job they did. I even had a small dent on my drivers side rear door prior to the accident and they even took that out too! Thank you Autohaus very much for your hard work and dedication! I will definitely be back if I need any more work done in the future!

Awesome work and service. Unfortunately our Honda Pilot was hit twice in one year - not our fault both times. Fortunately worked with Autohaus. Constant communication and superb work. In addition to overall bumper replacement - was impressed with the dent work.

Troy and Paula's work are absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond for me. They made me feel appreciated as a customer, Paula follows up and keep you in the loop of things which is something that's rare. They fought the insurance adjuster when he tried to low ball me. Their work is even better when I purchased the car. I can not praise them enough. HIGHLY recommended, they are professionals, quick and efficient.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an emergency with my car and my front bumper fell off, rendering it impossible to drive. I went to this auto body shop for help, but the employee I spoke with told me they were too busy to assist me. It's clear that all they care about is making money, as they refused to help me with what should have been a simple and easy job that probably wouldn't have made them much money. Their lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing and I had to take my car to another mechanic while my bumper was still rubbing against the ground, which could have potentially caused an accident or even worse. I would not recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

Troy and Paula are a warm and wonderful team who do fabulous work, way above expectations! A deer hit the side of my car so I needed body work. Paula gathered my insurance information and took care of all the insurance details. They arranged a rental through Enterprise and told me they would take care of everything. My jaw dropped when I picked up my Subaru Outback. It looked better than when I bought it 5 years ago. Any and all physical defects were gone, it had been detailed. As a woman over 65 years old, I was very nervous and hesitant to go through the car repair process. However, dealing with Paula and Troy was a pleasant surprise and they truly gave me unbelievably friendly and exceptional customer service. Not only did they do an excellent job on my badly damaged car but the work was completed very quickly. On top of that, an added bonus was that my car was cleaned inside and out! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Paula and Troy an 11I will happily recommend them to all of my friends.

I can't say enough positive things about Troy and Paula at Autohaus. Ever since my first call to them they have been a class act. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Twice now I have had the pleasure of dealing with Troy and Paula. Over 40 plus years as a driver and service business owner I have had lots of body and fender work done. Autohouse is definitely the best auto body/ collision center thus far. The quality of work is excellent. You really can't tell the car has bin worked on. Paula had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Troy and Paula successfully negotiated with the insurance companies on my behalf. All work was complete on the date agreed. When I picked up my car it was spotless clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I later learned that a local car dealership uses them (understandably).Good honest people doing good honest work, five stars ++

Troy and Paula at Autohaus are very friendly and easy to work with. We have gotten our cars serviced by them and every time we ve been fully satisfied. Troy will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and Paula will handle everything with the insurance so you could take it easy. Highly recommend this place for Autobody repairs.

Great service and quality workmanship on multiple cars. Been coming here for years. Paula and Troy are the best. They dealt exclusively with the insurance and made the process a breeze. Also, took care of rental car, with easy pick-up and drop-off from their shop. Highly recommend this place!

Nobody at this business asked me to write a review for them, but, I am so impressed with Autohaus that I wanted to do it as soon as I got off the phone with Paula. Not only did they do an outstanding job of fixing my car after a crash on the GWB, but, I can really tell that they care. I was kept in the loop during the whole process, and, Paula personally went to bat for me multiple times when I had rental car issues.In a perfect world, I will not need their services again (I am hoping for no more crashes!), but, if my car needs work in the future, I know I am in excellent hands. I could not be happier with my experience.

Troy and Paula know how to take care of their customers. Both guided me through the process from the initial claim to picking up a finished car. This place is unbelievable! Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had. Paula k owns the business so well and does everything in her power to help out the customers. Beyond my expectations. I'm no pro at auto repair, never had an accident before. I called Paula and she took care of everything... and i mean everything. I didn't lift a finger after making that phone call. Rental car met ME and i drove home from Autohaus. Troy took care of all the adjusters and insurance claim info... plus he and his team put my car back together immaculately. It's a no-brainer... just bring your car to Autohaus and everything will be taken care of. Thanks.

I'm A Perfectionist! And I know Bodywork, and Cars. I've Been Dealing With Troy at Autohaus For Over 25 Years! And I've Always Been Thrilled With His Work. And that's Saying A Lot! He is The Consummate Professional He's Been Doing this his whole Life, like his Father before him. He Is Expert At Paint himself & Can see any problem that can arise ahead of time. When you Bring your car to him, you can be assured that the best parts will be used, and your Vehicle will be done Perfectly both Structurally and Aesthetically. I've brought my Prized cars to him over the years, and well as Dozens of friends & family's , and I've never been disappointed. My Most Heartfelt Recommendation!

I was rear-ended just before Christmas 2020, what an end to an already miserable year. Since the accident was on the highway and happened on the BRP, NYC police did not respond. I started a claim through the insurance of the guy that hit me, and called Mahwah Honda to see if they could take a look at the car. Mahwah Honda informed me that they did not have a body shop, however, they could recommend where they send cars, and AutoHaus was recommended.I called and spoke to Paula, from the first conversation she knew what she was talking about and clearly knew how to deal with insurance companies. I scheduled to bring my car in, she had called ahead to Enterprise to have a car for me to use while the car was being fixed. Paula contacted the insurance company and keep me up to date on developments. When things were not moving forward with the culprits insurance I had to open a case through my insurance. I gave Paula the details of the case and she took it from there.Even though we were in Covid and the Holiday season, AutoHaus was true to their estimate on time and returned my car one week ahead of schedule.I have a 2008 CRV and the rear-end hit really damaged the wheel basin, where the spare tire sits, to the point where it looked like a harmonica. The rear-gate was also damaged and the hatch would not close correctly. When I received the car back, I could not be happier, car and work was top notch, they even cleaned, waxed and buffed the car. It looked as if it had never been hit.AutoHaus did a fantastic Job. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

This is my second Honda Pilot this place has done work on for me. I had a 6 year old truck that had a lot of dents and dings everywhere. They worked with me on cost-effective options and my truck literally looks brand new. This was all out of pocket and not through insurance and appreciated their help in choices I could decide on that worked in my budget. They are amazing!!!!

Great customer service, Paula was amazing she explained everything to me so well. Super friendly staff, really felt like they went above and beyond! The car was like new when I picked it up, definitely trust them with my car and would go back if I ever had to!

I called my Acura dealer to ask who to use for auto body repair after being struck in the door and without hesitation the service department said they only use Autohaus. From my initial phone call Paula and Troy got in the driver seat and made this headache go away. Not only was the customer service 5 stars, my car looks like the day I bought it!

The best customer service ever. Mahwah Honda service center has sent us here twice in the last year for accidents that weren't our fault and Autohaus has always been so helpful guiding us through the process and handling all of our questions. Their body work is great too!
