I've ordered some tires before with excellent quality and service. This time not so much. I think next time I go directly to the store in Stuyvesant, NY.They sell slightly used auto parts. I called the 1800 number and ordered 8 tires for my daughter and my car, which was $432. Had to wait for a week for them. But they came but only 4 were good, so I expected half to get credited back but it is 2 weeks later and still no refund.I think we'll be going straight to the local shop for any new business, because they are in your community and will take care of you better than the 1800 people.

Kevin in parts was awesome, and saved the day for me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of. I called to get a rim for my car, and boom rim in hand in an hour or so and the price was untouchable. Thanks a lot Kevin and all involved for making this the easiest experience ever to replace an alloy rim on my car, I ll be back for sure when needed.Great work!

Hours are not correct. Incompet employees. 2 people in the office at 4:31 p.m hour say open till 5 and I was told no one could give me the window I've already paid for. Also piss poor attitudes.

Absolutely the worst place to buy parts and I buy a lot of them so I decided to give them a try. Well Lenny charged me twice for the same part and when I went to pick it up it was wrong part Now they are telling me I have to wait 5 days to get my money back for them totally screwing up.what I understand they have a lot of stores maybe they are getting to big for their britches. Save your shop the hassle and buy your parts somewhere else.

I ordered online a seat belt for a Jeep, the have a picture as advertisement, I ordered it!!! And what did I got? A bucle instead, I paid $135.43. How much I will get back? $85.40 stay away it s a rip off, I wish they were good enough to offer store credit for what spent already. Certifiedoem at eBay has seat buckles for $42.99 OBO. Should do better job with the advertisement guys.

Absolutely terrible service, coordination and delivery of a used transmission. The transmission showed up two days late, flipped over with parts broken. Called the salesman and they asked to swap parts that couldn't be swapped. Asked for an extended warranty or a replacement and they couldn't deliver. I've never dealt with such a poorly managed supply company. You think they might go out of their way to make the situation correct but they couldn't be bothered. I would use extreme caution before dealing with these clowns.

I you could leave a 0 star review. Terrible communication on their part. After days of no communication, I get there today to find they sent the wrong part. Not to mention you have to guess where to go when you get there l, and nobody is available to help. Bad service and a total waste of time. Steer clear

First of all... took me 5 tries throughout half an hour just to reach someone on the phone to assist me... person told me part is available and can be picked up... drove an hour to the location to find out that the part is still inside of the donor vehicle. Buying elsewhere next time.

The staff is great. I drove 3 hours to get there right before closing and they stayed To Help me get what I needed. Will do business with them again.

It has been 2 weeks and yet to receive my money returned and my bank hasnt even received and thing to process it to my acount have left 4 messages and never get any call back from lkq no less when i gotthe part it was broken and was returned the same day talk about shity service will never go back the least they could do is call back when u leave a message but dont even get that

Awful awful place to work for or do business with. They contiously screw up the parts and lie about availability and pricing. They have no morals and no business or personal ehics whatsoever
